Here at All My Sons of *** we pride ourselves on giving the best moving experience possible to all of our clients. I have spoken with the crew that performed
your move and they want you to be assured as you continue unpacking you will find all of your items. If for some reason this is not the case you can contact us here at the local office or contact All My Sons claims department at ***. As far as our agreement is concerned everything was based on the hourly basis. We did provide some additional unpacking and disassembly and reassembly of patio furniture. Unfortunately when the men enter into extreme situations where there may be a lot of animals living in ones home it can hinder the speed at which they work as well. I believe you can agree the men worked very hard throughout the move and that you had a very professional crew. This being said I still in good faith would like to offer you a credit of to your credit card for any frustrations you may have encountered

I was not informed about the "hidden charges" for the fuel, tape and plastic wrappingI moved within the city of *** SC which was only about minutes from from my moving address to my new destinationThese men took cigarette breaks, talked on cell phones and moved very slowlyI personally believe they knew what was going to happen with the final costsThis company "ran" a complete scam on me and I'm unsatisifiedIf I read the response back from the company correctly....The $they want to give back to me is NOT acceptable

I have spoken with the crew (***, ***, and *** The reason the move took hours was due to the stairs the men encountered. While we pride ourselves on trying to give the most accurate quote as possible variables such as these have to be taken into consideration. At
the end of the day all moves are done by the hour. The crew that was on the job was very experienced however in consideration we do want to make sure that we do take care of every customer. The *** office does want to reimburse said customer for travel and for any packaging used. Total coming to 173.00.

I called in to get a quote for my move, this was the only part of this process that went fast*** ***, Sales Manager was the person who assisted meWe discussed the items in my home and how I just wanted two menHe changed the rate to $for two men- two hour minimum, plus $for driving to /from location, 12% fuel chargeI also sent him email to confirm all was correct sense he changed my quote to two men $rate per hourHe never responded and when I ask him about it he said he never received???? ( I have copied the generic email from the Greenville location…let’s see if he receives this email)
I live alone and have basically two full bedrooms of furniture, living room and dining room, no appliances to move, no major heavy items (one heavy armoire)…They put padding tape and plastic wrap on every item…even when I said it was not necessaryNo one ever said I would be charged for tape and plastic… if that was required (however, I see nothing that’s states that)All it says in my email is the below in red…Based on everything that you've told me, I am going to have you hire us at an hourly basisThe time starts when we arrive at your current location and stops when the final piece of furniture is in place at your new homeIt’s all based on an hourly rate of only $You’re receiving full time employees and one foot truck to hold all your furnitureKeep in mind that the hourly rate is prorated into minute intervals after the hour minimum is met to save you as much as possiblePlease note that any packing and unpacking labor is a part of the hourly rateWe just ask that you pay for any materials you use of ours, and if you prefer to supply your own, there will be no additional charge for materialsWe do Add hour of transportation, that gives my men minutes to get to your location & minutes to get back to my warehouse, after the job is complete! Also on top of the final bill we do charge 12% fuelThe blue highlighted statement, reads to me that if any packing supplies were to be used there would be a charge… I didn’t use any of your supplies*** *** *loaned me wardrobe boxes that I picked up on Saturday 5/at the All My Sons shopI told movers to take boxes with them as they were a loanI discovered on 6/that one of the boxes was still at my home… I called Greenville location, spoke with ***, he said to just throw it awayThe two guys that moved me were very nice and polite however, there should have been no reason my move should have taken hours… that’s correct hours!!!! It took them over hours to load everything from my old place into the truck… I was moving a mile away… and it took them hours to unloadPadding, tapping and plastic wrapping EVERYTHING especially items that did not need to beIn addition, they were pretty slow… I REPEAT… HOURS….NO reason for thatI paid $812… this is the worst moving experience I have ever hadI will NEVER use your company again and I will discourage others from using ANY All My Sons locationsThe experience was horrible, the cost was outrageous ( double what I was expecting)Also, I understand that fuel should be paid, and driving time should be considered, however a 12% fuel charge on the total bill makes NO sense at all…what does the fuel charges have to do with the hours of moving????? And why it should be in addition to a driving to/from shop (that charge was what the hourly moving is)….what does that have to do what the hourly rate???? Should it be a fuel charge OR a driving to/from chargeThat would make more logical senseI personally think that the Revdex.com should look into your overall practices, which I think are ripping customers off..…Please also forward the link you told me about I want to send this the corporate office… I will be sending a copy and filing a complaint to the Revdex.comThank you

The men went out a second day, at a discounted rate, in order to keep the customers original estimate as close as possibleUnfortunately we are in an industry that is prone to some damages due to the labor intensity of it *** has asked for however, I can not refund the monies (in form of a tip) in which she provided the men for their services. In order to accommodate *** we are offering the full value of what she estimated her items to be and the repairs for a total of $

complaint. That is their standard response The local office does takes not responsibility for their errors It was their local movers that caused the damage and mis-handled the furniture I filed a claim back in September and no one has responded from Customer Service

The *** office does want to accommodate everyone as best as possible. Unfortunately all jobs are done by the hour and are gone over several times. When the men encounter several flights of stairs it does add to the time in which a move takes place. We have offered to waive the travel and packing and in consideration for your time will add an additional half hour of labor
