Dear Revdex.com,To respond to the complaint for [redacted].  The vehicle she purchase is a Rebuilt/Restored vehicle.  It is not a salvaged vehicle.  I looked into our Customer Service note's in our DMS system and she has never spoken to our Customer Service team.  I also called...

[redacted] to verify coverage and here is what I discovered.She did file a claim that was denied with her Vehicle Service Contract.. The repairs this vehicle need are not covered under the Power Train only plan that she choose at the time of purchase.  [redacted] did have the opportunity to choose better coverage at the time of purchase, but choose this plan.At this time, I do not feel that AutoSource miss represented anything.  I would off [redacted] the opportunity to upgrade her plan if she'd like.  Please have her contact us if she'd like to upgrade.
