RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is all I have to accept I have been emailed today by open sky to let me know that the product cannot be ordered and a refund will be processed So, now my kids have no Christmas gift coming in the mail at least for their dad I have to go out and purchase something and wait for it to arrive thanks to Open Sky Since the vendor that actually ships the product is not disclosed when purchasing the item, I almost wonder if this is advertisement and will be watching my credit card closely now I have never experienced such poor customer service from an organization Thank you for your assistance with this matter It is important you are aware at what is happening to consumer especially around the holidays Sincerely, [redacted]
