Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]Very clearly they have removed the tag from the sheet set and put in one claiming to be thread count 100% Egyptian cottonthere is no doubt what so ever that the item was deliberately sent in place of the one actually ordered as the label was not even the correct label for the packaging as it did not fit in the slot and it was not event one that was advertised on the siteI have sent back the sheets with the return label and will wait to receive refund before I will close the dispute I have taken pictures including one that shows a sticker that reads " needs book" in hand writing that was stuck on the package back I assume the wait time that was involved (weeks before shipping took place) was due to the label insert being missing, and then subsequently changed to reflect the cotton sheets, even though the sheets themselves were not cottonI have all documentation and pictures ready and available if required In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Dear Revdex.com, I’m sorry I had to contact your organization, but I’m trying to get my money back from OpenSky This particular company uses deceptive business practices when it comes to their returns/refund policiesI ordered a total of items: tops (in blue, grey, and black) and cardigan When I received the package, the products did not meet my expectations Initially, I couldn’t find the packing slip so I went back to the email that was sent to me once the payment was deducted from my bank account stating my confirmation order Then to my surprise I discovered all the items I ordered were marked as final sale/non-refundableI couldn't beleive what I was seeing Never once did I see anything in writing stating the items I selected were all marked as final sale/nonrefundable When I tried to call and speak with a customer service representative, there was no phone number listed on their website The only way to reach them was through email that stated it would take 2-days for a responseThis was my first time ever ordering from OpenSky I’ve never heard of them either Secondly, when I entered my credit card information, there was nothing stating before finalizing my payment that all items are final sale/non-refundable Therefore, I was led to believe if I didn’t like the product I could return it for a refundDuring the entire check-out process, OpenSky never once stated all items are final sale/non-refundable Simply put, this company is a ripoff and should not be allowed to practice ecommerce in the USA In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: My order was submitted on September **, I had to follow up with the company to receive the shipment which finally arrive October **, 2015, almost a full month after the order was placed When I opened the package I discovered that I had been sent the wrong size I want to stress that I ordered my correct size but was shipped the wrong size, so totally the merchants fault I immediately reported the issue and was told I would receive a replacement and return shipping label for the incorrect item Almost a month after that I was advised that the merchant would NOT ship a replacement to the original shipping address and I would need to supply a different one I have dropped the incorrect item with the Post Office and now I'm being told that I must wait until the merchant receives the item before they will begin to process a refund Again, this was 100% the merchants fault and they have had my money for months and I have nothing I should NOT have to wait any longer to receive my money back The merchant is at fault for not handling this in an expeditious manner which has caused me to be out the money for months I want an immediate refund In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
