The business' response is unsatisfactory, however I want to be finished with this issue and the business. I never received a replacement bottle, and a reputable company with any sense of customer service would have responded promptly to my email and done their due diligence in finding out what happened to the replacement shipment (if indeed one was ever sent out). They can just refund the cost of the bottle I never received ($13). What a shame, I was looking forward to purchasing from their company again, however, given their lack of customer service and professionalism I won't be buying from them again and will advise people I know to do likewise.Sincerely, *** ***

Customer attempted contact on 7/at which time we sent out her bottle and heard nothing more until 8/when we received an email that was confusing, since we had already sent out the product. If she hasn't received the product then we will be happy to refund the purchase price, or we can send
out another one. We won't be refunding any shipping costs

unprofessional to even insinuate that this is a jokeI have better things to do with my time than send emails to the Revdex.comThey claim they have someone answering the phone full time which has to be falseI have called several times for about days nowThe only response I ever received was a voicemail left on my work phone on May 1st at 7:31pm by Jamie asking me to call backI saved the voicemail as proof, so the company cannot claim they never received my complaintI called several times after that and left two more voicemails and nobody ever responded to me after thatI also sent several emails that nobody ever responded toIf they are claiming they sent me an email, I want to see the copy of this emailIf they are talking of the original confirmation of this order, yes I received that but like I said I received the package with one item missing and I have the note that says the other item is out of stock as well as my bank statement that proves that I paid for both itemsPS let me know if you would like me to send all this information and I gladly will!

I am rejecting this response because:Hello,I did receive a phone message from the company that asked me to contact them by phone. They did not leave any information in regard to the products I have still not received and when they will be arriving. I tried to call the number they left multiple times and they do not answer the phone. I am also not able to leave a message as the phone system is full and is not able to receive message. I have called them three days in a row with the same result. The lack of ability to reach anyone at this company by phone does not inspire confidence in regard to the two remaining products that I paid for and still have not shipped.

I am rejecting this response because:I did get an email saying the goods had been shipped, but not immediately after I placed my order as they claim. It was not until the day after I...

contacted the Revdex.com and made a complaint. The email said it had finally been sent by priority airmail - over a month after I placed the order. So it's now been 14 days since I had no choice but to complain, 13 days since they claim to have sent the order, and 44 days since the order was placed. I still haven't received it. In addition to this, the friend who originally recommended this company to me, has also not received an order which he placed, and will not be ordering again. And instead of getting an apology, I am provided a less than honest response, two weeks after I made my complaint. I was hoping to be a long term customer of this company as they do have some unique products. I still do want to be a long term customer. But its not looking very likely as things stand.

I am rejecting this response because: Thank you for your help and response, I look forward to receiving the packages. I will let you know as soon as I receive them. I am surprised that you were able to get through to them because each time I call they do not answer and I am unable to leave a message because the answering machine is full. Again thank you for your response, I am sad that I can not longer trust this company because the product they eventually delivered it good.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The attached email exchange was the only communication received. Spam box is checked on a weekly basis. If this address was received once, it does not go into Spam. My order was for powder form of the pepperine NOT capsules. A return form filled out online with a follow up phone call that was unanswered. I still wish to return all items for a full refund. You have my information on file and yet no one has contacted me.

Contacted the customer, who had received all of his merchandise by now.  He stated that his wife made the report on us in error and would contact Revdex.com to resolve it.  Not sure how to proceed.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. There is a lack of correct information with the statement made by the business that I want to set for the record.
This issue was not due to single instance of failure on the part of the company, it is due to multiple. 1) Failing to send the correct product back on 12/28/2015, 2) failing to respond to multiple phone calls, voice mails and other communication around 3/5/2016 and then again on 4/29/2016 when I reordered product and was assured what I had paid for back on 12/28/2016 would be sent in conjunction with the new order. I recommend that BadMonkey Botanicals reviews it's phone and voicemail system since no one had ever answered my phone calls (nor did they respond to my voice mails) when I called during the posted business hours.Sincerely, [redacted]

I'm sorry you've experienced some issues with this order.  We did contact you on 12/5 about the backorder, giving you options to wait or refund/exchange but received no contact back.
Why was it a problem that you didn't receive any invoice with the shipped backorder?  And why did this...

turn into a complaint with the Revdex.com?  Your allegation that we do not answer the phone or emails is false.  Did you check your spam?
Anyway you will need to contact customer service because we do not handle refunds through the Revdex.com website.  Have a good day.
