On February [redacted] we filed a claim with the [redacted] Resolution Center against [redacted] hoping they could help us resolve the issue. We were only allowed to type a short explanation in a text box with limited space provided on [redacted]'s website that [redacted] shared with [redacted]. During the process, CarXenonHIDkit was expected by [redacted] to contact us indirectly through [redacted]. Someone from CarXenonHIDkit responded on [redacted]'s website informing us that they would send us a new kit that would work. We never received a replacement kit and never heard back from CarXenonHIDkit. In the meantime [redacted] sent us this message: “We completed our review and unfortunately are not able to decide this case in your favor. During our review, we found that your seller had sufficiently described the merchandise.” [redacted] then closed the case. Our issue was not resolved, because we have a defective headlamp kit in our possession that we spent $79.99, was never able to use, and was supposed to be covered by a “lifetime” warranty (according to CarXenonHIDkit's website) with a replacement for the defective part. CarXenonHIDkit has not acted professionally by eluding us and by not honoring their lifetime warranty guarantee.Sincerely,
