Placed my order on a Tuesday received tracking # fridayWith expected delivery date for the upcoming TuesdayIt's now Wednesday and all my tracking says is label created no attempted delivery*** said to contact shipper which is basically impossible seeing there is no phone # to reach them only emailOrdered the shirt two weeks in advance for my sons birthday partyKind of a bummer

Customers order was canceled and fully refunded days (not including - business days from customers credit card provider processing time) after the order was placed due to item not being available in our stock

We do not process orders during the weekend as our office hours are only during the weekdayWe have started processing this customers order on the Monday after he placed his order as per usual

Reached out to the customer and explained what had happened to his order, package was lost while picking up from our warehouse and a replacement order has been shipped out

Unfortunately the items the customer order was out of stock after the order was placed, after weeks of original order date we had canceled the order and processed the full refund

The full refund was processed after processing the order and the item the customer ordered was not in stock We emailed the customer proof of the full refund

is this how bape’s quality is? I bought it for 240 and this is the quality ? I guess a plastic phone cover is better than this which is only 18. think how people actually think about this cover and when they started asking “is this bape’s cover omg so lousy”☺️

Help this is a scam I need my money refunded by far the worst company ever

The complainer did not input an order number for me to look into, I did however search our recent orders with the name [redacted].  1 order was placed after this "complaint" not sure if it is the same [redacted] but that order was processed within the 5 business days that is stated in our...

processing time policy.  That order is currently "out for delivery" as of today.
