To whom it may concern. We certainly did have an issue with the title on Mr***'s vehicle There was originally a clerical error where the insurance company stated the vehicle was not drivable The state took that to mean it was salvage, when in fact it meant the wheel had been
busted off Therefore, a salvage title was issued, and we have been unable to correct the issue Yesterday we came to an agreement and both parties signed a mutual release and we took the vehicle back from Mr*** and will remove it from his credit bureau.Thank you,*** ***Director Auto Operations

***'s vehicle has been repaired at our service center at no cost to her and she is back on the roadCustomer has also expressed satisfaction with the repairs. Sincerely,*** ***AutoStart
To whom it may concern,Ms*** does have an issue with the engine being blown in the Durango that she leased from us Our warranty does call for a $deductible on a major repair like this We are proud that we have one of the best warranties around and for the cost of $
to the customer they will receive an engine being replaced for our cost of $ At issue here is that Ms*** stated to our service center that the vehicle was leaking antifreeze and that she continued to drive the vehicle to the point that it overheated and was smoking Our warranty paperwork discusses these types of issues and even states that if you continue to drive a vehicle that is overheating it will void your warranty and the damage that can occur if you do so We have the right under this warranty to call this negligence and void the warranty and require the customer to pay the entire repair However, we were trying to keep Ms*** in her vehicle and were willing to make an exception in her case At the time Ms*** came in we did not have a loaner car available We only have a few at any given time I am not sure where Ms*** is coming up with the $to terminate the lease The lease termination fee is $ I believe our willingness to replace the engine for $is far more than ever would be required from our warranty But whether it was caused from driving while the vehicle is hot or any other reason the warranty was agreed to upon acceptance of the lease and would still save Ms *** over $3000.00.Sincerely,*** ***
Tell us why here...Jackson Automotive DBA AutoStart does pay tax, tag and title fees for our lease customersMr*** did not meet the requirements to lease a vehicle with our company because he could not provide a valid driver’s licenseThis is why we financed him a vehicle insteadMr
*** signed a retail installment contract on July 1st Mr*** was explained the difference between a retail installment contract and a lease in depth before the sale and at the time of the closing Sincerely*** ***###-###-####

Ms. [redacted] did have a mechanical repair that was covered under AutoStart's warranty. AutoStart has a warranty deductible of $500 per occurrence that must be paid prior to repairs being made. Ms. [redacted] did not have her $500.00 deductible upfront. AutoStart agreed to let Ms. [redacted] make...
payments on her deductible. A side note was set up at $50.00 Semi-monthly on her paydays until the $500 deductible is paid in full. AutoStart also rewrote Ms. [redacted]'s account for the month of August she was not due with a payment until September 7th 2017 because she did not have her vehicle. I have included copies of the warranty, pay history and side note paperwork. Sincerely, Jessica [redacted]

Account #[redacted] ...⇄ Complaint #[redacted]January 27, 2017To whom it may concern: [redacted] financed a 2006 Saturn Ion with AutoStart on April 28th, 2016. AutoStart does not require full coverage insurance to drive off the lot. Customers have two options, they can get full coverage insurance or they can get State-required liability or no-fault insurance coverage. If they choose State-required liability or no-fault insurance coverage they are required to have Collateral Protection Coverage. Kayion’s insurance policy with USAA has liability and comprehensive coverage only the policy does not have collision coverage. Full coverage insurance requires all of the following:· State-required liability or no-fault insurance coverage to cover bodily injury and property damages to others in an accident you cause.· Collision coverage to pay for damages to your vehicle in the event of an accident.· Comprehensive coverage, which is designed to cover vandalism, theft, and other damages that are not the result of an accident. The Collateral Protection Coverage payment is not $226 a month like stated by [redacted] in the compliant. The Collateral Protection payment is $36 bi-weekly. I have included a copy of the USAA insurance policy showing the coverage and the Collateral Protection form that was sign and initialed at the time of sale by [redacted] authorizing the charge of $36 bi-weekly for the collateral protection coverage. If [redacted] adds collision coverage to her USAA policy we can remove the $36 collateral protection payment from the account. Autostart cannot provide a refund. Cordially,Jessica P[redacted]AutoStart
[redacted] leased her 2006 Chevy Malibu with our company in 2015 and has been a excellent loyal customer of ours for 3 years. We have recently consolidated our Troost location with our Bannister location. We have put in a change of address to have the mail forwarded to the new location. We...
have had to order a duplicate title for her vehicle. We are very sorry Ms. [redacted] and her family have been inconvenienced. We are currently waiting for the title to come in the mail. Any further questions Please feel free to call Jessica [redacted]###-###-####
On July 8th 2017 AutoStart and [redacted] came to a mutual agreement to take her out of the vehicle. Ms. [redacted] was leased a new vehicle on July 8th 2017. Sincerely, Jessica [redacted]
As I previously stated there is an early termination fee to get out of the loan. The warranty was given to you and signed by you stating what was covered and the amount of the deductible. We have stated we are more than happy to honor that warranty which is part of the entire agreement. I believe either option is more than fair and am willing to work with you. As a policy we have not and will not discuss your account with anyone other than you. When a reference is called it is to ask them to get a message to you, because we have been unable to reach you. Please let me know if you would like to proceed in fixing the car.[redacted]
[redacted] purchased a vehicle with AutoStart February 24th 2016 she made 5 payments on her account with the last payment being made April 15th 2016 this vehicle was repossessed on June 11th 2016. AutoStart is in the transition of switching from reporting to TransUnion to reporting to Equifax. All...
accounts should be reported to Equifax on our next reporting cycle in July 2016. Sincerely,[redacted]AutoStart[redacted]
