We at TeeCoon pride ourselves on providing great products and great customer service. We had an issue with the postal service as the item was lost and it took us some time to track down what was going on, as it is not easy to get an answer from USPS in a timely manner. We did receive information...

that they no longer could locate the package and assume it had been lost in transit and there was nothing they could do about it. We have sent emails to the customer asking if they would like a discount and still receive the item because we would ship another one and give discount for the inconvenience or receive a complete refund. We did not receive any information from them till now so we have refunded the order.
