I was told by colder's that they would have a rep from their store come and fix the chairWith that being said I took off of work for that dayI was called with less then hours notice to tell me that they would not in fact be coming out and that I would have to contact the manufactureI made multiple attempts to contact both the manufacture and colder's to get the problem resolvedI received parts via the USPS form the manufacture, however nobody contacted me to troubleshoot the problemI have been transferred, hung up on and ignored by both companiesAt this time I am still unhappy with Colders and their customer serviceIt was their lack of communication and poor customer service that started all of thisThe sales person form Colder's should have disclosed that any future maintenance on this chair would have to be done by the manufacture located on the West CoastI would have declined the purchase and gone with something that Colder's could service directlyMy complaint is not with the manufacture, it's with Colder'sI'm unhappy with their sales practices and customer serviceIt was Colder's that facilitated this sale and I am asking them to resolve the problem

We do apologize for the inconvenience It is always frustrating when a new purchase requires service As you know the warranty is through the manufacture and we work closely with the manufacture to see that all concerns are resolved in a timely manner The dryer was exchanged after further review on 2/22/ We are thankful for the opportunity to do business with Mr [redacted] and again, apologize for the inconvenience

This is in response to consumer complaint [redacted] We are working with Mr [redacted] to come up with a resolution for getting his sofas repaired The manufacturer has been contacted as to how to rectify his continuous flaking of the leather on his sofas It is always our intention to take care of a consumer's complaint right away Again we apologize and thank you for giving us the opportunity to rectify the situation

We have been trying to reach Mr [redacted] to see if the service provider was able to get in touch with him to set up another service call for his dryer We do apologize that service was required again because they try to resolve the issue on the first visit We were informed from Modern Appliance that service was scheduled on 4/11/and was completed and the dryer was working fineWe are thankful for the opportunity to do business with Mr [redacted] and again, apologize for the inconvenience
