Amazing caiman healthy as can be soo happy with my buy !!!

I placed a order for 500 crickets on Sunday. My order arrived Tuesday morning at 10am. All my crickets were alive! 500 alive crickets. I can't even get 60 alive ones from the pet store. Fast shipping, great prices. Very good experience. Will definitely be buying more from them!

I have ordered from backwater reptiles a couple of times. Always received conformation and tracking info immediately, always received the order when promised and the tarantulas I ordered were exactly what they promise. I would highly recommend them for anyone interested in their products.

I odered my sulcata and it came healthy and seemed to be very active but a little scared haha, but she's very gorgeous and very healthy and I would rate 10/10 and the service was amazing super nice group of people at backwater reptiles, earned themselves a life long customer and I'll send my buddies your way for reptile needs thanks for my sulcata!

Review: My order was late getting delivered so I emailed customer service to inquire. They are mailing live worms and were supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days max. After 3 days I asked where they were. They said they will be there tomorrow.

Tomorrow came and went, so did 2 more days...no worms. I them again on day 5 and said I wanted to cancel order and refund since the worms would be dead if they ever arrived to me. They said we cant refund after weve shipped.

I asked for the tracking information then for the worms. they never responded. on day six I told them I was fighting the charge with my credit card since they charged me and never sent the worms. this is the email I got back

How unethical of you to dispute a purchase when it's already been shipped. But, guess what, if we see a dispute come through we will send the full amount plus penalties to the collection agency we utilize (IC Systems, the largest one in the country). So, if you think you can cheat and get away with it, think again.

This guy is shady and unprofessional to say the least. They never gave me a tracking number. and I had no proof they were ever mailed. I filed complaint with my credit card co. The worms finally showed up the night of day 6. 1/2 of the dead. I will not deal with this company again. I want my refund.Desired Settlement: refund for worms..... $22.99

Our waxworm supplier does not provide tracking numbers, which is common for very small feeder orders shipped via USPS in this industry. We have never, in all our years operating, had a customer file a credit card dispute over not receiving a tracking number, much less on a $22 order, and after repeated confirmations from us that it did indeed ship.

I had a great experience with them. Everything worked perfectly and the animal was healty. Plan on using again soon.

I ordered a hatchling Hermann's Tortoise from Backwater Reptiles, LLC. I had read everything about their shipping policy and contact information so I understood how it all worked. When I contacted them through email, their preferred choice, they got back to me within the hour. This interaction happened several times before I made the purchase. Their customer service was superb! When I ordered the torte, it was very cold where I lived and I was concerned about whether or not my little guy would make it alive. They made the decision to hold my purchase until warmer temps arrived so they could guarantee live arrival. The tortoise came perfectly safe and healthy. Very active little guy. We are very pleased with this company and would order again from them.

I ordered a Veiled Chameleon and a cage kit from Backwater Reptiles. After ordering, I saw other peoples reviews, on different websites and on YouTube which had a decent amount of bad. I was nervous but hopeful. I received an email from Backwater Reptiles asking me if I wanted them to ship the chameleon closer to the time that the cage kit would arrive, which I thought was very thoughtful. I luckily had a small temporary cage that I could use until the real cage came, plus we were expecting a snow storm over the next few days and I didn't want to risk him getting stuck in transit. I emailed them back letting them know that I would still like the overnight shipping and the quickly responded letting me know that they would get the chameleon ready to go and be shipped out that night.

After that though, something came up to where I wouldn't have anyone at home to sign for my chameleon when he arrived. So I emailed the Backwater Reptiles customer service team asking if it would be possible to change the delivery address to my workplace so I could sign for it and make sure the chameleon would be brought in from the cold. They responded quickly and let me know the address change had occurred and sent me my tracking number later that evening.

The next morning, my chameleon arrived by Fed Ex at about 11:30am at my work. He was safe and sound. His color was a bright green and he was alert and curious about his surroundings. He was in perfect condition. He's actually really sweet and likes to sit on my finger and likes to have his chin scratched and will actually take food from my hand. He's perfect! I'm still waiting on my cage kit which should hopefully arrive before the end of the week.

I just wanted to thank Backwater Reptiles for being so helpful and pleasant and sending me such a great animal! Even with the cold weather, my animal arrived safe and happy. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon!

Wow, all I can say is they deliver live animals. My blue tongue skink arrived healthy and happy. I've booked marked their website and will be ordering again from them.
