Immediately following his order we emailed this customer to say we would have more Panther chameleons ready to ship in less than a week, and that if he wanted to cancel rather than hold his order, to just let us knowInstead, he filed a ridiculous Revdex.com complaintWe have fully refunded this
customer and will not ship to him. This customer could have simply e-mailed us and requested a refundThis is the first time we've received a Revdex.com complaint because we were out of stock temporarilyAbsolutely ridiculousHe e-mailed us earlier today saying, "Thank you, sorry it didn't work out."

I ordered an axolotl through Backwater Reptiles and the process was smooth and positive The order came exactly when the website said it would and I was given a tracking number the day it shipped to keep up with the orderMy axolotl was packed very well and arrived happy and healthy

Requested a leucistic with black eyes Exactly what I received Delivered before 10:30am as promised Axxie is lively, appears properly fed, missing no digits or limbs, tail fin is near perfect Unfortunately they were out of albinos, but this salamander is so flawless, it does not upset me one bit

I originally ordered a western hognose hatchling, however backwater was out of stock at the time so they helped me revise my order and instead I ordered a high yellow veiled chameleon pinhead crickets and 1lb of cricket food some of the crickets were dead but that happens, the chameleon is in great shape and is happily munching on a couple crickets already, he is so tiny its adorablethe people over at backwater are such great help I will definitely order from them again

I ordered a turtle, the transaction went thru and everything and the day before it is supposed to get delievered, I get an email saying they are out of that turtle! I demand a refund and now no one is responding!

We shipped a bullfrog, which was healthy and strong, to this customer via *** *** overnight deliveryThe frog arrived DOA and we promptly, and at no cost to her, shipped what she requested as a replacement, which was a Pacman frogThat frog arrived alive.We actually made a huge exception for this customer, in that we didn't charge her the usual $for replacement shipping, as all reptile companies doWe shipped a replacement absolutely free of chargeI am shocked at this demand for a refund of the original orderWe went above-and-beyond for this customer and she responds with a Revdex.com complaintWe cannot refund the original purchase, for obvious reasonsIf she wants to ship the replacement frog back to us, we can process a refund of the original transaction

We've previously e-mailed with this customer and offered to make an exception and work out some type of deal for a partial refund or heavily discounted replacement, but were surprised and dismayed to suddenly see a foul-mouthed, mean-spirited Revdex.com complaintWe've e-mailed the customer to ask why the
communication stopped and why the complaint was filed, but have not received a response

I am rejecting this response because:
I appreciate that you complied with my request to remove my photo from two of your webpagesYour current photo in use is of course, different from mineHowever, your claim that the photo has always been different since the beginning of my complaint is false.
Evidence is easily found by a simple google search There are other internet archives, such as ***, I can look into to show that my photo had indeed appeared on your website.
I would appreciate that in resolving my complaint satisfactorily, you confirm that you have ceased using my photo, and will desist from using my photo for all marketing, advertising and promotions now and in futureThank you

I have to say that I never even heard of backwater reptiles tell I did some homework online I'm very impressed how thay run business very fast to write me back about my order thay have some of the best reptiles I have ever seen when I got my turtle from them he was very active health looking and very eager to eat right off the back first day I got him I have a lot of positive things to say about how thay run business thay definitely know there stuff about reptiles I ordered from LLL before it was a hit and miss but backwater reptiles just can't be beat thay truly are the bestThanks Backwater reptiles looking forward to doing business with you soon again tell everyone about backwater reptiles

This customer placed an order on October 27th, and it was shipped on October 31st per our shipping schedule which is shown on every single animal page on our websiteThe customer was not available to receive the packageWe called her, no answerWe left voicemailsWe e-mailedWe textedNo
response from the customer. After two weeks, UPS returned the package to us at an additional cost of $which we had to absorbThe poor geckos died after nearly three weeks in transit
The customer finally responded to an email and said: "I was out of townI didn't expect the package need to get sign offI was expecting it would just get drop offCan l have a partial refund ??"
There will be zero refund for this customerShe was completely irresponsible and is now literally attempting to blame us and demands a full refundNot going to happen

I am rejecting this response because: the blackwater company sent the two gators in the same boxAfter they been delivered I separated them and place them in filter water tanks that were used to raised sea horsesThe water could not be contaminatedThe two gators never been together since the day of the delivery They both had separate tanks The food for them was bought from Pet Store that is a big company and the food was checked before selling for worms as far as I know After almost two months one of them got very sick and I sent a email to the backwater asking them for helpI even included pictures of the LIVE WORMSThey responded after a week just saying to use panicure medicine Unfortunately it was way too lateThat gator from the beginning of delivery was mellow than how a baby gator will beAfter a couple of weeks the other gator died also.
IIt is unfair that they were delivered in the same box and they were contaminatedIt is impossible that two gators in two different tanks with different filters that are adviced on the Internet can die from the same think one after another Can this company explain how is that possible?
AND they write that I never sent a email with pictures of the worms? No, that is not acceptableI will like this investigate it.
