Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by CarXenonHIDKits regarding complaint ID [redacted] On February *** we filed a claim with the [redacted] Resolution Center against [redacted] hoping they could help us resolve the issueWe were only allowed to type a short explanation in a text box with limited space provided on [redacted] 's website that [redacted] shared with [redacted] During the process, CarXenonHIDkit was expected by [redacted] to contact us indirectly through [redacted] Someone from CarXenonHIDkit responded on [redacted] 's website informing us that they would send us a new kit that would workWe never received a replacement kit and never heard back from CarXenonHIDkitIn the meantime [redacted] sent us this message: “We completed our review and unfortunately are not able to decide this case in your favorDuring our review, we found that your seller had sufficiently described the merchandise.” [redacted] then closed the caseOur issue was not resolved, because we have a defective headlamp kit in our possession that we spent $79.99, was never able to use, and was supposed to be covered by a “lifetime” warranty (according to CarXenonHIDkit's website) with a replacement for the defective partCarXenonHIDkit has not acted professionally by eluding us and by not honoring their lifetime warranty guarantee.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

They company sent one new set of bulbs like they said they would, and even a new set of ballastHowever this does nothing for the
high beams or fog lights, and since these aren't new from the box, I suspect they will be just as defectiveThey continue to ignore my request for a refund and still provide terrible customer service
