Dear ***, I am writing today in response to your Revdex.com Complaint dated 12/30/I am perplexed as to what your issue is and what you want? You are asking for another full refund even though we haven’t heard of a major issue and also $1500? I reviewed your service history and have spoken
to my staffApparently, we previously obliged your request of a refund on the *** truck because you were unhappy and you decided to purchase the *** truck after test driving over trucks on 12/17/I also understand you were in the *** Automax and the truck was diagnosed for wheel spacersYou informed service you were in a rush and would come back which was a few weeks agoSince then you visited the *** store and had them look at the same problemWe offered to replace sway bar bushings even though they are not worn but again you were in a rush. My concern at this point in time is that we will never make you happy and therefore want to buy the truck backIf you are going to accept this offer I will need confirmation by MondayThe truck also must be returned by the end of business Wednesday in the same condition as purchased with less than miles of use. I have left a message for *** to call me to discuss the return of the car that she purchasedWe cannot get the title to the vehicle that she traded in due to the fact, that *** has another bank loan on the vehicle that she did not disclose to us at the time she traded in the
vehicle. We need *** to return the vehicle that she purchased from us and we will return her trade vehicle to her, as we cannot sell it without a title

I have spoken with Mr*** and he has a copy of his warranty contract which states that he purchased a warranty for months 100k miles. He was incorrect when he stated that he had a warranty for 60month 60kmiles, he was given incorrect information from the warranty company.He issue is

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does some what satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #***After speaking with my attorney I have been told that any further action would require legal assistance and although the out come would be in my favor it could be a long and drawn out battle As a business owner and as much as I would like to go after these people I do not have the time to be traveling back and forth to Mass for court hearings So with that said, I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. I just like to add that Revdex.com keep a close eye on this company because they have a VERY VERY poor customer service not to mention a very "shifty" way of dealing with their "mistakes/cover ups!" The fact that they are requiring customers to sign a letter to not make any negative actions to their company in any way or else they won't pay out is criminal! I think that their negative posts on the internet should be a clear sign of this I only wish that I had read those posts before I decided to purchase this car from them as it would have changed my mind I am disgusted to say the least and I can tell you that I will NEVER buy another car from that dealership again!

I apologize for not responding sooner, I have been on Medical Leave since December 7, and have just returned to work today. I have issued a check in the amount of $for the trade difference, we collect additional monies to account for overnight packaging, doc preparation and interest as we
cannot pay off trades until we are funded for the new purchase.We could not transfer the plates for *** because they were in her husbands name, the State of RI, does not allow for plate transfers, we were able to use her trade to offset the sales tax, because her husband did "gift" her the car.We cannot promise a second key, as these vehicles are all preowned. *** signed a we-owe, which is a document that lists what the Dealership owes the customer at the time of delivery, we did not promise a second key. We would be happy to provide a second key at cost which would be $450.00, and it must be taken to a *** dealer.I have attached a copy of the signed we-owe. I am hopeful that this addresses all the issues.Thank you*** ***

We are very sorry that ***'s delivery experience has some bumps, however we have replaced all tires with *** 235/55/R18 before *** took delivery. We registered the car in Connecticut on May 17. When it was discovered that the vehicle was damaged on the lot, the
Salesperson picked up the car, brought it to the body shop and returned the car to *** after the repairs were made. We are willing to reimburse *** for a rental, we only asked for receipts from the Rental agency. *** could only produce receipts from his friend. Unfortunately we cannot accept that, however we have offered multiple times to reimburse his first payment in the amount of $540.00. If this is acceptable I will have a check issued today. I have reached out to *** and expressed my apologies for the delay in receiving the TV. We ordered a 50" TV from *** *** and had it shipped directly to ***. She should have received this TV as of today. Thank you*** ***ControllerAutomax Preowned

This customer had several tax liens that prevented her from getting her registration. We do not have control over government agencies. The customer had to satisfy tax liens before we could register the vehicle. That took the customer several days. This car is now
registered. Thank you*** ***

Mr *** was in our office on March 21, 2017. He was given $and signed the appropriate paperwork to have his vehicle paid off. We issued a payoff check to Fifth 3rd bank on March 22, 2017. Additionally, we have mailed out a check in the amount of $to repay his first
payment and the inspection sticker. Thank you*** ***Controller

Our company did not make hard credit inquiries, we made inquiry to each credit reporting agency(there are 3), which is standard in our industry, this standard inquiry will not lower Mr***s credit score Mr*** was provided with a limited use warranty which he signed As this
vehicle is used we do not have the ability to provide prior service records, we do not have them The vehicle passed a state inspection, which means that it is in safe condition.The vehicle was not purchased or sold with a spare key or a vehicle manual, we would be able to provide them to Mr*** at our cost Unfortunately, during the purchase process not everything goes as quickly as we would hope, which is why we delivered the car the next day. I hope that this resolves the complaint

I have contacted both financial institutions where bank loans were held, there is no other loan on the vehicle that was purchasedthis statement is incorrect and a title may be obtained for the vehicle traded inI have spoke with Automax about this issue, Lourie She has threatened that I return the vehicle purchased and has hung up the phone on me in regards to this matterI would like the refund that is owed and agree upon verbally by your manager and that is all.

[I did not, in fact, have ANY tax liens against me at allAll of my excise tax was paid in full prior to purchasing the vehicleThe dealership did not attempt to register my vehicle until a week after I had purchased because I live in Rhode Island and they are in MassachusettsIf they are as high volume in sales to out of state buyers as they claim, they should change their frequency of attending the RI DMV in order to stop inconveniencing their customersPlease see attached file as proof that my excuses taxes were paid prior to my vehicle purchase on June 9, 2017]

[I disagree with the statement that they sent my details to three credit agencies and that is what three hard inquiries areAutomax ran a credit check on me three times without my consentPlease see below the details which are verified by the credit agency:The first credit check was run by Automax itself to see my credit historyAfter they sent my social security number and other details to the ** ***, who ran a separate credit check(another hard inquiry)After that, they sent my details to *** *** *** ***, who ran a separate check(another hard inquiry)Hence , a total of three hard inquiries were done, without my consentThey told me as a customer that they will do only one hard inquiry.-I was not given a copy of the *** warranty on the vehicle.-Automax should mail me the vehicle manual and the key at my address asap.-I was told that the vehicle was serviced at Automax and that I will be given those recordsPlease mail those records to meI am not asking about the service records before Automax got possession of the vehicleI am requesting only the service records for the service done at Automax.-The manager has not contacted me once for all the inconvenience causedHe should call and aopologize to me for the inconvenience and disservice caused
