Review: I ordered a custom radiator cover on December 12/13/2014. The product was paid for at the time of purchase since it was special order. I have e-mailed twice and called but got an answering machine.Desired Settlement: I want the order filled or a refund of my purchase price immediately. I feel I have waited long enough.

Review: I placed and order with this company in March 2014 and only recieve part of the order. I have treid severaal time to contact the company and get no response. I am still waiating for a raditore cover and battery cover and master cyclinder over. the billed ny credit card right away.Desired Settlement: I would love to get the parts but, if the company can not produce then I want a refund.

Review: I ordered products in (2014 April) from BANGASTANG received part of order. I have sent several emails and also left several message and no one returned any calls or emails. I am missing a radiator cover and the covers for my battery and master cylinder. Review: I ordered a car cover for my 2013 GT 500 on 11/7/12. My credit card was immediately charged $400. After waiting the estimated 6-8 weeks, I began to inquire about the order's status via e-mail. I got the usual 'we have no direct contact with our supplier...' e-mail response with no updated estimated delivery date. Over the next several months I continued to inquire about my order. Sometimes I would get a response but most times there was nothing. I have since tried to contact the company via telephone and can get no answer. Since it's been over a year since I placed my order and they will no longer respond to my requests, I now consider my $400 stolen. All I want at this point is a refund of my $400.Desired Settlement: An immediate refund of my $400.

Review: 11AUG2014 I purchased a painted radiator cover from Bangastang.com for $539.00 USD online via Paypal. It was advertised that it would take 6-8 weeks to paint and ship. I started calling at the end of September and approximately every 2 weeks till 30OCT2014. I have tried to resolve this but Paypal stated that I was only covered for 45 days from the date of purchase. I have started to process through Navy Federal to get a refund but they said it was over 45 days and that probably nothing could be done. I am active military and this is a big part of my pay. I called the Chula Vista Police Department and my local Columbia County Police and they said I could file a report but that this is a civil matter. I am a prior enlisted officer with multiple combat deployments. I do my part for this country while this individual still gets to conduct business online and steal peoples money and I'm out $539.00! Where is the justice in this? PLEASE HELP-Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I don't want this individual to have my credit card number and I don't want a worthless check. I want a cash refund.

Review: On 12/3/12 , I ordered a car cover for my husbands 2013 GT 500 Cobra. I have called several times to check status. They have billed my account which I have paid in full. I called in March and was told they were behind. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money since it had not been started yet. I have tried to call and email several times since but get no response to either. All you ever hear is they are busy and will have to get back to you. I would like my money refunded. It should not take over 7 months to make car cover if this is the case they should post that to the web site. I would have never ordered it if I realized it would be like this. I will never use their company again nor will I refer them to anyone in my Mustang Club that I belong too.Desired Settlement: I would like 399.00 refunded back to my pay pal account which is what I used to pay for this or to my checking account since I have paid this account off.

I ordered several pieces from Bangastang, they told me 90 days I called aleast 20 time, could not get anybody to answer the phone. When they did answer the phone they said it had shipped. I called a month later, they said it just shipped. 6 months later they sent it. I had already bought it from someone else. It took me 3 months to get me money back after I had to go to the credit card company to get it.

Review: I ordered a custom painted radiator cover from Bangastang on 11/30/2014 at a cost of $512.00. The website states 4-6 weeks for delivery of the item. It also states that additional time may be needed due to the unpredictability of orders over the holidays. I understand that issue, but I have been waiting 5 months for my product. I was in email contact with one customer service representative who promised to keep track of my order. On January 22, 2015, I was informed that I would receive my order in 10-14 days, but it never arrived. Recently, he sent me an email telling me he was leaving Bangastang. All subsequent emails to the company have gone unanswered. They have removed their phone number and customer account information from their website. Their new website claims that they no longer sell auto parts! They have my money and I have no product. I am still willing to accept the item that I ordered, but if they are no longer selling auto parts, I want my money back!Desired Settlement: I will be satisfied with my money back or the item that I ordered as long as I receive it in perfect condition as promised.

Review: My husband ordered a radiator cover for my 2008 Shelby GT for my birthday on April 21, 2014. Bangastang sent us a template to modify for my car so they could get the cover to fit. We sent it back to them the very next day. That is the last we have heard from them. Of course our payment of $515.00 came out of our Paypal account immediately. I have contacted Paypal and they won't do anything. I have called and emailed numerous times and have only gotten an answering machine or nothing from email. At this point I would love to just get my money back.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund or the radiator cover.

We're sorry for the delay in production, this is the peak time of year for orders. Your Radiator Cover is in the painting stage and we hope to have it ready for shipment later this week. We'll send you a tracking number when it ships.

As you can guess we have heard nothing from them since and we still have not received anything from them. I am hoping that you can do more than just send a letter. They have had our money for 6 months now. This kind of service is unacceptable.

Review: I placed a parts order #[redacted] on 10-10-2012 and paid in full at that time. The only portion of the order that I did received, was drop-shipped from another company by the name of California Pony Cars, in Ontario, CA. The approximate value of that portion of the order was $100.00 and was received within one week from date of original order. the rest of the order has never been shipped to me, or received. I have called numerous times. I have emailed numerous times, most of which remain without response. I did talk to a gentleman, by the name of [redacted], and [redacted] and he / they admitted the order had gotten lost, mis-placed or mis-handled. It's been such a long time and such an ordeal, that we discussed a refund of the order and he agreed to that. The last time I actually spoke with him, he promised me he would calculate the remaining portion of my order and issue my refund. That was approximately April of 2014 and no refund has since been received.Desired Settlement: All I wish to pursue is a cash refund.

Review: Ordered a set of coil covers on Oct 28th 2013 and by November 13th when I had not received any shipping info I inquired to there where abouts. I was told they would ship with the next week which the did not. After numerous calls and emails and excuses by bangastang they still had not arrived by mid February 2014. I spoke with them on the phone and they made another excuse stating that the product would be different then the one I ordered due to a change in California paint regulations. At this point I was fed up with the wait, excuses, and change in product so I requested a refund to the Visa I used to purchase the product. I was too by bangastang that it had been to long to refund the card and they would need to send me a check and would send me email confirmation that the refund was in process. As of today which is over a week later I still have no check or email confirming the refund is in process.Desired Settlement: I want a refund either check or credit card but want it ASAP. It has now been almost 4 months that they have had my payment and I just want to be done with this ordeal and get my money back.

Review: I ordered a part from bangastang on November 10th 2014, and received a confirmation notice the same day. My parts needed custom painting and the order form indicated it would be 3 weeks longer due to the additional processing. The parts still have not arrived as of this date 05/29/2015. I have made several calls, and left several messages and emails. There has been no response. Currently, the bangastang website is not functioning, therefore I have exhausted all my resources.

(Full disclosure: part of the order was delivered on time, the parts needing special processing are still missing. The value of those parts is over $300)Desired Settlement: I would like a refund on the parts that were not delivered. I would accept the parts if they can be found.

Review: I ordered a car cover for my 2013 Shelby GT500 from Bangastang on 15 December 2012. At that time I used PayPal to pay for the item in full...$399 plus CA sales tax. As of August 2013 I have not received the item. I have sent numerous emails and left numerous voice mails to try and resolve the matter. I was able to get in contact with the owner on two occasions and he said he would refund my money...but then failed to follow through.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the cost of the car cover plus CA sales taxes paid....$399 plus tax.

Review: back on 5/2/2013, I ordered a painted radiator cover for a 2013 mustang automobile. On 5/3/2013 $539.00 was charge on my credit card for a part that I have not received. I have made numerous calls to find out what is holding this part up only to be given many excuse for the delay. Another week and it will be 8 months I've been waiting for this part.Desired Settlement: If you can't deliver this part, please return my payment back to my credit card.

Review: I made an online purchase from Bangastang on 12/4/2013 and was told I'd "probably receive it before Christmas". Upon delivery, mid-April 2014, it was very clear that the item (radiator cover) was not made to the quality that the manufacturer claimed. I made multiple phone calls and attempts to resolve the issue. This company is very savvy and deceptive in how it deals with transactions and communications - claiming their hamstrung because of third-party supplier challenges. The majority of my attempts to contact them have gone unanswered even though they claim they will respond within 24 hours. I am unhappy with their untruths and inability to honor their verbal commitment of refunding my money ($671.60) within 48hrs (as of May 13, 2014). Since I am out of state my options are few and I am requesting that the Revdex.com assist in resolving this matter.Desired Settlement: Bangstang needs to honor their commitment and issue a full refund.

Mr. [redacted] there are several facts that are missing in your statement. You purchased a Radiator Cover during the month of December which is a very busy time for us due to Christmas shopping. Because of this busy time we only provide our customers with a estimated window of when their order may ship. Any custom order that is placed during the month of December more than likely will not be ready by Christmas due to the volume of orders that we receive. Many of our customers tend to be overly anxious when ordering our custom parts and anticipate them arriving in a few days. Our turnaround policy is clearly posted on our website and states our "Turnaround Time" are only estimates and NOT guarantees of delivery times. Again you ordered a custom part that had to be made and painted for your vehicle. Our Radiator Covers are not over the shelf items.

Upon delivery of your Radiator Cover via Fedex, we did not receive communication for several days. Once we did receive communication we promptly responded via phone in our phone conversation you stated that you replied to automated email which is sent all of our customers. That email clearly reads in bold print "PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL. THIS IS A NON-REPLY EMAIL ADDRESS." When I spoke to you on the phone you stated that you had replied to the automated email which is not the correct email for communication.

In our phone conversation you informed us that you felt there were some imperfections in the paint. We agreed to pay for the return shipping and would examine the Radiator Cover for any imperfections. Upon returned delivery we examined the Radiator Cover and saw some minute imperfections and agreed to repaint the Radiator Cover as I told you we would in our phone conversation. The Radiator Cover was repainted in 3 days and ready to ship. I called and left several messages on your office phone and cell phone but never received a reply for over a week.

When I did hear from you via phone you stated that you had no longer wanted the custom Radiator Cover because you had missed in your words "several car shows". What is confusing is our custom Radiator Covers is a cosmetic part that does not stop you from driving your vehicle, it's an aftermarket appearance part that replaces your OEM Radiator Cover. Rather you decide to attend or abstain from attending a car show is your choice and our custom Radiator Cover in NO WAY stops your vehicle from running it's strictly an appearance upgrade. In addition your Radiator Cover was ready to ship in mid April but we received no return communication from you for over one week. We're quite aware of the car show season and when it starts and in mid April in Pennsylvania we're certain that there are many car shows throughout the summer. In fact last week (June 5-7) was the Ford Carlisle show which is one of the biggest Ford shows in the country with over two thousands Ford vehicles in attendance. Two of our customers won second place trophies at the Carlisle show, one owns a Bullitt Mustang while the other has a 2013 Shelby GT500 with several of our parts on there cars. All of them have our custom Radiator Covers and were patient enough to wait for a custom part.

As a car enthusiasts do you buy custom made parts to use just one time for one show? It's kind of like buying underwear, do you wear it one time then throw it away?

You're asking for a refund of $671.00 we don't agree and here's why. As per phone conversation we agreed to repaint the Radiator Cover and pay for the return shipping which we did. After we repainted your Radiator Cover we called and left several messages on your office phone as well as cell phone but received NO reply. We recall receiving many emails from you requesting status updates of your custom order but when you tried to contact you we heard nothing. Obviously this is a matter of you being upset over in your words "missing a car show". You received a set of billet shock tower covers from us on 12/9/13 this is now 7 months later and you're requesting a refund. Our return policy is 15 days from the date of receiving the item. Our custom parts are made upon order and we don't offer refunds on custom made parts. We will not take a return on the Shock Tower Covers after 7 months. I will agree to give a partial refund for the cost of the Radiator Cover minus the 20% restocking fee. We held up our part of the deal but didn't want your Radiator Cover because as you stated "I missed several car shows" in early April.

We do have a request for you, the money that is refunded to you we ask that you donate the money to a charity or a needy family. Missing a car show is nothing when people in this country are going without food, medication, shelter and basic needs. Our war veterans need help BAD maybe missing a FEW car shows and volunteering to help the needy may give you a broader vision of what's going on in this world. We often hear "Ive got a car show can't you speed it up". We've become a country that has a drive thru mentality....can't wait.

I have not received my refund from Bangastang as of yet and can not get anyone on the phone or a reply to me emails. I am sorry to keep turning to you people at The Revdex.com but I am at the end of my rope. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

Review: On 04/21/'15, I sent an e-mail to [redacted] services in which I stated the following:In November 2014, I placed an order via [redacted] to BangaStang.com and as of today in late April 2015, still have not received my product. I ordered 2 items from BangaStang.com on 11/03/2014: -1 Pr. GT500 45th Anniversary (1967-2012) Fender Wings, which I did in fact receive, and -1 GT500 Customized Radiator Cover, Race Red, White w/Black Racing Stripes, SVT [redacted], @ a Cost of $534.00 w/Free Shipping which I have NOT yet received. The order was processed from my bank and the withdrawal posted on 11/10/2014 from my [redacted] account. I sent e-mails to BangaStang in January 2015 and again in March 2015 asking about the delay because I had yet received my $534.00 radiator cover. On 03/24/'15, I finally received a reply from BangaStang employee Sean MacKay who wrote how he apologized for the delay which was due to a huge amount of backorders for a few months from inventory sitting at the ports due to the work stoppage at the docks. He added that my order would be shipping within 10-14 days.E-mails that I've sent since then has not been responded to. It's been 7 months since I placed my order and still have not received my product. I've asked BangaStang for a phone number so we can speak about the issue over the phone but they insist on using generic e-mails ([email protected]) as a means to communicate. I contacted [redacted] to assist me in obtaining a refund of my $534.00 and cancel my order with BangaStang, however, they said that they couldn't help me because I needed to file a complaint with them within 30 days of not having received the product. I've been extremely patient up to this point and I no longer have interest in the product that I had paid for or any other products that BangaStang has to offer on-line. What I simply want is a refund of my $534. I sent additional e-mails to a supervisor named Mr. [redacted], requesting a refund; they too were never answered. Hi I placed my order in march and I have not received anything yet . I had spoken to gail and he said that I would have my side scoops before apri's car show its now July and I have not received anything . I also spoke with James which is the Manager he said I would get a refund and I have received anything yet and he is Very RUDE!

Review: I made an internet purchase on 5/3/13 from bangastang. The order included three items totaling over 1000 dollars. As of today,11/1/13, I have not recieved any items, bangastang recieved payment for these items 5/7/13 by credit card. I called numerous times to inquire about the order but was told someone would call me back. Their excuse is that they nmoved or lost employees, which is not my concern many businesses have the same issues but stil deliver product. On 10/29/13 I emailed bangastang requesting a full refund of purchase or I would be filling this complaint, and here it is. If bangastang wishes to operate at its own slow pace then they should not bill untill the items are ready to ship, seems like they are operating on others money.

This is the same excuse they have provided in the past. I made and paid for the order in May, before they moved, I recieved the email stating they were moving. Knowing this I gave them the month of June to complete this move and resume production. Orders recieved during this time should not affect mine. By my thinking on a 3-6 week turnaround my order should have been to me by august or september which would have been acceptable. It is now mid november with no end in site. I still would like a refund not knowing any time frame and at this point would question the quality of items I would recieve and do not want to go through the return process if it is this difficult to purchase said items.
