Ms*** purchased a Lincoln MKZ from us on February 2, 2018, with 106,milesPaperwork was signed on that date, and Ms*** took delivery. The information that Ms*** is using to prove asking price came from a website, CAR GURU, that trolls the internet for vehicle
information. This is an unreliable source , due to the fact that they do not pull the correct information and are notorious for changing prices There are many companies out there that do the same thing. We can understand her questioning the information that she found, but Nourse is not responsible for information that is pulled from us, and changed by CAR GURU, or any other company. If you have any questions, or need further documentation, please feel free to contact me

The Nourse Chillicothe Automall stands by our position Mr*** was advised that the trim piece was brittle and would break, and that his extended warranty company would not cover it He was given the opportunity of replacing the trim, at our cost of He declined to replace it, and accepted that we were going to glue it Please keep in mind, that this repair was done a year ago It has gone through another year of fluctuating temperatures, and well as wear and tear of accessing the DVD player.Sincerely,Nourse Chillicothe Automall

After speaking with the sales staff and the customer last week, there is a difference of opinion on the severity of the paint issue. I asked her if she could wait until Monday or Tuesday of this week for an answer to this complaint. I would like our Body Shop Manger to get involved, but
unfortunately he was out last week. Just as quickly as I can confer with him, I will call the customer and get a path forward

We have contacted Mr*** concerning his clock and cruise control. The clock is going to be extremely hard to find due to the vehicles model year. He understands that, and is willing to forget the clock but would like for us to fix the cruise control. This vehicle was sold
"As Is", however we are willing to work with him on a mutual agreement. I do not have the answer at this time, but should have it within the next few days

We offered for Mr*** to bring his Chevy Malibu to us, just to make sure that the problem he is having is indeed the head gasket. He did purchase this vehicle "As Is" over months ago, and understood that we where not offering to fix anything, but as a goodwill gesture we would make
sure exactly what was wrong with the vehicle. He agreed, and brought it in for an inspection. Our Certified GM Technician looked it over and said it could possibly be things, but unfortunately it would take tear down time to know exactlyAt this point, Mr*** stated he could make payments on the repairs, but only a month. Unfortunately, we do not have a payment plan set up for service repairs, especially on repairs. I would be more than happy to forward you the "as is" paperwork. As it clearly states on the documents, we welcome the customer to have a independent mechanic look the vehicle over prior to signing anything. If you need more information, please feel free to contact me

I spoke with Mr. [redacted] this morning.  He stated that the rear end issue he was having has been repaired satisfactory by us.  He appreciated everything that we had done for him, including offering him a rental truck at no charge, so he could continue his work.  He did decline this...

offer.  Our Service Director will forward all the particulars of this case to you at a later date.  However, this should be enough to close the complaint today. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.  Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: the paperwork was started at 6pm while the salesman took the truck to be gassed up. And we went home to get the trade in.  If they actually knew anything about the banks that they deal with they would know that all calls to park national goes to their customer service center which can give exact payoffs and are open 7am to 7 pm 7 days a week.  But as for the money when the salesman called me he told me it was 475.29. Which I paid. The following Monday. The receipt of that is in a email I sent to the Revdex.com.  Even though the bank verified that it was only 470.16.  This whole process was started on Saturday around 2pm when we were actually doing numbers on a blue 2015 but Paul said he wanted a guy name mark to look over the numbers and mark wasn't going to be back in until Tuesday. Paul told me Monday that he called and talked to mark Saturday. But no body called and told me this.So they should have been able to have an exact payoff at that time not an estimated. While We were waiting for mark on Tuesday. I decided to go in on Monday and go over the numbers again to make sure they were going to work for us.  On my way in I passed their small lot up the street and the blue truck was there being sold.  So the 2013 black f150 is what they offered up to make up for that and we decided to go ahead and take it because it was a really nice truck and we didn't want to take the chance of it getting sold out from under us. So between Saturday and Monday they should have had exact numbers.

Nourse needs to provide proof of the price of the car. My cadillac I traded is on car gurus I've seen it on there how do these troll sites get vin numbers and mileage of the car?Nourse has to fill out a form to let car gurus post any vehicle they have on site to sell. The car was one sold to me as a lemon was not fully properly inspected before put on the lot and this car was way priced over the Kbb value. Plus I'm guessing nourse has an account with car gurus and paying for that account to advertise the car on there site so That's were the internet sales rep come in which I have history of contacting before I purchased this car

The sales manager was forwarded the pictures , and has left a message for the customer to either call him back or bring the vehicle in for repair.  If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I am not necessarily rejecting the response, we are working with Nourse as it seems when we take the truck in to have one item fixed, when we get it back there is more wrong. We took the truck to Advanced Auto because the Check Engine light was on and this listed 3 items. We are awaiting a call back from Nourse regarding this.
We understand that we purchased the truck "As Is" HOWEVER, we were told by Paul, in from of witnesses, that since the truck was just traded in and they had not looked at it, we could still buy it and they will fix EVERYTHING that was wrong. The fuel gage NEVER worked even before we signed the papers. So this is something that needs to be completed.
I will be happy to accept and close the Revdex.com complaint as soon as all is fixed and the truck runs as it should. We are not asking for any money from them, only a safe running vehicle.

For months I had dealt with Rhett B[redacted] he promised me that he would get me another car worth at least the trade in value of my car, he said that as soon as they got a car in that he would give me a call, he said that he and his manager would work hard to help me and as soon as he could because he knew that we had no transportation, I stopped in to talk to Rhett almost everyday and he has not called me back after months of waiting, if they could at least keep their promise and get me into another car by trading even up I would be happy all I need is a car that will get me from point A to point B, I am not asking for much just a car that I can drive, I just wish that someone could try and understand that we spent $6,500 on a car we could not use right from the start and the reason we did not take it to our mechanic before we bought it was because I thought Nourse was a reputable business that would do us right, well I found out the hard way that this is not the case, please just find us a car that we can use, it can be a car worth our trade in value of what Rhett said was $2,500 , I am so desperate for transportation, please open your heart and help us please!!

Hello this is [redacted] and I have been in contact with the Revdex.com and have opened a case against nourse family of dealerships in Chillicothe Ohio. I still haven't received any response to this issue from the dealership. I sent you pics and copies of the emails sent back and forth between me and the dealership. Please help me in this matter as it was part of the nageotion when I purchased the vehicle from them. Thanks in advance

Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2016 Honda from us on June 6, 2016.  The paperwork was signed and the vehicle was delivered.  Several days later, he received a voucher in the mail stating 500.00 off your next vehicle purchase.  He contacted his salesperson, and questioned the voucher....

Jerry, his salesperson, was unaware that this voucher existed. After doing some research, Jerry shared the following information with Mr. [redacted].  The voucher is a marketing tool that is done by an outside company for us.  There are restrictions for use, one of which is the coupon must be presented before any dealings begin.  It also states that it is not valid on previous purchases.  After looking over the deal, Jerry informed Mr. [redacted] that he actually received a better deal without the 500.00 than if he had used it.I can assure you that the sales department had no knowledge that these vouchers were going to be sent out, and I apologize for the confusion.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.  Thank you.SincerelyKathryn C[redacted]Nourse Chillicothe Automall

Unfortunately, from time to time we have two customers on the same vehicle at the same time.  Because this is such a unique vehicle , there were several customers interested in it. Mr. [redacted] called in a 100.00 deposit on 8/11/16 for the 2010 Mazda Speed3.  At the same time, in...

another building, the car was being shown to another customer.  They decided they liked it, and took delivery.  Mr. [redacted] was notified of this, and his 100.00 was returned via credit card.  We apologize that this happened. This type of vehicle is not something that you can find on a daily basis.  We have asked Mr. [redacted] if there is anything else in our inventory that he would consider, and his answer was no.  Again , we are very sorry that this occurred, and his deposit has been returned to him. If there is anything further you need, please do not hesitate to contact me.  Thank you.

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because: I have presented my case to quite a few professional businessmen and not ONE TIME did I lie or stretch the truth in any way and they truly believe me being a female, alone had a significant impact on this situation. If all the members I dealt with from Nourse are right in front of me and ACTUALLY tell the God's honest truth they SHOULD admit what they did to me and know they LIED to me and did me wrong. Yes! I wanted this vehicle BUT for the price they had told me for a week!!!!! Not for the price that suddenly changed when it was time to sign!! They tried to make up for it with an amount that doesn't even equal my loss of the $900.00 and the extra $20 a month they added on for the next 7 years!! Do the math! Giving me the warranties on both cars STILL does not equal what I was tricked into paying. It was fraud and they know it. This won't be over until I'm compensated for what was technically stolen from me by lying, also known as fraud. The ONLY thing I'll accept is my $900.00 back and keep BOTH warranties (which I'm sure I'll NEVER use!) Do the math again, I'm still being screwed if that is done. My daughter just came to me cause she is in the market for a new car and she asked me what to do, HAHA, I said for one DON"T go to Nourse and two DON'T go by yourself cause they WILL take advantage of a female alone!

Mr. [redacted] has contacted our company and has agreed to pay the charges that he authorized.  He has elected to take it elsewhere for the repair.

From: Kathryn Chancey [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, February 07, 2017 12:39 PMTo: Revdex.comSubject: Revdex.com Case # 11957557 Kimberly CableMs. C[redacted] purchased an AS IS 2008 Ford F150 from us on September 28, 2016.  There was nothing promised or owed at the time of delivery. Please accept the attached paperwork as proof that the customer acknowledged the above statement. According to the customer, she pulled a Car Fax and there was "60 things showing wrong" with the vehicle.  We have also attached the Auto Check on this vehicle, and as you can see, it shows no accidents or any other issues.  As Is vehicles are purchased at a discounted price, so unfortunately we are unable to assist with repairs. Mr. [redacted] and I spoke today concerning the dent and the rust issues that have been pending since he took delivery on  1 /29/15.  There should not be a problem in fixing these issues in a timely manner and to the customers satisfaction.  While speaking with Mr. [redacted], he stated that he...

had called Scott Lane, Used Car Manager, several times but had not received a response and he started to panic that we were not going to take care of these items.I spoke with our Manager today, and he does remember the deal.  However, he does not remember exactly the extent of the issues.  I asked Mr. [redacted] to forward pictures of the vehicle to me, and I would handle scheduling the repairs.  He stated he would send the pictures to me and we would make arrangements from there.
