I do not accept their "resolutions" as they have made accusations. As I stated in my page letter; I made certain the moving company was aware of the items to be movedAfter several phone conversations regarding each item, I made certain they were very well informed. The fact that they did not communicate with their staff was out of my control I did not "yell" at them, quite the opposite, I purchased lunch and a pack of cigfor them at my expense. I felt threatened by them, and was in a position of "fear", I called the office to confirm that they should not be taking "lunch and smoke" breaks on my "dime". Their office manager replied "if they eat anything I will bite their hands off". In my opinion not a professional operationThis demonstrated lack of guidance within the company, as well of non professional behavior
I called their office on Friday November, the person I talked with called me a "***"; as well made accusations towards me, he, at that point hung up on me.
Once again, I was very detailed and professional in my communicating with their office as well as the three men they recommended for the job. I was assured by the home office men would be the most cost effective, and safe approach in moving forward with the detailed information I provided. I offered and encouraged them to visit my home to better as the items to be moved and they refused, once again assuring me of their "credentials" The home office assured me their staff had been with them for years plus, as well they had background checks, and drug screening, which I found to be untrue statements after I interviewed the men
The men walked in to my home, and were not informed by their upper management of the items that were to be moved. I feel this is a communication break down on their part, as I feel confident I informed them accuratelyI have made over a dozen moves in my lifetime, far and wide, never have I been treated with such disrespect, lies, and "bate and switch" as with this company
If you refer to the Revdex.com website, and this mentioned company; it retains an "F" rating. The feedback has all been the same.
I stand firm that I will move forward, and meet them in court if they refuse to refund the amount taken from me. Given the unprofessional manner in which they present themselves; I would be terrified to have them in my home to "fix" my furniture. The fact that they left my home without so much as putting our beds together is a very "loud" statement they do not care. I would be happy for them to pay a person of my choice to repair the damage they caused to my belongings
Again, I would like to be very firm in denying ANY mistreatment of the movers, or their office staff. I have not had any contact with them since they hung up on me November

In response to the "message from business", the business in question knew I was moving my items into a public storage unit I was not made aware of the liability issues surrounding such a move If the employees know that is is the policy of the business to have "no liability" when moving items into a public storage unit, what is to prevent an employee from stealing items during the move? As far as "signing off" on receiving all my items, there were literally hundreds of boxes and items involved in this move When moving boxes/items into a storage unit or a home, how can a customer accurately assess whether all items have been accounted for until everything is unpacked?
I appreciate the $restitution and will consider this matter resolved when I receive payment However, I cannot go to the store and purchase a new XBOX 360, XBOX Kinnect, and two XBOX controllers for $ Therefore, I still haven't been made 100% whole I am also disappointed in the fact that it took filing a Revdex.com complaint in order to even receive the $

All My Sons came out to move my family a week ago I have used several different companies in the past and by far this was the best! *** and *** were courteous, fast and professional They took great care in packing! I would highly recommend them*** ***

I am *** *** pds, I highly doubt your men, were in anyway intimidated, nor in fear for their lives. This is unacceptable. You were hired to move me from one home to another, I was very specific in telling you and your men everything that needed to be moved. The company not only caused great destruction to my belongings, and caused extreme fear and stress to me and my *** ***, but did not finish the job, I had to incur many other charges and expenses due to the failure of your men to complete the move. As stated, your men sent me down to the other home to gather "bolts" that were already at the new home to assemble the beds, mirrors, and finish with the move. They left while I was gone. They did not put the beds together, nor mirrors, nor boxes, furniture etc. and further more caused damage to my new home's garage door, trees, walls, carpet, and doors.
I will move forward to taking this to court. I feel I have a good case, joining me will be several witnesses as well, as pictures, receipts, and handwriting analysis
I am sorry you refuse to cooperate, it seems this is the norm with your reputation, and ratings with the Revdex.com and complaints

My family uses All My Son to move my mother-in-law to her new home*** and *** came out and shown so much care in protecting all her belongingThey work at a fast pace and they were so friendly and helpfulMy mother-in-law said after all her moves in her life this one was the best she ever had

The Greenville office prides itself on integrity and doing the best job possible for every customer. It is unfortunate that said customer is unhappy with the price of services in which she was provided. While accommodations are tried to be made for any customer that is not satisfied the *** office believes we have gone above and beyond with the last offer. The last offer still stands and will be honored if said customer wants

THIS WAS THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!! I was told they would arrive mid to late morning, the moving crew did not arrive until 5:pm I had to call three times during the day and was told their phone lines were down and no one called me back I had to keep calling and be transferred to TX for them to track down the Simpsonville office staff I was told they didn't want to let customers know their personal cell phone numbers I asked didn't they know how to block their number from being seen? and that I'm sure they deduct the cost of their personal cell phones as business expenses Their lack of keeping customers informed should have been a big clue as to the experience that was comingHindsight, when they didn't arrive as expected and I had to track them down after noon, I should have called a different company right awayFrom the beginning t told them the maximum I could pay for the move is $ When the move was confirmed, I was assured that the move was being done by professionals who work for a professional companyThe crew arrived exhausted after moving another customer since 7amThey began loading my household items (furniture and boxes, no appliances)I helped hand truck boxes and carry individual small pieces of furniture to move this process alongWe finished loading by 9:pm and headed to the new house Upon arrival I was told the bill would be almost $more than I expectedThe reason it was more was because they were now on overtime! Overtime when the crew arrived exhausted at 5:pm, moving slow and dropping things as they were loaded because they had been working since 7amI refused to pay and was threatened with having to pay 2-times more when they took my stuff to their storage unitTheir overtime was as a result of poor and overscheduling on their part and I should not have to pay for their mismanagement,

At this point I hung upThe senior partner, *** called me to say they would work with me and settle for what I could pay themI told him I thought them having a crew working two moves in one day from 7am to late in the evening was against labor laws and was told, don't go thereI also stated that I'll bet they don't get referrals or any repeat customers given how they try to gouge customers and treat customersThe crew began unloading the truck at pm and didn't finish until 2:amI directed the crew to put the furniture in the designated rooms and place all the boxes in the dining room and I would place them in the appropriate rooms the next dayDuring the unloading, I removed shrink wrap and packing mats from the furnitureThe antique armoire when uncovered had damage to the top piedmont and both front corners The next day I discovered damage to my dining table top and the corner of one end of the sofa Photos were submitted to the companyI asked them to call me and let me know the claims process and what to expect After not hearing anything for two days, I called the company *** informed me that since I didn't pay the almost $extra they wanted to charge me, they would not be submitting the claimHe began screaming at me again and twice I had to hang up on his ranting I put him on speaker phone and others in my office were shocked at how he talks to customersWhile the moving crew worked hard, they were clearly exhausted when they arrived for my move and tried their bestThis company not only treats customers horribly, they clearly don't care about their employees either I would NOT recommend this company to anyone I'm leaving my furniture damaged for now so that friends and family can see the damage done by professional moversI'll find someone to do the repairs and yes, I will tell the world how horrible this company isTHIS WAS THE WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE!!!

In response to said move on11/27/
Due to the substanial amount of furniture to be moved customer was advised a fourth man would be beneficial on 11/1/2013. She refusedOn 11/27/when moving crew arrived and walk through was preformed driver again said a
fourth man would expidite the process** *** again refused. She then had questions about price. Office staff went over the hourly rate with customer and she was full aware of what was happening. ** *** left home several times throughout day and upon returning would begin to yell at crew. When move was completed customer became irrate with office staff because she wanted a trash removal service provided, advised her that would add extra time and she hung up. On 11/30/she called in threatening staff and stating she was putting a stop payment on credit card. On 12/2/she again called in threatening staff and now claiming damages. Office offered a repair service to her and she again stated she was just going to stop payment and hung up. *** office has tried to accomodate her with her requests but ** *** just continues to yell and not accept any resolution. We have a repair service that is willing to come accomodate her if there is any damages
