To whom it may concern,When the vehicle arrived here we sent it to another vendor to diagnose the issue We were waiting on them to let us know what was going on It is a poor excuse, but while it was at the other repair shop we neglected to give updates I apologize for that
I have been notified that the vehicle is done and that you have been notified I have also notated your account that when you come due on 4/17/we will make your payment for you Please contact the dealership and let them know to do so The notes are on the account.Again, I apologize for any delay in getting the vehicle back to you, but more importantly for not updating you on the process.Sincerely,*** ***Director Auto Operations

AutoStart apologizes that we did not address the expense of a tow as it was never mentioned in the original complaintIt was clearly stated that “I drove to Rogersville to pick up car and bring back to shop *** *** On Gregory in Kansas City MissouriAs I Dropped the car off on the 17th Of July to *** automotive” AutoStart’s warranty does not cover vehicle towsIf Ms*** can bring in a legitimate tow receipt showing she came out of pocket $for a tow that can be verified AutoStart will be happy to discuss further options with Ms*** regarding her $deductible.The deductible was broken down into payments because Ms*** did not have the entire $at the time of the warranty repairThe $deductible is normally required before repair work is started in its entirety Sincerely,Jessica ***AutoStart

I called Mr*** on Wednesday August 31st to ask him to send me a copy of his brake repairMr*** answered the phone but stated he was to busy to speak with meI will need to verify the brake repair once that is done I will be able to reimburse Mr***'s money for that specific repair

I am rejecting this response because: This is incorrect as I spoke with autostart I asked about how were they going to bring it back to Kansas City in which they stated they can't get it back to the city but I have to get it to them which cost 687$ to get it to them from there I was never informed of the payments being broken down because I wvwn stated to a male representative about the deductible from when I paired for to get towed back to there location and they never discussed it

I attempted to carry out an early termination per my leasing contract to a vehicle in which the motor had blown out after months of responsible driving/maintenanceThe vehicle was under warranty, but I wasn't offered a loaner, and was expected to pay payments for a car not in my possession, as well as accept a car with a rebuilt motor- not originally agreed uponThe dealership refused to accept my early termination right, and has contacted my references disclosing that I am late on payments for a car that is no longer operable or in my possessionThe office managers have been uncooperative, standoffish, and aren't honoring the contract agreed uponThis has caused a great burden on commuting to and from work and caring for my grand-children.I just want the auto lease terminated and off of my creditIn addition, please stop harassing my references and disclosing personal/but in-factual informationI don't want any ties to AutoStart or any of its affiliates

As I stated previously we were required by law to send a letter called a right to cure default We sent this letter as required back in We were not required to send another one after that We then repossessed the vehicle earlier this year because we had not had any contact with you in over days We pride ourselves on working with our customers when we can communicate with them
As far as your complaint about missing items, I was not aware that you were missing anything We have our customers sign a release and an inventory sheet, upon receiving their personal property When we inventory a vehicle we have two people do this to ensure that our customer's interests are protected
