Our Sales Manager [redacted] has tried to call this customer, there was not a return call from Mr *** The service record from our facility was mailed out We do not have a copy of the VW warranty as it follows the VIN number and will be honored at a [redacted] Dealership Again, we will provide a key and owners manual at cost Please stop by the service department and order themThank you

Mr [redacted] was in our office on March 21, He was given $and signed the appropriate paperwork to have his vehicle paid off We issued a payoff check to Fifth 3rd bank on March 22, Additionally, we have mailed out a check in the amount of $to repay his first payment and the inspection stickerThank you [redacted] Controller

Our company did not make hard credit inquiries, we made inquiry to each credit reporting agency(there are 3), which is standard in our industry, this standard inquiry will not lower Mr***s credit score Mr [redacted] was provided with a limited use warranty which he signed As this vehicle is used we do not have the ability to provide prior service records, we do not have them The vehicle passed a state inspection, which means that it is in safe condition.The vehicle was not purchased or sold with a spare key or a vehicle manual, we would be able to provide them to Mr [redacted] at our cost Unfortunately, during the purchase process not everything goes as quickly as we would hope, which is why we delivered the car the next dayI hope that this resolves the complaint

I have reviewed the handwritten note and it was not written by anyone in our company, We have a very clear process when it comes to promising customers items at the time of the sale, it is called a We Owe and it is given to every customer after the purchase of a vehicle and it is signed by the customer the salesperson and the sales managerWe did not have a spare key for this vehicle, it was not promised at the time of delivery and unfortunately I cannot give one to Mr*** I can offer to sell one to him for cost We would also reimburse him for his inspection sticker, he just needs to send a copy of the inspection reportThank you [redacted] Manager

TO CLARIFY, I did finally receive the TV, but I had to pick it up from the Framingham location miles from where I live because they REFUSED to ship it to my house, even after asking politelyOf course it was BROKEN when I opened it, so I had to exchange it for a new one at *** ***At least it's over now

The State of Massachusetts require that sales tax is paid on the Doc Fee, our Doc Fee is $599, Mr *** is correct the sales price was $22,however he was told that the State of Massachusetts requires sales tax be paid on the total sales price plus doc fee, $@ 6.25% is
$1412.44. As far as promising a second key, and writing that we would provide a second key, that just isn't true, this is a used vehicle, if we have a second key we will give that to the customer, but second keys are very expensive. I have attached the signed WE OWE which is the standard form that we write out and sign along with the customer so that there aren't any misunderstanding regarding promises. As far as any mechanical issues Mr*** needs to call the service department and make an appointment, there is a Limited Used Vehicle Warranty that is mandated by the State of Massachusetts he has days or miles for safety issues on his vehicle.I can be reached at 508-370-9600 ext *** Thank you*** ***ControllerAutomax Preowned

We have spoken with Mr*** as his vehicle was fixed and returned to him on June 15. He told our service manager *** *** that he was happy and that his truck was fixed. He also stated he didn't file a complaint with the Revdex.com and that his girlfriend may
