Avoir Derma Wrinkle Cream Reviews (%countItem)

agreed for a free trial of skin cream and eye serum and to only pay for shipping.
Web site stated that I would only have to pay for shipping. It did not state that I would have to call them and return the product within 14 days. Now, 30 days later, they are automatically debiting my bank account for the product. When I tried to call then and cancel the product, they still wanted to charge me a restocking fee. I was told that I would have to pay the 87.00 that they are trying to debit my bank for and a restocking fee of $20.00 just to cancel my "subscription". A subscription that I never agreed to. Their customer service rep just kept repeating about the 14 days trial time.

Desired Outcome

to wipe out the total amount of money due. I already paid for the shipping on the product. That was what the offer said.

Ms ***, When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that you will receive a 30 day supply of the product and you can test it out for 14 days for the cost of shipping and handling fee only, after 14 days + 4 days of shipping you will be charged for the bottles if you do not call to cancel and return the product. The shipping and handling fee charges of the products are non-refundandable as per terms, before fully making your purchase you were asked if you agreed to the terms and conditions.

We are willing to provide a ONE TIME courtesy by refunding you the $27.26 and $29.75 charges on your account. We can process the refund upon receipt of your agreement to this resolution.

Online advertisement for free trial of wrinkle cream and eye serum. Customer only charged for shipping. Received charge for over $85 each.
Received product, wrinkle cream and eye serum, from Derma Skin Brands. Received email notice from credit card company stating a charge of $85.20 for cream and another $87.50 for eye serum.
I called number on product to dispute charges and return product. They said I signed up for a supscription, ordered past free trial date and could not return product. None of this true. They offered to drop charges to $40 and cancel the subscription that I was not aware of but I stated I would only pay agreed upon charge of shipping ($10.66) or would be contacting Revdex.com. Fay, representative of company, asked me to hold and she would talk with manager to see what they could do. Held on line for 10 minutes and was disconnected.

Desired Outcome

They are preying on inocent people and should be forced to close business and not allowed to falsely advertise.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

Ordered from a pop-up on ebay. Said free samples, all you pay is shipping cost. Ordered 6/11 and then on 7/7 charges came through on my checking account for in the total amount of $36.30. Call support, told them at no time did I give permission to charge my account for anything else. Was give a phone number to call to assist me with charges, and we all know the answer was told they would not refund. This is a scam, all I ordered was samples. Someone needs to do something about this company.

This company should refund the $19.87.
This business advertised a free jar of wrinkle cream and eye cream, for just the shipping and handling cost. They advertised that Kate Middleton had started her own business and this cream was a part of that business. I received the two products and they charged my card for the shipping and handling, no problem. I did not realize that this offer was a free 14 day trial period and I was to stop payment of the product. I do not remember seeing this on the web site and no paper that I remember seeing stating that I would be charged $19.87 the next month. They have canceled and my cancellation number is XXXXXXX. It had better be canceled and no further charges against my card or I will have to cancel my card. This business needs to get better advertising, and no more false advertising.

Desired Outcome

A refund of $19.87.

The customer is made aware of all charges throughout the ordering process. Prior to fully purchasing customers must acknowledge the trial period time frame (14 days from date of order and 4 days for shipping, a total of 18 days), shipping charges, recurring charges. The trial is for 14 days + 4 days of shipping, in which they will receive a 30-day supply of the product and have 14 days to test it for the low cost of shipping and handling. Customers are fully informed and must agree to the cancellation policy along with terms and conditions. During the ordering process customers must agree to all terms and conditions two (2) times with electronic signature. The customer receives an order confirmation as soon they submit the order which contains the customer support phone number as well as the back of the bottle which have the company phone number if need be. Should the customer have concerns with delayed shipping or products not received and cancellation they are required to contact us so we can take action on the account.

The customer called on June 28, 2018 which already beyond her 14 days trial and was charged $19.87 instead of the regular price of $87.50 on June 20, 2018 hence why she wasnt offered a refund.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The Trial period should read in bold letters so customers will know for sure that they will be charged later for the product.

Avoir Derma Wrinkle Cream Response • Jul 09, 2018

Hello,
Before checking out the order, the trial terms is stipulated under the summary of the fees that the customer should pay and was asked again if they agree to the terms before the order goes through.

Bait and switch company. False advertising, no prices mentioned after supposed "samples" received. Email confirmation excludes vital information.
Sample order "pay shipping only." Website prohibited only ordering ONE, which should have been an immediate fraudulent clue. Sample arrived, but unaware it was an automatic reoccurring order. No one would ever pay $175 per month for cream? Ridiculous.

Desired Outcome

Will be waiting for (1) refund for shipment never received, and (2) partial refund for shipment being sent back (even the 2nd shipment didn't include details of a $32 restock charge). Hate the product. Hate the over-priced products, and even with a partial refund the product will be tossed in the trash.

Customers are made aware of all charges throughout the ordering process. Prior to fully purchasing customers must acknowledge the trial period time frame (14 days from date of order and 4 days for shipping, a total of 18 days), shipping charges (5.79 wrinkle cream and/or 4.87 eye serum per product), recurring charges ($87.50 wrinkle cream and/or $85.20 eye serum - unless offered a promotional price).

The order was placed on May 3, 2018, which starts the trial period, as per terms, they will receive a 30-day supply that they can try out for the duration of the trial for the low cost of shipping and handling fee. On May 21, 2018, the trial ended and the customer was charged for the regular prices of the products - there are no new shipments processed for these charges. On June 20, 2018, a second shipment was processed and was charged to the account since it is still active. The customer spoke to 2 different CSRs on June 25 and June 26, in which she was refunded a total of $100 ($50 per product) and was provided by an RMA number to return her 2nd shipment. We will be able to process a full refund for the returned item, waiving the restocking fee once it arrives and an additional courtesy credit of $100 for the May 21 charges.

Please let me know so I can process it accordingly. Thank you

Avoir Derma Wrinkle Cream uses deceptive practices to obtain funds from consumers via a "free trial" bait.
I saw an ad for a product called Avoir Derma Wrinkle Cream. The ad stated that I could get a free trial of the cream and pay for just the shipping of $5.79. I read the ad over again and did not see any small print or anything about reoccurring charges for the product. I entered my information on June 8, 2018 and received the product a few days later. On June 26, 2018; I was looking at my credit card purchases and noticed a strange pending charge for $87.50. I googled the phone number next to the company name and found that it was for Avoir Derma Wrinkle Cream. I also came across numerous blogs and complaints about the scam that this company was conducting in fraudulently charging credit cards for addition costs. I immediately called the company and said that I did not order anything else from them other than the free trial. The customer service representative said that that was the payment for the product that I got and that I needed to cancel within 14 days of placing the order. I explained that I did not order anything additional to cancel. While on the phone I went to the company's website (first time I saw the site as I ordered the product via Facebook) and saw that the cancellation was actually 18 days NOT 14 days. The period from June 8 -June 26 is 18 days so I actually cancelled in time. The representative said that it is automatic and cannot be stopped now. I again pointed out the 18 day timeline, that I did not order additional products and that I would need a refund. The agent said he could only refund $60 to me. I again stated that I needed a FULL refund for $87.50. He said he would need to check with his supervisor and put me on hold. When he came back he said he could refund $70 and that was it. I again reiterated that I would need to get $87.50 and would further pursue this with me credit card company as we were at an impasse. He gave me a cancellation number so that no other charges would appear and I ended the call with the parting words about "now your company will need to spend its time with my credit card dispute". I then put a dispute in with the credit card company notifying that the pending charge was not authorized by me.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of $87.50 as my credit card was charged for something I did not order.

As a time courtesy credit I can refund $87.50 once I received the response from the customer regarding this email.

Customer Response • Jun 29, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accept the refund the Avoir Derma Company has offered me as I have done nothing wrong but got duped by this company into having my credit card be fraudulently charged out. I want to be perfectly clear: there was NO wording stating that I was signing up for a continual and excessive charge on my credit card. I DOUBLE and TRIPLE checked for such language. There were NO electronic signatures for the order. I just happened to notice the pending charge on my credit card at the 18 day point but the charge still went through. This is a scam as the charge should never have gone through once I called on the 18 day date. Based on my research on-line it appears I am not the only one that has had this happen. When I called the company about the pending charge, the customer service person appeared to not be surprised to be receiving a call about fraudulent charges as he immediately went into the dialogue of offering me a partial refund and then later in the conversation offering me a little but more partial refund. I bet that some customers take the partial refund not thinking they have recourse regarding the fraudulent use of their credit card number. I am only getting the offer of a full refund because I am taking the investigation further with my credit card company and the Revdex.com. I also intend to make a complaint to the State of Florida with the appropriate State agency regarding this questionable company and their charges just to make sure that ALL of the consumer protection agencies are informed. As an additional note, the charges of $5.79 and $87.50 were from different entities not the same company. That is another questionable practice by this company in using different company charging names those being ADW-Solution.Net and JLL Mark ADW Solution I look forward and will be watching for my speedy FULL refund on my credit card statement and recognize my cancellation with cancellation number: XXXXXXX on the 18th day.

DermaSkinBrands used false advertising to lead me to purchase a $5 sample of cream.
I purchased a $5 sample of Derma skin cream which was advertised as a product of a company led by exiting Good Morning America co-host who was leaving the show to run said company full time. This was not true and it has been discovered that numerous other celebs such as Joanna Gaines have been used similarly by DermaSkinBrands. Here is a link to a recent news report. https://www.wcpo.com/money/consumer/dont-waste-your-money/abcs-robin-roberts-use...
Not only did they falsely advertise but they also hid within their terms and conditions the fact that I'd be signed up for a subscription if I didn't cancel within a very small window of time after receiving the samples. On June 26 my bank account was charged 87.50 by Dermaskinbrands using JLLMARK*ADW-SOLUTION.NE as a billing entity. After obtaining the phone # from my bank, I called Dermaskinbrands to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund. I was told that I could only receive a partial refund of 65.00. When I threatened to dispute the charges through my bank, they then told me that I couldn't receive ANY refund if I were to do that. I am now waiting to see the 65.00 credit to my account but was told that it would take 3-5 days.

Desired Outcome

I would request discontinuance of false advertising and a full refund of the charge to my bank account rather than the partial 65.00 that I am supposed to get but have not received as of today.

The refund was processed last June 26, 2018 on our end. The turn around time for all refunds depends on the bank's processing time since it will go through them before it is cleared and put back into the customer's account. I will be processing the remaining $22.50 upon receiving the customer's response regarding this email and she can verify with the bank for the refund processed.

Billed 87.50 out my checking account. Never opened the product or even tried it.
Order Derma product via FREE Trial offered for 4.95. After receiving Free product, if I liked it, I would be sent out another and billed for that. I never tried the "trail product" never opened it either. She said for me to return it I will need to pay the shipping and be charged another 17.00 for restocking. Restocking of an UNOPENED product. Paying for nothing. I never even received an email notification of being billed or that anything was even shipped.

Desired Outcome

I want my FULL 87.50 refunded back to me. No restocking fee. I didn't open the product. It said it was a FREE no obligation free trail / sample for 4.95...

We can refund you in full $87.50, just return the product back to us with the RMA number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX outside of the package. Upon proof of return we can process 50% of the refund and the remaining will be processed once we received back the product. Thank you!

THANK YOU AND I will accept the FULL refund and response! Why you couldn't do that in the first place instend of making me contact the Revdex.com I do not know? Your CUSTOMER REP was NASTY & RUDE!
I RETURNED the UNOPENED product via USPS on 6/26/18 TRACKING #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX
Also, I feel your company needs to revise it's selling practices. When I "fell into" this SCAM it was in the form of a "pop up" which indicated I was purchasing a FREE "trail size" of the product but paying for the 4.95 shipping fee. I did receive the information about purchasing MORE of the product BUT it was CLEARLY indicated that I would be notified BY EMAIL BEFORE being charged ANY additional FEES for the product. Your company needs to be HONEST and CLEAR with it's customers in this age of STRUGGLING AMERICANS. Why would it be so difficult to contact the customer BEFORE you charge them 87.50, CONFIRM they want the product and are happy with it? If they are not, have them return the product or then be charged 87.50. It's just very SNEAKY what you are doing. VERY SNEAKY! I never had an issue with other items I've purchased as a "TRAIL/sample" of a product. Honest companies do E-MAIL BEFORE just TAKING money out of my account...they don't JUST take it.

I ordered a trial size skin care product for $14.95, plus shipping and handling. A day or so later a representative called me to see if I wanted a further offer. It was to received auto-shipping. I said absolutely no. He wanted to send me another product and I said No. I received the first item, then a few days later I received another item. I didn't authorize any of this except the trial-sized item. They said they couldn't help me, that I could not get my money back. They said that they would refund $40. I don't know what that's for. My checking account is completely and utterly empty.
Product_Or_Service: AvoirDerma

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like the $262.11 returned to my checking account.

Avoir Derma Wrinkle Cream Response • Jul 09, 2018

The customer already spoke to a customer representative on June 26, 2018 regarding her account. The charges made on the account were only for a total of $95.77 ($5.79 & $4.78 shipping charges for Derma eye and Derma Wrinkle and a $85.20 charge for Derma eye).
The representative explained what happened to the account and the charges made. A refund of $40 was processed by a representative during the customer's first call on 06/19/2018 and another $45.20 during the 06/26/2018 call which is a total of $85.20 refund back to the account.
The customer confused the charges on her account and was cleared out that the claim of $262.11 charges on her account were not entirely from Derma Skin Brands.
Thank you!

Hello ***,

I apologize for the misunderstanding and the inconvenience this has caused. This shouldn't have happened when the customer representative provided you with the necessary information before ordering the product.

Based on the notes of the previous calls you've made this month, there is no return request for this account but if you could kindly send us a proof/receipt of your returned item we could process you a refund for that as a one time courtesy.

We will investigate this issue further for us to improve our customer service.

Use multiple websites to defer their T&C and trick consumers into their subscription and their sister company's products/subscription for more charges
I mistakenly signed up for a "free product trial" on March 17, 2018. I did not cancel the trial in the 14 days time and was subsequently charged $87.50 full price on April 4, 2018. This charge was posted as avwrinklecare.net

I received additional product and was charged another $29.75 on May 12, 2018, again posted by avwrinklecare.net.

I attempted to find contact information to return the product and cancel any subsequent orders. The only paper included was a packing list which states it was shipped from DermaSkin Brands and only contact info is 877-370-7015 or [email protected]

Dermaskinbrands.com is a very limited website. No access to ordering products or reviewing any T&C.

On June 5, 2018 I was charged another $9.95 posted to my bank account as makeup-aid.com. Never heard of it.

On June 18, 2018 I was charged another $19.25 from avwrinklecare.net.

I called to cancel and inquire about the other $9.95 charged by makeup-aid.com. This is an unused domain name. I was told that is their "sister company" referred to as MakeUp360 (another unused domain) but they have no access to the account and I would have to call them directly.

I called MakeUp360 at 877-374-5471 and was told this service is for Make-upgoals.com, still another unused domain.

There are several websites and company "names" being represented here. A sure indication of scam/fraud.

Original website the order was placed on is derma-wrinklecare.com.
Referred to as Dermaskinbrands.com
Product name AvoirDerma
Sister company make-upaid.com, aka MakeUp 360, aka Make-upgoals.com

The only e-mail communication I have received is order confirmation when I placed the original trial order, and when the product had shipped. No other communication about additional charges due to the trial period ending, or subscription charges for subsequent products.

Desired Outcome

avwrinklecare.net, aka Dermaskinbrands should immediately cease sharing its customers' personal and payment information to its "sister company". The validity of this company, or its intentions, is skeptical at best with all of it's different names, websites, etc.

This business is a scam. They advertise a free jar of Avoir Derma Wrinkle Cream for shipping and handling costs only. They advertise that Lara Spencer of GMA is the founder and is leaving her job at GMA to promote it. This is a scam. I ordered the free jar only, and gave my credit card number to cover the s/h. I did not order anything else from this site. I received the jar in the mail. This month the charge on my credit card was $5.79 for s/h on 5/18. Then on 6/4 they charged $87.50. I received nothing else in the mail. I did not order anything else. This is a scam. I have reported this to my card services and a complaint has been filed. I intend to make a report to the KY State Attorney General's Office. I have cancelled my credit card. It may be a good idea to make a report to the Florida State Attorney General's Office. From all the reviews that I have read, this place needs to be locked and shuttered. Maybe even send the office personnel to the hanging tree. This is a scam.

Avoir Derma Wrinkle Cream Response • Jun 22, 2018

When you ordered with us, you have to agree to the terms and conditions which states that you will receive a 30-day supply of the product for s/h to try it out for 14 days. If you do not cancel within the trial you will be charged for the full price of the product. The deduction of the full price charge is also stated in the Terms under the Trial Terms section.

Customer Response • Jul 02, 2018

The only thing that I agreed to was to pay the s/h fee of $5.79 for the free offer of face cream which I received. When other products started appearing on the screen I left the site since there was not a place to decline. I never checked or initialed anything to agree to anything more. If they said that I did, it is a total fabrication. This is the scam that attorney generals of several states are warning citizens about. Many other people have been scammed besides me. I bet your website has been removed. It was merely a pop-up when I was looking at yahoo news.l

the ad for trial is vague and misleading they did not have authorization to charge me 87.50 and now they refuse to issue a full credit!
on 5/25/18 I attempted to purchase avoir derma wrinkle cream and initially was told that my card was declined and then within the next few days unexpectedly my card was charged for a fee of $5.95 and then this product came in the mail. I was under the impression that this was a one time charge and nothing else would take place. Then unexpectedly and unauthorized a charge for $87.50 was placed on my card without any other product ordered and or received. When I contacted the customer support line to obtain a refund I was told by Naomi and Justin that it was my own fault and they would not issue a full refund and they only refunded 70$ and denied my several requests to speak with a supervisor! I want and will get my other $17.50 refunded as they are not entitled to have any money as I paid the 5.95 for the trial and they can have the entire product back in their possession! I feel like I was taken advantage of due to being misled by very vague advertising

Desired Outcome

I want the remaining $17.50, that was unauthorized to be taken from my bank account, refunded!

2 months after canceling my unauthorized "subscription" with Avoir Derma I discovered a new unauthorized transaction on my Visa card described as "MAKEUP365 877-3745471 FL" when I asked the rep on the phone how this happened she explained that my skin care "subscription" was partnered with this company and that I had inadvertently subscribed to their service (which I do not even believe is a thingI have not received any service or product from any makeup company, nor notice of such) by purchasing the skin care product. She said I didn't "uncheck" a box at checkout that would have prevented this. I in fact did look at checkout to confirm that this was not a subscription and there was no such notice...I believe because I bought the product on a smartphone device and not a computer they have fraudulently used my credit card to subscribe me in 3 different subscriptions to date.

Desired Outcome

I want the business to discontinue it's sales policy of subscribing customers to things that they did not authorize.

Hello ***,

Thank you for your feedback, we will look into this.

Inaccurate information given on two beauty samples
On 5/23 I ordered two samples of derma skin eye cream and face cream. I was specially told they were samples only and just required shipping and handling for $4.78 and $5.79 for the shipping and handling. Upon the receipt of the items my face and eyes developed a rash after use. I called on May 30th and was told I had to return the items even though used requiring probably $10 in shipping costs! I spoke with Dylan and she insisted I had to return used products. I find this very unusual and poor customer service. Went around in circles about partially used products and why used products had to be returned. Supposed I had totally used the product- would I ship back empty bottles? Does not make any sense at all. Finally Dylan said in a huff, just throw them away and all future orders are cancelled, which is what I wanted in the first place and the most common sense thing to do! Please research this situation. The order numbers: Eyes- XXXXXXX and face cream- XXXXXXX. Thank you.

Desired Outcome

Resolve issues on returning items that are used requiring shipping costs.

Hello Ms., I understand your concern however when you ordered with us. You agreed to our terms and conditions - you will receive a 30-day supply of the product to test it out for the duration of the trial for the low cost of shipping and handling fee. You have to call us on or before your trial period ends for cancellation and you will have to return back the remaining supply of the product for the sole reason that you only paid for the 14 days trial and what you have is a 30 day supply thus why you have to return the remaining product back to us. This is all stated in the terms and conditions that you can verify by following the link below.

We thank you for your feedback regarding this matter and we will be conducting further investigation and will make sure to review the call that you had with our representative. Thank you!

Customer Response • Jun 07, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I ordered the two creams after watching the Dr. Oz show via a phone number. They told me that it was a 14 day trial and did not mention anything about 30 day supply being shipped requiring the balance to be shipped back. All that I was told was to cancel future shipments within the 14 days which I did. If I was supposed to follow terms and conditions I was not told the return policy on the phone when I ordered nor did I receive an email outlining the policies. I feel that the customer service provided was not the best and the terms and conditions are confusing.

Hello! Before you checkout your order, you are asked to agree to the terms and conditions and which you have to click on that link to be routed to the terms and conditions page.

Unauthorized charges to bank account for free trial samples of products.
Company claims I signed up for a subscription. Not true. I paid shipping for free trials. I did not authorize any further charges nor was I informed that I would have to cancel a subscription. There was nothing on the website that pointed to those terms and conditions. I actually looked for that fine print to be sure there wasn't a subscription renewal clause and did not see one. They refuse to refund the full amount of funds they took.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of the funds they took from my account without authorization.

Hello! Customers are fully informed and must agree to the cancellation policy along with terms and conditions. During the ordering process customers must agree to all terms and conditions two (2) times with electronic signature. Your trial started the day you placed your order on April 6, 2018 and ended on April 24, 2018. You emailed us on May 17, 2018 regarding your cancellation which was already beyond your trial period hence the charges for the regular prices of the product.

As a courtesy, the previous agent gave you a refund of $30 for each product.

Unknowingly $172.70 withdrawn from my account for the "Free Sample". Company is refusing me a full refund.
Husband clicked on the Free Sample square on their advertisement on May 9, 2018 as a Mother's Day Surprise for me. The surprise came on May 29, 2018, when a total of $172.70 was withdrawn from my bank account, causing my account to be overdrawn. I called the company on May 29, and they state that they can only refund $140. I had to call several times, as they continued to hang up on me because I would not accept their offer. My husband then tried calling, and again, they refuse to refund full amount.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund of $172.70 deposited into my bank account. I have already cancelled my "account" with this company, and the bank cancelled my husbands debit card, and is issuing a new one because of this company.

Hello ***!

We have processed the refund back to your account today, May 31, 2018 it should reflect within 3-5 business days back to your account.

I was mislead to believe I was getting another product from Joanna Gaines skincare, which doesn't exist. The product came in and I didn't recognize it
I ordered some Joanna Gaines skincare which is ficticious. I paid for shipping and was led to believe the products were free if you paid shipping. When the products came in a box, I didn't recognize the company, so I threw it to the side intending to throw it away. I really believed the box was junk mail. When I was charged $180 on my bank account, I realized what the unopened box had to be. I called the number on my bank account and reached Dermaskincare Brands. I spoke with Dylan S. and he told me I would be charged restocking and more postage fees. They are fraudulent and need to quit selling under a well known person's name with their own products. Since I never opened the box, I could not tell you what was good or not. The number I called is 877-227-8894. I do not have the 180 to cover this expense. The return number provided to me is XXXXXXXXX. The amounts charged were $70 and $70.70. I also paid postage of nearly 20 dollars. I appreciate anything you can do for me and others who have and will fall for this company. They do need to be caught and quit using Gaines' notoriety. Thank you.

Desired Outcome

I expect a full refund. It would be nice if they were forced to quit the fraudulent activities.

This business is running quite a scam. They are advertising trial products free just pay shipping then want $89 later. They were not up front about it
On May 8, 2018 I saw online an ad from Dermaskinbrands about face & eye cream FREE just pay shipping. I started to fill out the form, but ended up backing out. A few minutes later, a rep called and talked me into finishing my order for the FREE creams plus shipping. She never once mentioned that there was a sue date to return this product nor did she say if I didn't want it I would have to pay $89! Apparently the due date was yesterday May 21 and I called today May 22. I None of this was explained to me over the phone when the rep mumbled the shipping price. The customer service rep today said I missed the deadline and there was nothing I could do, that everything was online (I never saw it as I did not complete the transaction online and when the rep called she did not tell me any of this. I feel like they are taking advantage of people - they certainly did me. They said they would turn this into the collection service, so that is why I am reporting this company to you. It is a scam and a rotten way to misrepresent their products and billing.

Desired Outcome

I do not feel I should be billed $89 for something that was supposed to be free and pay shipping only. I offered to return the product, but they said I couldn't, even though it was only ORDERED on May 8 (not delivered) and today is May 22, 2018 which is a ridiculous short time frame to try a product in the first place, but I had no idea that's all the time I had. I just called today to make sure they weren't going to send any more because the product is inferior and watered down. That's when I found out they expected me to pay $89 for this "Free" product. They said they will turn this into Collections - I do not feel I should be responsible for false advertising on their part and their unwillingness to work with me.

There were a total of 4 charges on my account for products that were never delivered. Contacted only for a partial refund of no goods received.
Called three times KENT was the last "supervisor" I spoke with - a total of 345.40 was charged for no goods received. They were giving me a "courtesy charge back of $120. Not acceptable for no goods received. I lost $225.40 for nothing received.

Desired Outcome

REFUND OF CHARGES PLEASE

When customers orders on our website they must agree to the terms and conditions which states that after 14 days + 4 days of shipping you will be charged for the bottles if they do not call to cancel and return the product. The process is all customer initiated and goes through an electronic signature twice. The trial order was made on 03/03/2018 and no call has been made not until 04/24/2018 in which the customer verified the shipping address on file and based on the tracking numbers provided, all were successfully delivered.
