Our entire experience was wonderful. The technicians were knowledgable, careful, and respectful of our home. They worked quickly despite very hot temperatures and thoroughly cleaned up all of their work areas. I would highly recommend them!

it does not appear that you moved forward with any of the recommendations that
were made and that you were going to use your home warranty company to fix the
problems that were found with your unit.

supervisors out to your home to review the findings again, or to meet with
another company at your home to help verify the findings, if it is an issue of

technicians go through technical training on a daily basis, along with attending a yearly class that focuses their attention on Heat Exchangers, and the safety of our customer's furnace. Our goal is not to sell you anything, rather to do a detailed inspection of the unit to ensure it is working to the best of it's ability, while ensuring your families safety and comfort. During this inspection, if we find something that appears to be a hazard, we will bring it to your attention, but as a home owner it is up to you to decide what the next step will be in the process.Once again, I am sorry if you did not have a good experience with our company, but as requested we will refund your money. Very prompt and professional. All of the employees were very polite and answered all of our questions. Our heater needed to be replaced and we decided to add air conditioning to our home. David & Nick explained all of my options. We made a decision to proceed the next day. They arrived right on time, were careful with walls, floor and furniture, and cleaned up when they were done. They were extremely friendly and explained everything that they were doing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of air conditioning.
