I am rejecting this response because: Thats funny because with 1 phone call I made to the manufacturer ([redacted] Industreis) I provided them with the invoice they needed to warranty the shock. They waited on the phone till they got the email, and shipped me the new shock. All before we got off the phone. Thank you Suncore.

I apologize for the issue you experienced with your order. I can assure you this was not a conspiracy to send you the item against your wishes, or to send you a damaged item. We had this order placed with a vendor so we needed them to cancel it on our behalf. There are defined, agreed upon processes...

between us and our vendors with respect to how requests are submitted. Unfortunately, the item had shipped before they could fulfill our request. You cannot use the timestamps in the tracking to determine the timing of the events that occurred. The vendor has a large warehouse and [redacted] makes regular pick-ups. The package was prepared for shipment and left with [redacted] before our request could be fulfilled, plain and simple. We will be in touch shortly with a prepaid return shipping label so you can return the shipment. I am rejecting this response because:A picking error? If picking Error why wasen't a new item processed and immediatly shipped? Why wasn't my Phone call returned? Why was I told that there was no manager on duty to take my phone call?  I'm not just going to ship this back and wait for my refund! This is rediculous. There needs to be some retribution for this. You take my money and then ship me wrong stuff. I want the stuff I paid for!!! A lot of error's on their part and nothing done about it but a return lable sent for me to ship the items back that they sent me wrongly in the first place!

We cannot ship a replacement as a matter of company because of the error that occurred with the original shipment. We haven't identified the cause of the error and we are not confident the correct item would be shipped and we don't want the same mistake to happen twice. We provided you with a return label as a result. We cannot be expected to provide a refund without the original shipment being returned. I am rejecting this response because: it is clear you guys took no action to handle my warranty through [redacted] Industries you let me on for a month and a half with no kind of answer you didn't even contact [redacted] I want you to contact [redacted] and I want an email from them saying you contacted them this is bad business you blatantly lied to me and didn't even do anything how do you guys call yourself a business it's a simple warranty issue is no money out of your pocket at all it was simply contacting sencore simple email and you couldn't even do that

ordered did NOT qualify for free shipping. The free shipping we offer to UPS air shipping, the items you ordered are to big to be shipped via air and were denied by UPS. Your order could only go out via UPS freight, this is why you were asked to pay an additional charge to cover shipping. Since you refused to do so, we went ahead and issued you a full refund. Autoplicity's online condition of use has this clearly stated for all customer to see: "There may be occasional shipping price errors on the website, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund these orders. Do not order from Autoplicity.com. There parts do not come fast as they say on their website. They would have us waiting for over a month for our part to ship. They also charge you for your part prior to it shipping, so then you have to wait for a refund if you cancel it.

I took this under review and found that we had to cancel the order the customer had placed because the item in question had a pricing error.  We work with many different vendors and sell a very large number of products so mistakes like this one will happen from time to time.  While this...

is certainly regrettable, we did make sure to refund the customer immediately and did not try to get them to pay a higher price, which would be unfair.  We are unable to process a new order for this product at the price the customer originally saw for the aforementioned reason.Please note this issue came up while the person responsible for updating our website was unavailable but we are going to have the pricing information updated as quickly as possible.  With regard to the incorrect information the customer was provided by the agents she spoke with, I sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused.  The agents simply misinterpreted the information they read from our system and provided the customer with what they thought was an accurate explanation.  We will make sure to review this case with them to ensure there are no similar issues in the future.

Unfortunately, at the time an order is placed we do not know what, if any, requirements a shipping company might have for a given item.  We sell literally millions of car parts and, in many cases, when an order is placed it is the first time we have had to ship the item in question.  That said, we have refunded the remainder of the order total to bring this to a complete refund.
