I am rejecting this response because:I have asked for a paper statement more than 11 times!!!!A statement saying "zero owed"...showing a current balance..its a matter of principle really...I hate email..Im old school...mail one!!there subordinates were to lazy too...maybe all eleven who blew me off for 8 months should hand write one themselves....And I'd like it mailed to p.o. box 703 in north Hampton if it's not inconveniencing anyone

I am rejecting this response because: There response does not address the fact that their technician refused to come out until Monday. Furthermore after three calls from me they suggested I call my own repairman and submit a claim. That is not what I contracted for, nor did they uphold their responsibility.in having to take matters into my own hands their is no reason to continue to contract with this company who could not even explain or apologize for their lack of contractual obligation.Please feel free to close out this case. I do not believe anything will be resolved.This was an expensive lesson learned.
