I returned a M8S TV Box to be exchanged for a new one on 12/06/and have not received the replacement M8S TV Box I returned a M8S TV Box to be exchanged for a new one on December per there instructionsI have a postal receipt showing they received it on December I have contacted them multiple times and was told each time it would be mailed out that day I still have not received the replacement M8S TV BoxPurchased for $in January with promises of free repair They were very good about fixing the M8S TV Box by dialing into the box and fixing the problemsIn November or December, they were unable to correct the problems and told me to mail the box back to them and they would send me a new replacement box I have been unable to contact them for the past week or so I don't know if they are still in business Your help would be appreciated Thank you for any assistance you provide [redacted]

Saw this product at a home show and purchased same with promises of lifetime customer support etcProduct does not work and cannot contact business I purchased this product at a home show in May for $300, model "cordcutter box" Had huge salesman hype when it was demonstrated but upon getting home it was a different story Had initial problems from the start and when I called I had to return my box and they sent a replacement The replacement has worked sporadically at best and now does not work at all nor has it for the last several months When calls are placed the phone goes dead and no response from email either I am thinking that this company had closed down and skipped town with mine and who knows how many other people's money Product misrepresented and has never performed as sold

I purchased two of The Cord Cutter boxes and have been VERY disappointed!!! Up front: The issue of internet speed is not an issue for me since I have Fiber internet and receive 1 gb/s. I purchased my boxes from from the "As Seen on TV" store in Panama City Beach, FL and the Cord Cutter rep met me at the store. He sold me on the simplicity and the ability to save a lot of money on my monthly payment for TV. When it works, it's great. That's the problem...mine has not worked for weeks at a time, so I had to purchase Hulu Live TV to get a reliable service. The customer service is virtually non-existent. I have sent numerous emails and received no response. I have left several messages and they won't return calls. Additionally, my dad purchased one of these boxes on my recommendation and he has the same problems every day. This past Thursday, a member of The Cord Cutter Box contacted me because they thought I had tried to purchase a box earlier in the week. When I told them I had sent them an email regarding the box not working and no one responded, they told me someone would contact me on Friday at 10am to discuss my issues. NO ONE CONTACTED ME YET AGAIN. I'm VERY disappointed with the service and would like a refund. Again, when it works it's great, but it only works half of the time. This is NOT what I signed up for. BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased a device in July, and live streaming and sports has been very poor Unable to receive for weeks Have attempted on line chat 20+ times and just get a busy notice, leave your email and we will get back to you w/in 24-hours which has not happened Have called without returned response and have filled out online email requests multiple times without response Posted on their FB page and others posted behind me that they had same issues They did respond that they would call which hasn't happened I cannot even find that FB site now I have informed them that all I want is simple instructions on how I can fix the problems but can get no response I was not even requesting to return or get my money back...just need a fix for the problem I feel like this is a scam!

I purchased the Cordcutter box roughly May I've had problems accessing the movie tab multiple times As recent as Oct I contacted Cordcutter after recognizing that my box did not get upgradedToday (Nov 2017) I try to gain access to the cordcutter content and it stays I need updates The product is problematic at best and never gave me the service I paid for

Business promises to provide Lifetime Support for Software and maintenance for a product I purchased at Fort Belvoir that provides streaming services Multiple attempts to get support have been for naught Company no longer has telephone support and only option is email - which takes weeks for a response or chat - which, after hours of waiting doesn't seem to have anymore than or people supporting it In fact - I am constantly kicked off the chat and then find myself in a higher queue number
