Avoir Derma Wrinkle Cream Reviews (%countItem)

I had ordered two products, both Anti-aging creams, and after one use I noticed a rash around my eyes and my eyelids burned.
I had ordered two products, and after one use I noticed a rash around my eyes and my eyelids burned. One was supposed to be an eye serum but that isn't what I received. I received both as Anti-aging creams no other labels on the packages.
Eye serum Order#XXXXXX for $4.78
Wrinkle cream Order# XXXXXX for $5.79
The purchase was back in March 17 2018 and the payment method was on a Visa I no longer have because it got hacked into.
I tried to email them using the email address on the bottle support@dermaskinlabs which doesnt exist. So I called the number (877) 370-7015 lucky somone answered and said they were third party but could cancel the subscription that I didn't know I was a part of because I only received one box .The lady said she would send me a check for $130.00 . $65.00 for each product.

Desired Outcome

I'm asking for a refund mainly because I don't know if the check will be a real one or fake until I check with a bank but they damaged my skin on my face and eyelids.

this company continues to send unwanted or authorized orders and billing my credit card

stop sending products and charging my credit card

Since June 2018 this company has illegally charged my acct every MO for $9.95. Under 3 different names. I don't receive product or service from them.
In May 2018 I purchased a skincare produce and returned it. My son handles our back acct so I didn't see that we had been charged every month $9.95 for product that I do not receive. When my son showed it to me I called the company. They said that they will credit me 3 months only. I asked them why they were billing our acct under 3 different names. (Makeup 365, MDNRINC My Makeup ROcks, and Gilmark Makeup. The customer service agent said that he didn't know but all 3 where Makeup 365 and that it's a Online Application. (I have no idea what that means)

I called all three 877 numbers, (877-374-5427, 877-374-5427, 877-374-5415) they are all to the same 3rd party customer service call center and they all answer for Makeup 365. I never authorized any of these companies to withdraw $9.95 from our acct on a monthly bases for any product or service.

Desired Outcome

I want all of the money that they have illegally taken from my account returned back to my account! That is 7 charges of $9.95 not the 3 charges that they say they'll give me. The amount that I want is $69.65!

Ms.

Based on our records, you had signed up for MakeUpGoals program, an online based Makeup Tutorial program where you agreed to receive a free month of service.

This was a promotional offer you had opted in at the time you ordered a partner company's diet supplements/products last (date should be when the customer ordered the diet product) 02/13/2018.

You had also agreed to the monthly membership fee of $9.95 once your free month expired.

We have cancelled your account when you called last 03/09/2019 and there has been no further charges on your account under MakeUpGoals

We want this matter resolved for you. We went ahead and refunded an additional refund good for 2months charge on your account for $9.95 a total of $19.90. The amount will reflect back to your account in 5-10 business days depending on your banks processing time.

If you have any other questions please contact our customer service department at? 877-374-5471

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
When I purchased the product (facial cream) they NEVER told me that I was signing up for a class as well. When I cancelled the product they still never told me that I was signed up for any class. After filing a complaint with the Revdex.com on this company I started reading ALL the complaints and reviews that others have filed on this company as well. It's the same story with every complaint filed on this company no one knows that they've been signed up for this class. On your bank statements they keep changing their name so you don't realize it's the same company. They are nothing but scammers and thieves.

Thank you

Due to misleading advertising, I signed up for a trial offer and ended up getting new product/charges every month.
I signed up for a trial offer for Avoir Derma face cream and eye serum (each for about $5), thinking it was a one-time order. Nothing in their ad made it clear I was signing up for an ongoing monthly delivery and monthly $170 charge (automatically billed to my credit card), nor was it obvious how to opt out of it.

When I called them recently they said I had agreed to their terms and conditions. They would only allow me to send back one unopened delivery for a refund. They agreed to close my account. I would like them to take back all the products they sent, none of which I have opened.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to take back all the unwanted product they sent and credit my account. They agreed to accept only the most recent shipment, and waive their "restocking fee."

Order of anti aging and eye serum.
Ordered free sample of Elyra Derma Anti Aging & EyeSerum, charged on 1/4/2019 for $10.57, never told I had to contact within 14 days,in order for them not to start sending me a monthly supply for $87.50 for anti-aging & $85.20 for eye serum, these two original items I received were my monthly supply. Left a message on 1/28/19 for someone to call me, no call received. Contacted the number on my Credit Card statement, spoke to a gentlemen who explained what I should have done. He cancelled any further orders & is refunding my cards $120.00, do not understand why I am out not only $52.70, but also the $10.57 first charged. This is a total scam as far as I can see.

Desired Outcome

I think I should have received the full credit of $172.70.

Customer Response • Mar 07, 2019

I finally received a credit to my of $120.00, which was still almost $70.00 less than what I originally paid. Thank you for attempting to get a response from this company, I still think it cheats people when it can.

I ordered a trial size of cream that was advertised as "FREE" just pay shipping and also advertised as endorsed by Today show...this was false.
I ordered a TRIAL size that was supposed to be "free" pay only shipping and handling. I then received a second shipment I DID not request and was billed for BOTH! NO INVOICE WAS EVER SENT. When I called for return authorization on Jan 30th, I was advised that because they didn't hear from me I was to be billed for BOTH orders ($87.50 each product) To return the new product I was to be charged a "sanitation" fee of $17 for each product. After insisting they not charge that she said she wouldnt, but would only refund $140.00....
New product sent back to PO BOX 153201 Unit 5891, Tampa FL 33684. I am now awaiting the refund however it still cost WAY more than advertised.

Desired Outcome

I would like a TOTAL refund INCLUDING postage as I never placed a second order. I would like NOfurther contact from this business.

Product is a total scam! It's no better than a drug store cream. The nearly $90.00 price tag is ridiculous. I ordered the free sample and paid the shipping. At that time, I saw no indication that if I didn't return the product within a certain number of days I'd be put on a monthly refill plan and charged for each refill. When the refill notification came via email, I called the company to complain. I talked to a patient woman who after much time and asking numerous times to talk to her supervisor agreed to cancel my order. After much more talking, I received a $30 refund and after complaining even more and threatening to report the scam to the Revdex.com, I was refunded another $60. Thus the entire rotten experience left me nearly $100.00 the poorer. Shame on this company for targeting vulnerable older people who only want to look as good as we can.

Will not stop sending unordered product
I ordered trial product.
Ava Co. keeps sending Product - I return unopened, they keep billing my credit card.
Monday I will call & try again to stop then
I cannot afford this & do not use product first sent

Desired Outcome

stop sending product & stop billing charge card

Refund for charges on credit card. Item was returned.
received trial items on Nov. 14th, was charged on c/c nov 26th, and was charged so many times c/c company alerted me of spam/fraud and blocked my card until contacted. They are blocking charges and requesting a refund also. Called company and was told not to return items, they would credit me $40 on my bill-I said product does not work, and I am returning, they said I had 18 days to return, they charged me in 12 days... I do not appreciate them doing business this way, it is wrong. Items were returned USPS tracking XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXwhich I also took pictures. I would like my c/c credited the amounts charged.

Desired Outcome

refund-items returned. Does not work, and charged prematurely on c/c

This co has chgd me $175 for 2 jars of their AvoirDerma cream which I did not order or want.
This co advertised the cream for $5.79 for shpg, which I paid. On 7-4-18, rec'd 2nd jar for $87.50 for a 4-oz. jar; & on 8-3-18 was chgd $87.50 for 3rd jar which I never rec'd. Ret'd 2nd jar on 9-24-18 - they gave me a credit of $35 (but I was chgd. $87.50). Did not want any additional jars of this cream. Talked with Jasper 11-20-18, at Derma Skin & he says I was never chgd for the 3rd jar, but my bank acct. shows an $87.50 transaction for this 3rd jar. This company has overcharged me $175. total for products I did not order or receive.

Desired Outcome

I think I should be reimbursed for the $175. (less the $35 credit they did issue, even though I was chgd $87.50 for this 4-oz jar of cream I didn't order & could not use.) I ret'd this 2nd jar unopened on 9-24-18 by Certified Mail. On the 3rd jar of cream, I never received it at all, but they used my credit card, without my permission, & they chgd $87.50 for it.

I have been taken for $1208.90 on a free trial of wrinkle cream. I was only supposed to be charged the price of shipping and handling.

I opened an ad on Facebook for a "shark tank" product of AvoirDerma wrinkle cream. They were offering a free trial of the cream for the price of shipping and handling. I was then asked if I wanted to add an eye serum for the price of shipping and handling as well. I added the AvoirDerma Advanced eye serum. I was charged shipping and handling for $4.78 and $5.79 on 2/22/18. I was then charged $87.50 on 3/11 and $85.20 on 3/12. I was charged these two amount each month, April, May, June, July, August, and September, for a total of $1208.90. I only noticed today on my credit card statement, when I knew that I had made no purchases the past month and I looked further into it. I called the customer service number on the statement and spoke to a women bight name of Arni, who informed me that I agreed to these terms and they were not responsible. she then offered me a refund for the return of my most recent order and a $30 credit for each of the 2 products I received in August, for a total of $200.00. I asked to speak to her supervisor. Her supervisor, Jordan, said that was the very best they could do for me, I agreed to this and I should have contacted them months ago and I was to blame for my negligence. I told them that I was never, ever informed anywhere that I would be charged for anything other than the shipping and handling and nowhere did it even say what the products even cost. Not even on the slip that the accompanies the order. This is the only information that I can provide to you:

SLSORD: XXXXXXX
REF: XXXXXXX
SHIPPER: DermaSkinBrands
ORD# XXXXXX

This was paid for with my OLDNAVY credit card in the amount of $87.50 and $85.20 for 7 months.
I am not certain if you are asking for my account number, but will not leave now and will be happy to provide if you need it.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a full refund for the $1208.90 that they took from my account without my authorization. They falsely advertised this product and hid the truth about the scheme to drain your account somewhere were it is not seen AT ALL on the webpage.

Final Consumer Response /(2000, 14, 2018/09/13) */

advertisement of a sample of this bogus product for shipping charge on 6-21-18 charged $4.78 then I did not notice the company kept charging of recurring charge 7/8 $85.20, 7/9 $87.50, 8/8 $85.50 and 8/8 $87.50. I did not notice this charge until I received another sample in Aug then I noticed this scam charges. after I raised a loud protest, the agent told me to refund, then only partially refunded on 8/13 $60, 8/13 $60. I told her I refuse to take this second package and will send it back and she said I can keep the package and refund will be the same. as soon as I ordered the first sample, our children told me they are the scam and I assume all I lose will be an initial payment of $4.78. their website showed the product was developed by Dr. Chan(Zuckerberg-Facebook) and she was doing as charity work, I was dumb enough to get fool by this scammers.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I need full refund plus the company should be penalized for the fraud, shut down all together if possible.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
what was the charge in July 8 and 9 $85.20 and $87.50. in July, I never received the product. only reason I noticed the charge in July was due to the product you sent in August when I called the cancellation. there was no clear explanation in your web site about the membership and also your web site claimed the product was associated with Facebook founder Z's wife Dr C. which is fraud.

Avoir Derma Wrinkle Cream Response • Sep 05, 2018

Hello,

If you don't cancel within your trial period you will be billed for the regular prices. Your trial started on June 21, 2018 in which you received a 30-day supply of the products, the trial ended on July 09, 2018 without any cancellation hence the regular charges. On July 9, 2018, you were officially enrolled to our monthly subscription, hence a month after, on August 08, 2018 you were charged for another shipment.

Our website - https://www.derma-wrinklecare.com/index.php does not claim any relation or partnership with Facebook founder Z's wife Dr C.

Derma Skin Brands They charged me for products I didn't order and only gave me a minimum refund when I returned the items Tampa Florida.

They offered free samples of Advanced Eye Serum and Anti-wrinkle Cream for a minimal charge of $4.95 for each item for shipping.

Approximately 2-3 weeks later I got charges on my credit card of $87.50 and $85.20. I called the company and asked what these charges were for. They said they automatically send out new shipments if you don't cancel within 14 days, they charged my cc after day 16 and I never received any future products, just the original sample.

I told them I never saw anything that said that on their website and I didn't want their products. They said they would give me a 30 percent refund and I could keep the product. I said I didn't want the products and I would return them as soon as they came in. They then offered me a 50 percent discount and I could still keep the products. The person on the phone was laughing and yelling over me, I told them that they unlawfully charged my cc and was told too bad.The also had a fraudulent link to Faith Hill and Tim Mcgraw endorsing the product.
Product_Or_Service: skin cream

Desired Outcome

Refund This company needs to be brought up on deceptive business practice and shut down. They are collecting credit card info for shipping on a "free" sample and they using your cc for future charges. I actually took the time to read the entire contract for this very reason, and nowhere was it stated that there was a 14 day trial. I have done online investigation since being scammed and have found many, many online complaints on the "rip off report" I asked that the Revdex.com help me to obtain a refund.

When customers order on our website they must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 4 days of shipping they will be charged for the bottles if they do not call to cancel and return the product. Per terms and conditions, they will receive a 30-day supply of the product and have 14 days to test it out for the cost of shipping and handling fee of $4.78 & $5.79. We didnt receive any calls from the customer regarding cancellation of the account hence the account was renewed for a monthly subscription of $87.50 & $85.20. (Please see attached link)

The representative verified the address on file and it matches the customer's shipping address - information of which the customer filled out herself upon order processing. Attached are the shipping information and tracking information from USPS (tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX). The customer was offered a partial amount for a refund as courtesy but this is by all means a valid charge.

https://www.derma-wrinklecare.com/terms.php

I signed up for sample of product and paid shipping. Then they charged me $87.50 2 weeks later for the sample. Again in July.
Complaint is that they are charging me full price for paying shipping for a sample of the product. Then sending me more and charging $87.50. Called the 866-245-5684 number which is in the Philippines and spoke with a gentleman who was not very helpful. Said I had to cancel shipments or I would be billed. Said his name was Marco Escobar which I am sure is fake. After much haggling he said he would credit $65.00 and cancel my subscription that I didn't sign up for.

Desired Outcome

Would like credit of difference IF I get $65.00. That would be $110.00.

When the customer ordered on our website they must agree to the terms and conditions which states that you will receive a 30-day supply of the product for a 14 days trial + 4 days of shipping, after the trial ends you will be charged for the bottles if you do not call to cancel and return the product (30-day supply). The trial started when you placed the order on 06/01/2018 and ended on 06/19/2018, we didn't received any notification from you hence why the account was kept active and was automatically charged for the regular prices of the product. On 7/19/2018, the account is still active and the system charged for another 30-day supply of the product.

Please refer to https://www.derma-wrinklecare.com/terms.php

The account has been refunded $65 last 08/03/2018, what I can do is process the remaining balance for the month of July for $22.50 without letting you send anything, as courtesy. (Please refer to our refund policy with the link above.)

Ordered Skin Cream online cancelled in 7 days per co policy. Continued to be billed for 7 months
I ordered online trial of skin care 10-2017 "AllureDerm", received product in one name "AvanDermNu", billing, phone numbers and Co name another. Did not like the product was not what they promised, skeptical with different names so I cancelled via their policy within 7 days. The next month received 2 products, 2 different names, AllureDerm and AvanDermNu, the phone number on both products online and on my account was same phone number. Called today because my account has been deducted $4.96 per month since. The supervisor states they will not reimburse my $33.92 I requested for $4.96x7 months as I have not received product in the new year from either company and assumed this was taken care of. The Supervisor "Roy *** @ 866-213-5936" was very rude states I can file fraud charges because their Co account shows product was sent out a discounted rate for ONLY 4.96 and I should have been charged $87. When I explained that several companies are under one name and it is sketchy and I would file charges because $5 a month has messed my account up, he was unempathetic and told me to do what I needed to do they had lawyers in place to handle all issues. He stated they would stop the billing sending of product from today forward. But nothing has been received and multiple companies running under One entity has caused issues on their end and I want my money back. It is not right that people can do this to consumers. I read the fine print and research before online purchasing and cancel via Co policy and they still find a way to scam.

Desired Outcome

I want $33.92 back in my account and all correspondance to cease between this company

Avoir Derma Wrinkle Cream Response • Aug 21, 2018

Hello! The first order was made October 04, 2017 and the only correspondence from the customer aside from the most recent call on July 31, 2018 was made on October 19, 2017 for an order tracking. There were no calls or correspondence from the customer that states she wants to cancel the order.

Unfortunately, the system would only allow 5 months worth of refund that I can process immediately upon the receipt of your agreement.

Purchased two AvoirDerma products for shipping charges of $4.78 and $5.79 and received credit card bill for $85.20 and $87.50.
TV ad promoting AvoirDerma cream for wrinkles. Told only way to order was on their website. Ordered Wrinkle cream for shipping charge of $4.78 and then a pop-up ad stated an Advanced eye serum for $5.79 for shipping charge. Ironic both free samples came in same box, but two shipping charges. Ordered this in late May or early June. Received credit card bill on July 5 and Dermaskin charged $85.20 and $87.50. Called that day July 5 to Dermaskin and told them, their were no prices for products and only prices were the shipping charges and did not signed up for monthly delivery. They told me I had to pay, asked to speak to supervisor and she hung up on me. Same day called my credit card company to put a hold on these price and this company was a sham. Since then I have four mailings from credit card company to submit more info, which I did on July 23.

Desired Outcome

I have mailed two packages containing two products in both packages on July 7 and July 9. I have no products from company. Would like company to stop billing credit card.

When the customer ordered on our website they must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 4 days of shipping you will be charged for the bottles if they do not call to cancel and return the product. The customer called regarding her account on 07/05/18 and account was cancelled by CSR on the same day, she was already billed twice since her trial started on 05/11/2018 and she was billed first on 5/29/18. The customer is made aware of all charges throughout the ordering process. Prior to fully purchasing customers must acknowledge the trial period time frame (14 days from date of order and 4 days for shipping, a total of 18 days), shipping charges (5.79 wrinkle cream and/or 4.78 Eye Serum), recurring charges ($87.50 Wrinkle cream and/or $85.20 Eye serum - unless offered a promotional price). Customers are fully informed and must agree to the cancellation policy along with terms and conditions. During the ordering process customers must agree to all terms and conditions two (2) times with electronic signature. There are shipping and handling charges because each product is handled differently before it is sent out for shipment and delivery.

The account has been cancelled last 07/05/2018 so rest assured, there won't be any further charges on your account. However, since our return policy states that any returns should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be eligible for a refund, I can do a one time courtesy and refund 1 month charges in full - total of $172.70. Please let me know so we can process it accordingly. Thank you

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I realize this co. was a scam, when I received my credit card bill. I called that day 7/5/18 and told them I did not enroll in a subscription plan, and they deceive me. I was told they would credit second shipment, which was charged on my account on 6/28/18 and received second shipment on 7/07/18, ask to speak to supervisor and she hung up on me. They charged account before I receive merchandise. According to their response I still owe $172.70 for products I returned. I believe that I should have zero balance. If company will not compromise I will pursue this to the AG in Fl. and also Channel 7 our news station in Boston. It is sad that companies rely on this type of business to scam the elderly.

Everything was stated in the terms and conditions before in which the customer has to agree in order for the order to go through.

The customer called with the second bottle already in transit. The customer returned the products back to us without any RMA number, which means we wouldnt be able to track the return and our fulfillment team disregards any returned merchandise without the RMA number or it could get lost in transit. We are compromising with a full month refund even with the incorrect return procedures.

I heartily agree with *** from ***. My experience was similar except I also ordered for ostensibly the cost of shipping and handling only the eye cream. On 6/10 I was billed for the "samples": $5.79 (wrinkle) and $4.78 (eye). As I had not agreed to further shipments, I was surprised to see charges of $87.50 and $85.20 appear on my credit card statement on 6/29. When I called the company to dispute the charges, the representative told me he had authorization to refund $60 for each product, not the full amount. This is an outrage!!!!! This fraudulent outfit is claiming persons requesting samples are also agreeing to continuing orders. Nowhere does such a contractual arrangement exist. It certainly is not stated on the web site pop-up that promotes the products. Avoir, and whatever other names under which it operates, is making money by billing for products that are not wanted and never shipped. I have contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute as I do not intend to pay $52.70 for something never received. I may also contact MN state officials with my complaints in hopes of shutting down this scam.
