*** arrived slightly early and got right to work inpecting our heater and ductingHe knows his stuff! Our heater turns out to be years old, and he showed us evidence of how the internal components were failing and seals were absentinefficient and somewhat dangerous Matt explained options that his company could do for replacing the heater and ducting, which include services such as permitting, inspections, and annual maintenance, and pricing that is better during the off-season We are not quick to make big decisions like this, and did not feel pressed to do so as Matt was very pleasant and respectful We are very impressed, and sincerely appreciate his level of expertise

We couldn't be happier with the service we received at One Hour We had a year old unit that was not efficient and needed duct repair because there was no air getting through to two bedrooms
One Hour replaced it with new equipment that functions properly and efficientlyOur experience was very positive, from diagnosis to completion of the job Patrick is an extremely hard worker and very professional His crew (sorry - bad with specific names) did very nice work and left our home clean from all the removed old equipment and duct work
We would recommend their service to anyone in need of replacing old heating and air-conditioning equipment

I want to commend Mike Sims and Justin Batten of Atascadero One Hour Heating & AC for the excellent job they performed in the installation of two new furnaces at my residence Mike and Justin clearly explained the work that they were going to perform They answered all of my questions and based on my specific installation requirements satisfactorily described alternate solutions to issues that arose Both were very respectful of my property and were extremely courteous in their interactions with me I am giving them a star review for the work they performed
Mike was very professional, friendly and thorough I used to work for an A/C company in Florida I could tell he was honest and trustworthy He went over everything in great detail and was very accommodating I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism He was also very personable! I would highly recommend him He knows his profession!

We needed service on our AC unit. Jeff came out for a diagnostic. He was thorough and professional from the start. After finding our system was not worth repairing, Jeff was very patient in explaining all the options to me and then again to my husband. Ultimately he was able to come up with solution that worked for me and for what my husband wanted to spend. We are very happy with the outcome and will be using the company in the future for repairs or other installs. A big thanks to Jeff for making our home better and not breaking the bank.
Technicians are great. Office response and billing needs to get better. Charged me incorrectly. Get more office people and train them! I have been with them for almost 4 years. Get some office people!
