Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: THIS COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION---THE LAST ORDER I MADE WAS CANCELLED WITHIN THE SAME HOUR (BOTH ORDERS) THAT WERE MADE---THEY EVEN ASKED ME WHY I WAS CANCELLING AND TOLD THEM THE PRICES WERE DIFFERENT---THE SECOND ORDER WAS ONLY MADE BECAUSE THEY SAID I HAD $CREDIT SO I ORDERED ANOTHER PURSE WHEN IT CAME TO CHECKOUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE ME THE $CREDIT SO WENT BACK AND CANCELLED THE ORDERS---THESE PKGNEVER REACHED MY HOME THEY WERE STOPPED AT THE POST OFFICE AND RETURNED TO """OPEN SKY"""" THE PURSE ON THE FIRST ORDER(WHICH I CHECKED TIMES TO MAKE SURE WAS GETTING THE LARGEST OF THE BAGS) NOW THE LARGEST OF THE BAGS IS (RAINBOW NATURAL COTTEN VINTAGE) SO NOT ONLY DO THEY CHANGE PRICES THEY CHANGE SIZES AS THEY SEE FITTHE PURSE IN THE FIRST ORDER WAS AGAIN SENT TO ME AGAIN FROM A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COMPANY( [redacted] ) LIKE I SAID IT WAS THE WRONG BAG WANTED THE LARGEST OF THIS TYPE OF BAG---THE PURSE CLIPS CAME FROM (CELLULAR OUTFITTERS) AND THEY WERE WRONG I ORDERED -GREEN AND BEIGE AND GOT BLK AND WHITE---YOU DID NOT ADDRESS THE FACT THAT THIS COMPANY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION---THIS COMPANY DOESN'T CARE WHAT THEY DO --THE PHONE NUMBERS THEY GIVE TO CONTACT THEM SAY THEY ARE NO LONGER TAKING CALLS--AS FOR THE RETURN LABELS NEVER GOT THEM NO RECEIPT EITHER---THE INFORMATION I GOT MYSELF WAS OFF E-MAIL--ANY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT THEM WAS IMPOSSIBLE---BOTH ORDERS WERE CANCELLED THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE END OF ALL THIS BUT NO THIS COMPANY PUSHED IT TO FAR---AFTER FINDING OUT THROUGH THE E-MAILS---I CALLED MY BANK AND WAS FLABBERGASTED TO FIND OUT WHAT THESE PEOPLE HAD DONE ----I TRUSTED THEM---OR ELSE WHY ARE THEY SELLING ON ""FACEBOOK""THEN STARTED TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THEM AND COULDN'T THE ONLY WAY WAS E-MAIL AND THEY COULD ANSWER WHENEVER THEY WANTED---WELL THEY DIDN'T ANSWER RIGHT AWAY THIS DATE FOR TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THEM WAS THE [redacted] APRIL THIS ORDER WAS MADE WAS MADE ON THE OF APRIL ONLY BOTH ORDERS WERE CANCELLED THE SAME DAY SO WHERE IS THE CONFUSION---IT'S ""OPEN SKY"""" DECEPTION AND DISHONESTY AND CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR---I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS DISHONEST AND CRIMINAL COMPANY THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN"" ANYTHING"" OUT OF MY ACCOUNT """ANYTHING""" AND THEY DID AND THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE RESHIPPED THE SAME ORDER---ALL THIS HAS BEEN RETURNED TO THEM AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK---- IT'S REALLY FUNNY I'V POSTED NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON THERE POST AND THEY HAVE IMMEDIATELY TOOK THEM DOWN GUESS I'V MADE THESE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AT LEAST TIMES NOW YOU CAN'T COMMENT THEY HAVE IT WHERE YOU CAN ONLY SHARE---SO IF THIS COMPANY IS LIGGIT WHY ARE THEY HIDING SO MUCH---I ONLY WISHED THAT RAPIDLY TO THERE CUSTOMERS BUT NO THEY WANT YOUR MONEY NO MATER IF YOU CANCEL OR NOT---BAD BAD BUSINESS---AND IF ""OPEN SKY""" KNOWS THERE VENDORS AREN'T ACCEPTING THE DISCOUNTS THAT SHOULD BE HASHED OUT WAY BEFORE IT'S POSTED---I'VE SEEN THEM KNOW THIS ABOUT THEIR VENDORS AND REPOST THE SAME ITEM AT THE DISCOUNTED PRICE---THERE'S ALOT OF MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN ""OPEN SKY""" AND THEIR VENDORS---BUT THAT IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT THE PRICE ON THE PRODUCT IS WHAT IT SHOULD BE TO THE CUSTOMER NO EXCUSES---THIS IS ""OPEN SKYS"" PROBLEM NOT OURS--- THIS PRICE SHOULD BE SET WELL BEFORE IT GETS POSTED ON FACEBOOK---AT ANY RATE THIS COMPANY DID ME WRONG AND I DON'T EVER WANT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN---WHEN SOMEONE HAS THE ""GALL"" TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION THAT'S A CRIMINAL ACT---THAT'S ROBBERY---I'M YRS OLD AND CAN'T AFFORD FOR SUCH STUPIDITY TO BE HAPPENING WITH MY MONEY---THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN ---IF I DON'T GET MY MONEY I'M FILING WITH THE OSBI---THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT ALLOWED TO SELL ON THE INTERNET, FACEBOOK OR ANYWHERE AS FAR AS THAT GOES---THEY ARE WHATS WRONG WITH PEOPLE SELLING STUFF IF THEY WERE ONLY HONEST AND RELIABLE THEY WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEMS AND PEOPLE WOULD HAVE GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM--- NOT THIS COMPANY CHOOSE TO BE THE OPPOSITE---IT'S THEIR FAULT--- SOMETHING ELSE I CAN STILL GO TO THIS FACEBOOK POST AND IT WILL TELL ME I HAVE $CREDIT ----THEY LIE SO MUCH--- WHAT I CAN'T UNDERSTAND IS WHY--- IT WILL ONLY HURT THEIR BUSINESS AND WHY WOULD THEY WANT TO DO THAT-----BEATS ME---WHY ARE THEY EVEN IN BUSINESS IF IT'S NOT TO MAKE MONEY THE HONEST WAY Sincerely, [redacted]
