is this legal ! it States on website full warranty!! Don't believe 1 word!!!

We submitted a claim and opened a "dispute" with [redacted]'s Resolution Center on February [redacted], with a message...

to  CarXenonHIDKits explaining that we would like an exchange or would be asking for a refund using [redacted]'s Buyer Protection Plan.  CarXenonHIDKits has contacted us today (February [redacted]) "inderectly" through [redacted] stating that they will send us a replacement.

had sent the merchandise there and the company has yet to pick it up from the post office as there was nobody at the address to receive it. It is my full belief that this is a scham business.  The company said that their head office is in New York, yet merchandise came from Montreal.  The address to send it back to was a address in quebec.  I contacted Canada Post who confirmed that the address is only a post office box.  The package being too big to fit into a PO box, it was held at the post office for the company to come and pick up.  It is being held at the same location as the PO box location, yet this person never picked it up. I contacted [redacted] again with the concern that this item will be returned back to me and I will not receive a credit for it.  [redacted] advised that since they are taking my side on the matter even if the company doesn't pick it up... they will still issue a credit for it.  I guess I have to wait and see because I already spent more money just to send it back to them. Due to the lack of any sort of communication from the staff or owner of this company, I hardly believe that this business is legitimate in any way. I would strongly advise the State of New York to shut this company down as I am sure there is many more people like me who got defrauded by this company.  Many individuals dont understand which avenues they should take to go after fake companies such as this one.  Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by CarXenonHIDKits regarding complaint ID [redacted].   On February [redacted] we filed a claim with the [redacted] Resolution Center against [redacted] hoping they could help us resolve the issue. We were only allowed to type a short explanation in a text box with limited space provided on [redacted]'s website that [redacted] shared with [redacted]. During the process, CarXenonHIDkit was expected by [redacted] to contact us indirectly through [redacted]. Someone from CarXenonHIDkit responded on [redacted]'s website informing us that they would send us a new kit that would work. We never received a replacement kit and never heard back from CarXenonHIDkit. In the meantime [redacted] sent us this message: “We completed our review and unfortunately are not able to decide this case in your favor. During our review, we found that your seller had sufficiently described the merchandise.” [redacted] then closed the case. Our issue was not resolved, because we have a defective headlamp kit in our possession that we spent $79.99, was never able to use, and was supposed to be covered by a “lifetime” warranty (according to CarXenonHIDkit's website) with a replacement for the defective part. CarXenonHIDkit has not acted professionally by eluding us and by not honoring their lifetime warranty guarantee.Sincerely,
