The cost of keys and vehcile manual should not be levied on customer as it was supposed to be included with the car, as implied during the sales process.I have not received any service records, as yetPlease provide tracking number, if availableI have not recieved any calls from manager and nor a voicemail was left.In short, none of the issue raised in my original complaint has been addressed as yet.ThanksRevdex.com:

[The owe list we signed includes items need to be fixedI can't add like "four tires" on this list since everyone knows *** *** has four tiresRight now, you deliver a car to me with three tires and tell me you didn't write four tires on the list, and this car that AutoMax had purchased only has three tiresI have to pay for the fourth tire if I want.....This is an example and in common sense, we don't have to write down everything on this listWhen I signed contractor and owe list, I had confirmed with salesperson that this car has two set of keys For any reason, AutoMax couldn't find another set of key, it is AutoMax responsibility to pay the cost, not meFurthermore, the salesperson (*** ***) wrote note and guaranteed AutoMax will mail keys to me at closingPlease make your judgement correctly ]

Our Sales Manager [redacted] has tried to call this customer, there was not a return call from Mr [redacted].  The service record from our facility was mailed out.  We do not have a copy of the VW warranty as it follows the VIN number and will be honored at a [redacted] Dealership.  Again, we will provide a key and owners manual at cost.  Please stop by the service department and order them. Thank you

I never told the dealer or serves manger I was happy or everything was all set  . Front consol is still not fixed and truck is still leaking from the front  . How can I be happy when it will be my  7th or 8th time going back to the dealer sense I bought this truck ..

Again, we have Company provided We Owes that are signed by the customer the Manager and the Sales Person, if we were going to provide a second key, it would be on We Owe.  We have offered to obtain a key at cost, we cannot pay for a key that was not agreed to at the time of the sale by the Management and signed by the customer. Please let me know if you would like us to order a key for you at cost? Thank you[redacted]

On Friday June 10, 2016 our General Manager [redacted] spoke with [redacted].  He did explain that there are processes that are followed when a customer trades in a car.  These process take several days to complete and the payoffs for traded in vehicles are made within 10 days.  The...

traded vehicle was paid off.  [redacted] was given copies of the check as well as the signed UPS delivery slip from the bank.  [redacted] also explained that we had to get a physical insurance stamp for the RMV1 form in order to get the car registered and we  had to go to the registry.  All of these things do take time and there was a holiday weekend during this time frame which added a day for everything.Thank you [redacted]

there was no response either. Automax takes his allegations seriously however given his lack of response we are questioning the validity of them or whether he has Automax confused with [redacted] which has been a frequent occurrence lately.

I have attached the note that one sale person wrote on the day of car deliver. It clearly said I should get the $35 refund after car was inspected by the state. It was AutoMax fault when they deliver the car without state inspection and I personally think it was illegal. The sale person who wrote the note also apologized on this issue on Aug.11th, 2016. He promised that another set of key will be mailed to us, so I requested him to write down as proof. If AutoMax lost or couldn't find the second set of key, it was their fault and they should responsible for it. During the conservation when I decided to purchase this car, I already confirmed with sale person that this car had two set of keys. For the calculation of sale tax, I agree AutoMax response and there would be no issue. The issues of car seat and break light, I think they were not mechanical problems, if autoMax is willing to fix, that would be great.

This compliant is a false compliant,  I have received several letters address to the individuals that [redacted] has listed on his complaint. NONE of those people have ever worked for our company or been associated with ur company at anytime in the history of our company.  When I first received...

one of [redacted]' false claim letters, I tried to reach out to him by telephone to understand what the situation was all about in the first place.  I call the number 3x's and the phone rang and rang with no answer or answering service.  My next step was to do a google of a an attorney that [redacted] listed a place that the funds could be sent to on his behalf.  I spoke to the attorney twice on this matter, and stated the following unquestionable facts:1) NONE of the people that [redacted] has written his requests to have EVER been associated with our company.2) There is NO record of [redacted] in our system as a customer or even as a possible customer.3) There is NO record of [redacted] providing us with any supporting documentation of this deposit that he claims that he gave to us to purchase anything from our company.4) There is NO record in our books and records or in our banking statements of this money being received for [redacted]. When I spoke to the attorney, she was very kind and indicated that she was going to speak to [redacted] and his family on the matter.  I said that if they can provide certified PROOF of this money being received by our company that I would do more investigation to make sure that we have done everything to resolve this matter for all of us.  To date, all we have received is various letters address to these people who are not associated with our company, requesting a refund for funds that [redacted] seems to refuse to provide certified proof that he has ever given us money.  This all seems like a scam that [redacted] is trying to use to collect funds illegally.  Any future communications from [redacted] directly or indirectly will be referred to the MA AG's office and law enforcement for action against [redacted].  I am very unclear of why [redacted] believes that he gave any money to our company, why he does not feel the need to provide certified proof of his claim, and why he has not called to speak with the President or CFO of the company after this has been going on for over a year, according to [redacted]' claim.   We regret if [redacted] has been scammed by someone, but we are not responsible and we have now come to the point of closing this matter.  Should [redacted] wish to continue to make these claims and not provide proof, we will response with legal actions against [redacted].

[The salesperson who wrote the note is [redacted], his desk is in the second row close to the window and next to another salesperson [redacted]. I was surprised that the manager replied to Revdex.com that he/she doesn't know this salesperson and intents to mislead that the note was fake note. Here I want to emphasize again, [redacted] was the salesperson who gave me one set of key and wrote the note on the same day. He promised his colleague would mail another set of key to me, I was so lucky that I kept this note as an evidence. ]

I have reviewed the handwritten note and it was not written by anyone in our company,  We have a very clear process when it comes to promising customers items at the time of the sale, it is called a We Owe and it is given to every customer after the purchase of a vehicle and it is signed by the customer the salesperson and the sales manager. We did not have a spare key for this vehicle, it was not promised at the time of delivery and unfortunately I cannot give one to Mr. [redacted].  I can offer to sell one to him for cost.  We would also reimburse him for his inspection sticker, he just needs to send a copy of the inspection report. Thank you[redacted]Manager
