Thank you for the feedback, please submit the claims forms for your damages, so we can start the process. It is important that we follow the procedures in place for moving. Also, we do have the completed paperwork that was all signed by the customer the “[redacted]” was a typo by an employee that did not know the male should be spelled “Aaron”. I do see that the customer signed all paperwork. Please note the customer signed all paperwork.
 
The customer did advise us that they only had a certain amount of money for this move, my movers worked quickly and carefully to get the move done within the budget the customer advised. We do not see any reason why a refund should be granted for this move, however we will process a claim for damages to the mattress cover. Thank you.

They gave me two free hours toward our last move.

We offered $1,500.00

I have responded to the request. I reached out to their customer care department on Saturday August 13, 2016 and after a 10 minute hold and a brief conversation where I expressed my concern I was hung up on by the agent.

Did All My Sons just ignore my last counteroffer from last week? 
The total claim amount was in the amount of $6847.50.  
Just to fix the damage to the brand new wood floors is $4007.50.
My new counteroffer is for $5000.00 to settle this claim and close this Revdex.com Complaint.

All My Sons was hired to perform labor only services, the customer was standing there advising the movers exactly how to pack the truck, the movers listened as the customer is the one in charge of the move, when it didn't fit properly the customer would say, ok now we need to redo, the movers tried...

to explain they can pack the truck without guidance, however we continued to take the guidance from the customer. We are sorry that there was some miscommunication during the load only, the customer said he wanted another crew on his job or we would stop payment on his credit card. The crew that came out to load the truck is a very experienced crew that does not hav many complaints. We hope you understand that a refund will not be allotted for the amount of $500.00, the maximum I can offer is $119.00 and this is only if there is not a pending credit card dispute.

your move and they want you to be assured as you continue unpacking you will find all of your items.  If for some reason this is not the case you can contact us here at the local office or contact All My Sons claims department at [redacted].  As far as our agreement is concerned everything was based on the hourly basis.   We did provide some additional unpacking and disassembly and reassembly of patio furniture. Unfortunately when the men enter into extreme situations where there may be a lot of animals living in ones home it can hinder the speed at which they work as well.  I believe you can agree the men worked very hard throughout the move and that you had a very professional crew.  This being said I still in good faith would like to offer you a credit of 250.00 to your credit card for any frustrations you may have encountered.

After sending my original complaint (before I went to my house) I discovered that my home had been only partially moved- increasing my disappointment further. Mr [redacted] the estimator did give me a quote for a full move and pack. When I called to schedule the actual move I told them that I would do most of the packing but there would still be some to do. They brought numerous boxes and packing supplies which I was charged for. When I got home, I discovered full rolls of tape (one even in a six pack), 12 extra boxes, 2 rolls of plastic wrap, all of my pots and pans still in the kitchen cabinet, dishes left in dishwasher, curtains, a piece of furniture over the toilet, most oft wall hangings, an empty flower pot, my chimnea, a box of clothes, and lamp that remained. Not only did they over charge (as I had done 90% of actual packing) but they also failed to move a lot of stuff. Again the original quote was from a full pack, supplies, and move. I am now asking for a refund of $600 (that was the amount charge on my quote for packing and supplies). Pictures are attached.

We have reviewed the charges and we are sorry for the accidental charge, we were having trouble with our payment processing system, we have reviewed everything in depth and the correct amount $446.00

I apologize if there was any miscommunication regarding the circumstances of your move. Please understand this was a labor only, load only job.  The credit card company has not awarded any of the credit card disputes as they do not see any fault by the company. Even though the credit card company is not willing to award you a refund, All My Sons is still willing to offer $119.00 to prove that we are about our customers and we want them to be happy.  The maximum I can refund is $119.00. I hope you will accept this as a resolution and move forward.
