We at TeeCoon strive to provide the best products and best customer service for our customers. We have been in communication with the customer and have told her we would replace the pillows that were incorrect and get her the missing pillows, we just need a picture of the ones received to send to...

our designer.  This is how the verify everything shipped and received. Attached is a copy of that message and we have been waiting for her image. We are going to let her keep the incorrect pillows she received plus send the items she is missing at no charge for the inconvenience. We have since sent her another message letting her know as soon as we get the image we will send what is needed and she can keep the incorrect ones for free.

rejecting this response because:  They are being dishonest!  They DID send me an email, March 23, 2017, stating they refunded my money, but, in fact, they DID NOT refund my money!!  Not resolved until they send a refund!!  Up to now, nothing has been apples to my bank account!!  They are lying!!

Hi, We have successfully refunded this order.  The customer did place 3 different orders from our website.2 of the 3 were fulfilled.  The 3rd one for the item in question was indeed part of a glitch in our systemthat never fulfilled that specific order.  We do apologize for that...

and we are re-sending the item to thecustomer and offering them a full refund on that particular order for the mask (which we have alreadyprocessed as I type this).   Sometimes glitches happen and we take responsibility for this order being lost as a result of that.   We do hope this is resolved and are open to further communication with the customer.  If you wouldlike to see a screenshot of the refund we can also provide.  But, considering this is our first Revdex.com issueever ... we have no clue if the file will be publicly shown and do not want to expose any personalinformation of the customers by uploading a photo of their order. Thank you.

We have refunded him as attached in the previous response. I will also attach here all of the communication we have had with the customer. We are trying to be attentive to him as possible and make sure he has the best experience with our store. That is why we gave him a refund and still sent him the product. We hope that he can understand that we apologize for the delay due to address insufficiency and hope that he enjoys his product. I have 8 response copies from talking with the customer but it only allows to upload 4.
