Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

Dear Revdex.com,The customer has an issue with his head light He bough the vehicle nearly a year ago and if this is not a wear and tear issue, and is a covered component with his [redacted] company he has to work with them (First Extended)We did contact the [redacted] company and there where no open claims with this customer The customer is also out of the united states for and not responding to communication If the headlight is truly as bad as he is explaining and he can prove that he bought it from us that way, we will be more than happy to replace the headlight

Dear Revdex.com,To respond to the complaint for [redacted] The vehicle she purchase is a Rebuilt/Restored vehicle It is not a salvaged vehicle I looked into our Customer Service note's in our DMS system and she has never spoken to our Customer Service team I also called [redacted] to verify coverage and here is what I discovered. She did file a claim that was denied with her Vehicle Service ContractThe repairs this vehicle need are not covered under the Power Train only plan that she choose at the time of purchase [redacted] did have the opportunity to choose better coverage at the time of purchase, but choose this plan.At this time, I do not feel that AutoSource miss represented anything I would off [redacted] the opportunity to upgrade her plan if she'd like Please have her contact us if she'd like to upgrade

[redacted] Dear Revdex.com,I am responding to a complaint from [redacted] We have been trying to settle with her, and I tried to respond via the app you have and it sent my response with out the data. She has asked that we trade her [redacted] for a clean title vehicle, accident free, and still has manufacture warranty Non of our vehicles would have that our Business model is all Branded title, or insurance loss vehicles So I cannot entertain her request. She has made the accusation that my staff was dishonest with her during the sale, and did not disclose the accident the vehicle had Because we sell only branded title vehicles it is disclosed from inception that the vehicles have been in a total loss situation We also disclose parts replaced to themThis vehicle is Rebuilt , not salvaged She had stated we sold her a vehicle for twice the amount of a salvage vehicle price Again, this vehicle has been rebuilt and is no longer a salvaged vehicle Attached you will find a Branded Title Disclosure, an Auto Check that she signed(we provide those for all customers) A damage discloser stating the accident , and an " As Is" stickerI know that there was a repair estimate we received that she had discussed splitting with our Customer Service Department. She has already be reimbursed $for a previous repairI believe that repair was $for some repairs to the front end of the vehicle We are willing to make her whole on that Any future repairs would need to go through her [redacted] company which is *** [redacted] .AutoSource in no way shape or form has been unethical in this sale, disclosure, nor trying to take care of this customer after the sale As you can see we have worked very hard to try to help Best Regards,Athina LSweigard [redacted] [redacted]

To Whom it May Concern,The AutoSource accounting department hand delivered a check to [redacted] for $on 12/13/ Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Please clarify what is meant by "I believe that repair was $for some repairs to the front end of the vehicle We are willing to make her whole on that." Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

Dear Revdex.com,My customer service team has reached out to this gentleman with out any response other than him replying to Revdex.com Can we please have the customer contact Tim Z [redacted] @ [redacted] We cannot assist without communication

I believe that the customer took us up on the offer of half of the taxes We are sending in the title work with the half we are covering today I consider this case closedAs stated the Anti Theft is non cancelable We would be happy to pay for the customers first two oil changes

[redacted] [redacted] Hello,It has been over a month, and I have yet to receive the refund promised by the dealer[redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

To Whom it may concern,Like most dealers in Colorado we use a tool called [redacted] *** It pulls the taxes applicable by the customers address It is the tool recommended by ***, and the department of revenue Unfortunately it can not always be 100% accurate on weather the customer lives in corporated or incorporated city limits I believe that was the case hereThis is why all of our customers sign a form stating they are responsible for any uncollected taxes, which the [redacted] s did signe also have a Revdex.com Complaint open from this customer on the Theft Recovery charge with this customerI see no fault with AutoSource in both complaints however I am willing to try to settle the complaint believe the customer paid the taxes on the [redacted] the purchased and they still owe $on the *** I would be willing to pay half of the $in a good will effortTo Whom it May Concern,Below you will find the Theft Protection cancelation policy AutoSource is full disclosure and the customer has to sign multiple documents stating they accept the chargeThe customer also has the opportunity to reject the Theft protection at the time of sale This customer also has a case open with the Revdex.com for taxes so I am not sure what they are trying to accomplish The Theft Protection could have been canceled in the first days but we are out of that date range so at this time we will not cancel this product

I am very confused. I was under the impression that this repair had been done. If none of this has been fixed lets get it to an AutoSource trusted shop and we will provide her with a loaner I will not pay for a rental but we do have loaner vehicles available. We have agreed to pay for this repair, and the complaint should be close. Please contact Casey to make arrangements to get this vehicle in for the repairs discussed. ***am also going to have Casey B*** reach out to you

I am responding to a letter I received on It is regarding the purchase of a vehicle by Mr***
***. Mr*** requested that we cancel his deal, refund his money, and have the car shipped from his address in MissouriWe agreed to cancel the deal, and cut Mr*** a check and sent it to himIn the meantime, Mr*** did research on the status of the title for the vehicle, and decided that he wanted to keep the car after he could not find one that he liked as well After we learned that he wanted to keep the vehicleWe put a stop payment on the check, got the title situation cleared up, and the title will be mailed to Mr*** early next week. Please let me know if you need more information on this situation. Jeanette G*** |Office Manager*** *** ** *** ** ***

Complaint: ***We are rejecting this response because: We registered with *** *** ourselves to see firsthand how useful this tool is for “most dealers in Colorado,” as stated by Athina S., regional operations manager of AutoSourceWe were surprised to discover that the tool was, in fact, very user-friendlyCorresponding with the amount that we paid for the ***, it outlined the precise tax rate and exact tax amount for State Sales Tax ($610.68), as well as County Sales Tax ($210.58) and also City Tax ($842.32)AutoSource charged these precise amounts for State Sales Tax and the County Sales Tax as clearly shown in *** ***, but for a seemingly irresponsible reason, they failed to charge us the stated City Tax at the time of purchase. Contrary to Athina S.’s statement and based on the exact location of our home address, it is very clearly documented and accurately stated in multiple sources that *** *** is unquestionably a incorporated municipalityIt has its own mayor and provides services. AutoSource fails to accept culpability for its gross irresponsibility in calculating wrong amounts of taxes for both vehicles and us as customers needing to bring to their attention that taxes for the *** were assigned to the *** and vice versaFurthermore, *** ***, Finance Manager of AutoSource, stated that the amount initially charged for taxes over days after purchase was for both vehicles, not just one. AutoSource fails to accept culpability for neglecting to be professionally responsible in performing due diligence in calculating tax amounts that customers found very uncomplicated to doAnd for failing to determine whether customers live in an incorporated or unincorporated city limit, which Athina Sexpressed with a typographical error in her formal response. Therefore, we are requesting that AutoSource pay the full amount of the $that they failed to charge as a result of neglecting to perform due diligence. Contrary to AutoSource’s formal response, Christian ***, Finance Manager of AutoSource, did not verbally disclose that the charge associated with the Theft Protection Agreement was optionalOn top of that, he mislead us into believing that it was not optional stating that it was the only "additional charge" made by AutoSource to all their customers when purchasing a vehicle. Contrary to Auto Source’s formal response, we did not sign “multiple documents” pertaining to the Theft Protection AgreementUnlike other choices in which the customer’s option to either sign or not sign is fully disclosed, there was no statement or mention made, not even a hint, that the $for both vehicles, totaling $was voluntary and not required for the purchase of the vehicles. The “opportunity to reject” the Theft Protection Agreement at the time of the sale was not expressed, stated or explained in any way, shape or formOn the contrary, we were told that it was obligatory and required for purchase of vehicles. Therefore, we are requesting a full refund of the $that we were charged. *** and *** ***

This check was mailed out yesterday

Dear Revdex.com,AutoSource has been working with Mr*** for several monthsWe had sold a vehicle that was having major issue's and we decided that it was the ethical thing to do, to offer a substitution of collateral which he was very open to.The lender that we used was ***, and they do not allow a
substitution of collateral on paper. You have to start the loan process over especially if it's over days which this loan was. We understand that this was frustrating to MR*** because he does have knowledge with the lending industry and would like to offer three free oil changes to him for his frustrationIf he is open to this we will pay for three services at the dealership he likes to service his vehicles at. Please advise.Athina S***
