I purchased a Cord Cutter Box from Tyler *** at the Jackson, MS Home Show March 11, After having trouble getting it to work, Tyler put me into contact with his boss, Jeffrey *** I spent days texting back and forth trying to get the issue resolved Jeffrey told me to send my box back to him and he would send a replacement It took almost weeks to get our replacement Upon opening the package we realized the power cord was missing My husband and I decided we were done dealing with this business I contacted Jeffrey via text message (his only form of communication) and asked for a refund He has been great about responding to my messages the entire time we were dealing with replacements Now that I requested a refund he has not responded to any of my text messages I've left a voicemail with him as well..no response

I purchased this product at a home show in May for $300, model "cordcutter box" Had huge salesman hype when it was demonstrated but upon getting home it was a different story Had initial problems from the start and when I called I had to return my box and they sent a replacement The replacement has worked sporadically at best and now does not work at all nor has it for the last several months When calls are placed the phone goes dead and no response from email either I am thinking that this company had closed down and skipped town with mine and who knows how many other people's money Product misrepresented and has never performed as sold

I purchased the cord cutter device a few months ago the device has not worked properlyI have tried to speak with cord cutter without success!
the cord cutter device will not work properly and can not get any help to fix or troubleshootdevice was purchased when salesman came to workplace with other vendors cord cutter device cost $ If device worked correctly it would be worth the money

We sent in our cord cutter box for a warranty replacement and have not received it or received any responses to emails inquiring about the replacement
I contacted CordCutter regarding a box we had that was not working We received an email to send the unit back and a warranty replacement would be sent We mailed the unit back and was received by them on Dec 23rd of It was mailed to this Destin, Fl address that was given to us
After not receiving the replacement we got on the site and tried to open a support ticket where they chat live They were not available and we received an email that a ticket has been opened and is being reviewed

This device is not for everyone, it has its quarks but it does do what was promised The tech support was friendly through my setup and even checked on me the morning after my purchase! All in all very happy with my purchase! Great product!

This is the worst product available Since changing from a human to an electronic "help", you have never have access to any product support My box won't update I have sent numerous direct emails and chat messages for the past weeks I NEVER get an answer
