I am rejecting this response
because: this is not the outcome we had hoped forDue to *** telling us we cannot return this item because it was discontinued....we actually used these for another project we hadSince the speakers advertised were tube speakers (a more expensive speaker than what we received) and we paid the higher price for the tube speakers but received handle bar speakers (cheaper)we are asking for the difference between costs. If I wanted handle bar speakers that is what I would have ordered at a much cheaper priceWe are looking at about a difference in priceAlthough this isn't much of a difference I don't think it is fair to misrepresent this item for a higher cost and then put the screws to the consumerthis company should not be allowed to do business this way

number you ordered corresponds to a seat, not a seat with a coverThe picture on our website is a generic photo given to us by the manufactureIndeed it does show the seat with a cover, BUT the description states it is seat, not a seat and coverWe DO NOT carry the seat cover you are inquiring aboutIf you are not 100% satisfied with your product, it can be returned for a FULL refundBut we will not be shipping you out a seat cover we do not haveIf you wish to return your product, please email the the customer service department for a pre paid shipping labelOnce the item is in transit back to our facility, a refund will be issued
All of our competitors are selling this part number as just a seat, utilizing the same image we areThe manufacture does not include a seat cover with this part number, and neither do we since all our product are drop shipped from the manufacture

I have not dealt with unorganized company as this, I called more then days and they chased me from one department to another with hold times more then 45mins, I placed an order online then wanted to return the item, customer service is not understanding at all and not knowledgeable, at the end I ended up leaving the item because I was so frustrated with this customer service that I ended up loosing the money rather then dealing with people that dont care, my advice stay away or pay with a source that you can open a claim and return ur money

I ordered of these mirrors at plus tax, handling, and shipping for a total of I have the printed receipt and every email printed out and also savedThis company sent the wrong item and their sales department admitted their website is incorrect and said they would fix it but I looked and weeks later they still haven't fixed it, they don't even stock the said item and just send out the wrong one and people just give up and lose their moneyThis company owes me 216.92.Period.They should compensate me for all this trouble like any reputable company would and I'm just asking for my money back, I'm being very reasonable about this

The customer placed an order 9/at 2:49pmThe order was cancelled and refund 9/at 6:27pm, about hours after placing the orderSince the customer made a payment via *** the refund was instant
We have not withheld the customers funds for a week as stated by the customerThe screen shot below is directly from PayPal showing both transactions completed withe same day

Absolutely HORRIBLE, I mean, HORRIBLE customer service!!! I cancelled an order the same day I ordered, they said they submitted the request, days later, they take the money out of my account and send the item anyway! I called times and all they kept saying was that it was still in the process! They said I'd receive an email with what was gonna happen, and didn't receive anything! A week later, the item is on my door step! The people answering the phones don't know what the heck they're talking about and they sound like they hate their lives talking to customers!! Never ever buying from them again! That's for sure ! Stay away from them, even if their prices are cheaperCrappy customer service and return policy !
Purchased a set of Anzo USA *** Wrangler LED tail-lights from Autoplicity via Amazon (a Christmas gift from my wife)Passenger side lamp blew out after less than months ($lights!!)The folks at Autoplicity told me I needed to ship back the defective light in order for the manufacturer to process a warranty replacement – really??? Should I cover the hole with masking tape while I wait ??-number of weeks for a replacement?? Is that your definition of "simplicity"?!? Will be opening a claim with Amazon!
