Purchased the cord cutter device (Zen Box 4k) on 7/26/the device is not working and there is no customer service support
Purchased this device 7/26/It worked sporadically, I have made many attempts to contact the company and there is no longer a working website and no phone access to this companyThis company is the worst it seems as if they have disappeared off of the face of the earth, their numbers and website are no longer in existence I purchased this at the Eglin Base exchange they had a table up frontEglin AFB needs to investigate this company, how did they allow such a company to do business with our service members!Revdex.com needs to investigate this companyI want a refund!!!

I bought a CordCutter Media Streaming Device at the Home Show on January 27, with a Life Time WarrantyI paid in full! I have had to send it in twice since I purchased it in January The cost of the device was $ I started having problem with my device again in November They ask me to mail it in Each time it cost me for the postage They replaced my CordCutter with an older device that does not workIt took days to get the device back only to find out it still did not work and was in worst shape than when I mailed it off I tried calling them only to find out they no longer take calls They said on the answering service to go on line I have been on line or more times They sent an email saying I was in line to get help It has been weeks and no help I think they have lost their Tech support and do not have anyone to fix our problems I either need them to fix my CordCutter or return my money since they said I have a lifetime warranty

This company has the worst customer service ever!! They came to our Military base selling these streaming boxes and claiming live time support and you can't even get ahold of themWent to there so called office in Destin twice to different times before and it was close, I think there not there anymoreI use there web page to get support and they don't even return your call or answer your emailAlso when you use there support web site and it tells you your queue position is then you get to and all of sudden you are at 20, again this company either they folded or they are really horribleRevdex.com needs to investigate this company

I purchased two of The Cord Cutter boxes and have been VERY disappointed!!! Up front: The issue of internet speed is not an issue for me since I have Fiber internet and receive gb/s
I purchased my boxes from from the "As Seen on TV" store in Panama City Beach, FL and the Cord Cutter rep met me at the storeHe sold me on the simplicity and the ability to save a lot of money on my monthly payment for TV
When it works, it's greatThat's the problem...mine has not worked for weeks at a time, so I had to purchase Hulu Live TV to get a reliable service

I have had my cordcuter box for a yearYes it has saved me lots of money in cable bill However, I have been trying to reach support for over days and cannot get a responseThe queue system is ridiculousWaiting for hours only to be disconnected when I get to #or they evidently close at pm central time and I am setting at number in queue I have spent at least hours a day waiting and never get to a human? I recommended this unit to friends now am very upset with the support Not sure they are even in business anymore?
