Matthew Barnes aka DJ Barnes operates this company and goes to great lengths to convince everyone it is "worldwide" and a legitimate business with multiple call centers. The fact is he operates this business himself and all calls to the various nationwide call centers go directly to him. It is very easy to obtain a phone number with an area code of any location you desire. His entire business strategy is based on misrepresentation and trickery. Even though he thinks he is smart by tricking you into signing his tiny print, grainy contract, it is actually unenforceable. It is unenforceable because of his gross misrepresentations, nondisclosures, and blatant omission of material facts during the negotiation process. Furthermore, with a magnifying glass you can see that the contract states he will charge $550 per dispute of any transaction and there are absolutely no refunds. Those terms are unconscionable and void the contract. If you have been scammed by this individual do not be taken advantage of. Your bank and your credit card companies have methods to protect consumers from the unscrupulous business practices of a huckster like this. The same pattern of overcharging unwitting customers by this illegitimate company happens very frequently as it is documented on many review sites including the RevDex.com. Your Financial Institution will use these reviews in their investigation of the inflated charges you have incurred. Be sure your financial institution is set to block his inevitable attempts to charge you his $550 "dispute fee" before you begin the process. Once the charge back occurs with your financial institution be prepared for his laughable emails where he pretends to be on the verge of filing a criminal complaint through a high-powered attorney from the Pittsburg area. He obviously does this same bit over and over as it is clearly a template. The Pennsylvania criminal complaint he sent me was a handwritten joke. The formal complaint was full of grandstanding and pointing out the unenforceable terms of his contract, although in the complaint the font of his contract terms is remarkably larger and easier to read. When I reached out to the prominent attorney whose name is all over the paperwork, DJ Barnes suddenly gave me the name of another attorney. The new attorney specializes in medical malpractice and just happens to be one of DJ Barnes' groomsmen this Saturday at his pending nuptials. In short do not be frightened or intimidated of this clown.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regardless of how Barnes Limo sees it, I was wrongfully charged. If they would have said the limo was 1699.00 in the first place I would not have booked it. My budget for a limo was only 1000 - 1200. When I spoke with Matt he said the limo was 1006.99 and when I received the contract it stated the price was 1699.00. I only signed the other paper so I could get some of my money back so I could book another limo company, and now I would like the rest of it back. They have no right to keep my money, seeing as they can't honor their original word.

MR. MATT B[redacted], I WILL CONTINUE TO DEBATE THIS BECAUSE YOU HAVE FRAUDULANTLY ADDED CHARGES TO MY FINANCIAL ACCOUNT AND YOU KNOW IT!  Not once during this complaint have you addressed any of the facts that I have sent in backed up by evidence that the extra money that you took was WRONG!!!!The Public Utility Commission Officer even told you they were WRONGLY ADDED AND SUGGESTED YOU RETURN THE MONEY!!!  I knew the way your so called CONTRACT is worded that you are going to try and stick solely to the signed contract and NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL THE ITEMS I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT!Charging an account $832 for going past the time that we paid for because your driver was lost (not only picking up the children and then again taking them to venue) BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY ON THE WAY HOME!!!  THAT IS FRAUD AND YOU KNOW IT!Like you stated in an earlier response, "you will take it up with my financial company".   I have been in contact with them as well, they too have all the evidence.  I am fairly sure that they are in agreement with me.  HOWEVER, I HOPE WHEN THE NEXT CUSTOMER READS THIS COMPLAINT THEY WILL SEE  THAT THE SO CALLED SERVICE YOU PROVIDE IS FAR FROM THE SERVICE THAT YOU PROMISE!!!!   HOPEFULLY, THEY WILL RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM BARNES LIMOUSINE!!!

Please see attachment for my response.  As I did receive a refund, but then was charged another $75 on top because of the paperwork charge, all I would like is the $75 refunded.  I believe if a certain amount was requested to be refunded that full amount should be returned and not be reduced because the company cannot make things right in the first place.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that there will be no resolution.  Hopefully, now you are aware of how horrible this business is.  I asked the other members of my party to write their own experiences and I did not change anything in their letters.  I'm seeing that there is no resolution to this incident and all I can do not is warn others about this business.
What upsets me most is how the owner can easily lie and get away with giving unsuspecting customers a horrible time because of their service and vehicles. I have learned a valuable lesson and hope other will not have the same experience as we did.
Thank you for your time and patience in this matter.  It seems nothing can be done, but I appreciate the effort.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Today, I received an email from Walten Point Productions telling me that they have tried to bill my charge card an additional $75.00 fee (which they state I am responsible to pay them now) for my attempting to dispute this claim with my charge card company. They have threaten to turn it over to a collection agency, if I do not pay them this $75.00 immediately, and as of today, it will start to incur daily late fees. If not paid within ten business days, they will take me to court and I would then  be responsible to pay all legal court fees associated with this case! I am at a loss as what to do now!

I received one phone call from an [redacted] but as he left no number to return a phone call, there was no way for me to get in touch with him. I want a refund on the use of the vehicle as my husband and I will never ever use their services again and I will not promote their services.  As I work for a state agency, answering my cell phone during work is not permitted, hence a return number left on a voice mail would have permitted me to return a call during an afternoon break. But again, no number was provided. Service was the worst I have ever received from a business. Disgraceful.

I paid a $50.00 deposit on a limo however when I tried to cancel [redacted] charged my card for the balance. This was an unauthorized charge on my card. He only did this when I attempted to cancel his service. The only money that should have changed hands was my $50.00 deposti.

To whom this may concern -
[redacted] originally booked a 20 person hummer limo. It has seating in it for 16 inches per person. How many the limo will fit...

exactly is subjective to the size of the people, as we tell everyone when they book a vehicle. Our driver informed [redacted] 15 guys might be tight depending on how large everyone is, as all guys take up more, space then a women and men mix. [redacted] said he had more people then he originally expected and asked if it was possible to get anything larger. We offered him our 26 person stretch hummer that has 16 inches of seating per person. The 26 hummer is not only different then the 20 just in that it has an added VIP area as [redacted] stated but it has 96 inches extra of seating compared to our other gummer and more seating in the rest of the coach. We have multiple hummers we run in our fleet all with different lengths of seating.
[redacted] has stated that we were aware that the limos AC system was not functioning properly. We had just had the limos AC serviced the prior day and was functional. The driver on the trip before [redacted]’s did mention that he thought it was weak, although that can be subjective depending on the temperature outside, how many people are in the limo, how long the doors are left open etc therefore we did not think it was a huge concern.
When  the limo arrived, [redacted] said the AC system was not working,
although this is not something that is guaranteed in our contract it is something that our customers do expect and we do our best to deliver on every trip. Our company believes it may have possibly had a slow leak according to [redacted]’s claim.
When the limo took everyone out the driver did shut the limo off and when he went to restart it at 11:41 PM (over 4 hours of already using our service) the
battery seemed to be dead. His may have been due to the passengers leaving something on in the rear although it is not certain. We sent a replacement limo to them as soon as we could, exactly what we agreed to do according to our contract. Unfortunately we do not have open limos driving around the city with drivers so in  order to get another limo to him it did take a bit of time.
According to the contract entered into by [redacted] to use our services as well as
our company to provide it states, “
(EXIBIT1) In the event that due to any circumstances less time is provided to you then contracted then the time my be rescheduled when mutually agreed upon by both the purchaser and our company,
(EXIBIT 2) All deposits are nonrefundable.
(EXIBIT 3) No cash refunds will ever be given back from our company to the purchaser. Time credits will be given by discretion of the company.
(EXIBIT 4) If the limousine has a mechanical malfunction we will be allowed up to 30 minutes for delay with no compensation. In this event, company will do its best to offer you the missed time as overtime, when possible.
(EXIBIT 5) [redacted]’s liability shall be exclusively limited to an amount equal to the reservation fee and that [redacted] LLC shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of contract.
We understand that this caused an inconvenience to the customer. We are sorry that this situation occurred, although we run a very nice fleet that we have a full time mechanic constantly keeping up with the maintenance on our fleet and do our best to eliminate any possible unforeseen problems that could arise and affect a trip. Although the mechanical malfunction of the vehicle was unable to be controlled by our company regardless if all procedures were followed correctly due to the vehicles being man made machines that do break without warning.
We did offer the time missed to be used from 2:30AM-4:30AM as per the contract to remedy the situation as agreed to in the contract The customer stated that he did not want the limo that late. Therefore, as an in good kind faith gesture our company told [redacted] that we would give him a credit at our company in the full amount that he paid to use our service again in the future because we were extremely sorry for what happened that night. Although the credit was declined by [redacted]. We can not further extend anything more to remedy this situation.

I once again am having trouble sending the information that I typed.  I called your office and they instructed me to email it to you at the office and you could put it onto the Revdex.com site for me.
Thank you very much.  I have a copy of it and all of the exhibits for you for the file.  I know you already have the exhibits but I attached them to your copy for easy reference.
Thank you again for all your time.   Please call me if you need anything else.

The letter below was actually sent to Attorney General's office.  Now the Revdex.com and I intend to submit to the financial institution as well.
PLEASE FIND BELOW MY RESPONSE TO LETTER FROM MATT B[redacted] DATED OCTOBER 30,2015.
1.    FACT:
I RENTED A VEHICLE FROM BARNES LIMOSINE THAT ACCORDING TO THE PICTURE ON HIS WEBSITE SAID IT SAT 26. I HAD 22 CHILDREN NEEDING TRANSPORTATION TO A HIGH SCHOOL DANCE.     THEY SENT A VEHICLE THAT SAT 18.   ONE CHILD SAT IN THE BACK COMPARTMENT, ONE ON THE FLOOR AND TWO GIRLS ON THE BAR.   22-18=4!!!  FOUR KIDS WITHOUT SEATS!
2.    FACT:
DRIVER GOT LOST ON THE WAY TO THE PICK UP ADDRESS AND I HAD TO VETURE HIM IN VIA CELL PHONE.  DRIVER ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE CHILDREN BETWEEN 5:00 AND 5:05 PM.
3.    FACT:
DRIVER DID NOT HAVE A WORKING GPS, HE HAD A FLIP PHONE AND NO HARD COPIES OF DIRECTIONS, AND MAY I ADD NOT FROM THE AREA.
4.    FACT:
THE CHILDREN GOT INTO THE LIMOSINE APPROXIMATELY 5:10-5:15 PM.
5.    FACT:
DRIVER DID NOT HAVE DIRECTIONS TO THE VENUE THAT WERE GIVEN TO THE COMPANY LONG IN ADVANCE. (16 DAYS AHEAD TO BE EXACT.     "EXHIBIT B".    I GOT INTO MY VEHICLE AND HAD HIM FOLLOW ME ALL THE WAY TO THE VENUE SO THAT THE CHILDREN  WERE NOT LATE.    SCHOOL RULES ARE THAT THE CHILDREN HAD TO BE IN THE BUILDING FOR THE DANCE NO LATER THAN 5:45 OR THEY WOULD BE LOCKED OUT.
6.    FACT:
I CALLED THE DRIVER AT 10:19 (EXHIBIT H) TO CONFIRM THAT HE WAS THERE AND READY TO BRING THE CHILDREN HOME.  HE SAID HE WAS.     I ASKED IF HE KNEW HOW TO GET BACK AND HE SAID HE DID.    I OFFERED TO STAY ON THE PHONE WITH HIM TO  VECTURE HIM TO THE HIGHWAY, HEAD TOWARD PITTSBURGH AND WHE HE GOT TO THE AIRPORT THE CHILDREN COULD GET HIM HOME FROM THERE.   I ALSO STATED TO HIM AT THE TIME THAT THE CHILDREN ALL HAD CELL PHONES AND IF HE NEEDED THEY COULD ASSIST HIM.    HE TOLD ME AT THAT TIME THAT HE KNEW HOW TO GET BACK.
7.     FACT:
AT 10:59 I CALLED THE DRIVER AND HE STATED THAT HE WAS LOST ONCE AGAIN.   MY DAUGHTER TEXTED ME  THAT SHE KNEW IT WAS NOW 11:00 PM AND HER PHONE SAID THAT THEY WERE STILL APPROXIMATELY 40 MINUTES AWAY.  SHE ALSO STATED AT THAT TIME THAT THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITION, NO WATER, NO SPEEDOMETER, AND THE SERVICE LIGHT WAS ON AND IT WAS AT THAT TIME THAT I LEARNED THAT FOUR OF THE CHILDREN WERE NOT SITTING IN SEATS!!
8.     FACT:
DRIVER ARRIVED AND CLOCKED IN AT 11:45 ACCORDING TO MATT B[redacted]. THE FIRST  $416.00 LATE FEE WAS CHARGED AT11:47 ON MY VISA.    SEE COPY OF VISA TRANSACTION ENCLOSED.     I DID STATE TO MATT B[redacted] ON THE PHONE THAT I WAS SO UPSET THAT THERE WERE 22, 15 YEAR OLDS OUT PAST 11:00 PM, LOST AND LATE FOR THE AFTER PARTY AT ONE OF THE CHILDREN'S HOMES.  I CONSIDERED CALLING THE POLICE FOR ASSISTANCE.  I DID MAKE THE STATEMENT TO HIM THAT I THOUGHT THEY DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT.    I WAS FRANTIC!!    HE THEN ADDED ANOTHER $416.00 FOR THE SECOND HOUR OF BEING LATE!!    NO MATTER IF THEY ARRIVED AT 11:45 OR 12:15 OR 4 AM IN THE MORNING THEY WERE LATE BECAUSE THE DRIVER WAS LOST!    HE DID NOT HAVE A WORKING GPS, NO PRINTED DIRECTIONS AND A FLIP PHONE.  THE PUC OFFICER STATED THAT COMING IN AFTER THE 11 TIME FRAME IS NOT THE KIDS FAULT, MY FAULT OR ANYONE ELES'S FAULT BUT THE DRIVER'S AND BARNES LIMOSINE!!     THE OFFICER SUGGESTED THEN THAT THEY RETURN THE TWO CHARGES TOTALLING $ 832 THEN AND MATT B[redacted] SAID NO AND THAT I HAD BEEN A PAIN IN THE [redacted]!
9.     FACT:
MATT B[redacted] AFTER CHARGING ME TWO LATE TIME FEES REALIZED THAT HE COULD NOT JUSTIFY THE 2 HOURS BEING AT THE END OF THE RIDE SINCE THE LIMO DRIVER CLOCKED IN AT 11:45.  HE THEN EMAILED ME STATING THAT ONE HOUR WAS FOR ARRIVING LATE AND ONE HOUR WAS BECAUSE THE DRIVER ARRIVED AT THE HOUSE AT 4:15 AND THE KIDS WANTED TO GET INTO THE LIMO EARLY AND GO!   "EXHIBIT O"      FALSE, HE ARRIVED AT APPROX 5:00 PM AND WE HAVE FULL PROOF OF THAT.   MY LAST CALL FROM THE DRIVER WAS AT 4:50 PM AND HE WAS STILL 3.89 MILES FROM THE HOUSE.  WHEN THE PUC OFFICER ASKED THE DRIVER WHAT TIME HE GOT TO THE HOUSE HE STATED 4:15.   THE PUC OFFICER SAID, WELL I HAVE PROOF FROM THE CLIENT THAT YOU DID NOT GET THERE UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 5 PM.  THE DRIVER THEN SAID, WELL HE WASN'T SURE IT COULD HAVE BEEN LATER.   AGAIN, WE HAVE ALL THE PROOF IN THE EXHIBITS ALREADY SENT.    SO ONCE AGAIN, MATT B[redacted] NOW STATES THE SECOND CHARGE OF LATE TIME WAS DUE TO THE FACT THAT I SAID THEY ARRIVED PAST 12:00 MIDNIGHT.
10.    FACT:

A WEEK AFTER WE HAD THE LIMOSINE,  MATT B[redacted] SENT ME AN EMAIL (ORIGINAL EXHIBIT R ) STATING THAT THE KIDS HAD BROKEN THE BACK ENTRANCE DOOR.   HE STATED THAT HE WAS GOING TO SEND ME PICTURES AND ESTIMATES OF THE DAMAGE.  I HAVE YET TO SEE ANY PICTURES.     THE PUC OFFICER SAID THAT HE LOOKED AT IT AND IT WAS A LOOSE DOOR HANDLE.  MATT B[redacted] TOLD THE OFFICER THAT HE HAD HAD IT FIXED SERVERAL TIMES.   THE PUC OFFICER TOLD MATT B[redacted] THAT THIS HANDLE ON THE DOOR PANEL WAS FOR  GETTING IN AND OUT OF THE LIMO AND SHOULD HAVE CERTAINLY BEEN STRONG ENOUGH TO HELP 22, 15 YEAR OLD SOCCER PLAYERS GETTING IN AND OUT OF THE LIMO.   THE PUC OFFICER TOLD MR. B[redacted] THAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED AND THAT IT COULD HAVE CAUSED ONE OF THE CHILDREN TO FALL!
11.    FACT:

AFTER READING ALL OF THE Revdex.com COMPLAINTS THAT WERE EXTREMELY SIMILAR TO MINE.  I HAVE DECIDED THAT I AM GOING TO TAKE THIS UP WITH AS MANY PEOPLE THAT I CAN .     THIS IS SOLELY FOR PRINCIPLE!!
12.    FACT:
THE PUC OFFICER WENT TO INSPECT THE PARTICULAR VEHICLE THAT 22 CHILDREN WERE IN.  HE FOUND SEVERAL THINGS TO WRITE UP IN ADDITION TO THE ONES THAT I TOLD HIM ABOUT THAT WERE NOT IN COMPLIANCE.     THEY ARE CURRENTLY BEING REVIEWED AT THE PUC  AND I WAS TOLD YESTERAY (NOV 4TH) THAT I SHOULD KNOW WITHIN DAYS IF HE IS BEING FINED FOR EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM!
13.    FACT:
MATT B[redacted] SOLE REBUTLE FOR THE FEES FOR THE LATE ARRIVAL PAST THE 11 O'CLOCK HOUR THAT WE HAD THE RENTAL FOR IS BASED ON SAYING HE DID NOT HAVE THE INFORMATION ON THE DIRECTIONS FOR PICK UP AND DROP OFF AND THE ADDRESS OF THE DANCE VENUE.   ONCE AGAIN, PLEASE LOOK AT "EXHIBIT B"  DATED SEPTEMBER 9, 2015 (OVER TWO WEEKS BEFORE EVENT)  THAT HAD THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF THE VENUE.     THEN PLEASE LOOK AT "EXHIBIT E"  DATEDSEPTEMBER 25, AT 9:03 AM.   THAT GAVE HIM THE FULL ADDRESS OF THE PICK UP AND DROP OFF.    I RECEIVED AN EMAIL IN RESPONSE THAT SAID, "RECEIVED WILL FORWARD TO MATT" AT 9:06,  THREE MINUTES LATER. COPY OF THAT EMAIL ENCLOSED.    I  WOULD CERTAINLY THINK IN THE AGE OF INTERNET, TEXT MESSAGES AND EMAILS THAT 32 HOURS WAS PLENTY OF TIME TO GET THE DROP OFF AND PICK UP ADDRESS TO THE DRIVER.
14.    FACT:
MATT B[redacted] IN HIS REBUDDLE SAYS THAT HE DOESN'T KNOW WHY I AM UPSET, THAT I WAS NOT EVEN IN THE LIMO.  I AM A PARENT OF A 15 YEAR OLD CHILD THAT WAS.   I PAID $1590.00 FOR A BEAUTIFUL VAN LIKE LIMOSINE THAT WAS IN THE PICTURE ON WALTEN POINT PRODUCTIONS WEBSITE THAT SAT 26 PEOPLE.   I GOT.....A 18 STRETCH HUMMER THAT HAD BEEN PAINTED OVER RUST ON OUTSIDE.   INSIDE WAS FILITY.   DRIVER HAD NO IDEA WHERE HE WAS GOING AT ANY TIME.  NOW I HAVE A COMPANY CHARGING ME AN ADDITIONAL $ 832.00 IN LATE FEES BECAUSE THE DRIVER GO LOST.    I ALSO HAVE THE INVOICE OF $ 666.89 FOR THE BROKEN DOOR HANDLE, CHARGED TO ME IN ANGER AND RETALIAITON OF MY QUESTIONING OF THE  POOR SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED!  THIS MATT B[redacted] IS WHY I AM UPSET.
THESE ARE THE FACTS, BACKED UP WITH PROOF.   HE IS MINIUPLATING THE STORY TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE HE HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG.   HIS SO CALLED CONTRACT GIVES HIM THE LOOP HOLES THAT HE WANTS TO BE ABLE TO SUBSTITUTE A "VEHICLE OF EQUAL VALUE"   ,    THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NOT ANY AIR CONDITIONG, WORKING LIGHTS, RADIO OR WATER IN THE VEHICLE FOR THE KIDS.   ALL COVERED IN THE SO CALLED  "CONTRACT"
RESPONSES TO SPECIFIC STATEMENTS THAT HE MADE IN HIS LETTER:
IN HIS SECOND PARAGRAPH HE STATES THAT "FIRST AND FOREMOST, SAFTEY IS VERY IMPORTANT. ......REALLY?   NO SPEEDOMETER, NO GPS, NO AIR CONDITIONER, NO WATER, DRIVER SMOKING THE ENTIRE TIME HE WAS DRIVING, DRIVER USING A CELL PHONE IN COMMERICAL VEHICLE, NOT HAVING ACCESS TO DRIVER'S TIME SHEETS AND VEHICLE MAINTENANCE FOR THE PUC OFFICER.    THAT DOES NOT SOUND SAFE TO ME!!      READ PARAGRAPH 3 IN MATT B[redacted] REBUDDLE..."THIS POLICY INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO CELL PHONE USAGE WHILE OPERATING A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE, SPEEDING, USE OF DRUGS AND ALCOHOL AND SMOKING IN COMMERCIAL VEHICLES......TWO OF WHICH THE DRIVER WAS WRITTEN UP FOR BY THE PUC OFFICER.
PARAGRAPH 5, OF MATT B[redacted] REBUDDLE, [redacted] NOTED IN A PHONE CONVERSATION TO HIM THAT THE TIRES WERE BALD.   I DID INFACT SAY THAT BECAUSE ONE OF THE FATHER'S MADE THAT COMMENT TO ME.   HE TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THAT THE TIRES WERE REPLACED 2 MONTHS PRIOR TO MY RENTAL.   HE THEN TOLD THE PUC OFFICER THAT HE HAD JUST REPLACED THEM ONE WEEK BEFORE OUR RENTAL. HOWEVER HE HAD NO MAINTENANCE RECORDS TO BACK THAT UP.    MY STATING THIS IN NO WAY IS A REPRESENTATION OF MY CHARACTER!!!!!  ALL COMPLAINTS THAT I HAVE MADE ARE BACKED UP WITH FULL EXHIBITS OF PROOF!
PARAGRAPH 6,  ALL I WAS TOLD WHEN INITIALLY HIRING TRANSPORTATION FROM THERE COMPANY WAS, THEY TAKE HALF THE MONEY UP FRONT, THEN EMAIL ME A CONTRACT, THEN TAKE THE OTHER HALF.   NOTHING ELSE WAS EVER SAID.  PERIOD!!!
ALSO IN THAT PARAGRAPH WHERE HE STATES HE SENT ME THE CONTRACT ON SEPTEMBER 1, AND I SENT IT BACK SEPT 4, AND AT NO TIME WAS IT EVER BROUGHT TO HIS ATTENTION THAT I DID NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE.   FALSE!!  WHEN I READ THE CONTRACT SEVERAL RED FLAGS POPPED UP IMMEDIATELY!!  I CALLED HIM TO QUESTION THEM AND HE STATED TO ME THAT HE HAD A BUSINESS REPUTATION TO UPHOLD.  HE WOULD MAKE SURE THAT ALL WAS RIGHT!!!
PARAGRAPH 8,   "DRIVER INDICATED TO OUR COMPANY THAT THEY (KIDS) HAD ASSISTED IN HELPING HIM FIND THEIR WAY HOME AND WERE UNSUCCESSFUL AND GOT HIM LOST".    REALLY??     PLEASE RE READ THIS!!   THE DRIVER HAD TO RELY ON 22,  15 YEAR OLD CHILDREN'S PHONES FOR DIRECTIONS TO WHERE HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GOING???  HE DID NOT GET HELP FROM THE CHILDREN'S GPS SYSTEMS UNTIL AFTER 11:00 PM.
ALSO PARAGRAPH 8, "THE DRIVER WAS NOT PROVDIED WITH AN ITINERARY AHEAD OF TIME AND THEREFORE RELIED ON THE PASSENGERS TO HELP HIM".    THE DRIVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN PROVIDED AN ITINERARY FROM THE COMPANY.   BARNES LIMOSINE RECEIVED ADDRESSES FOR BOTH PICK UP AND DROP OFF AND VENUE OF DANCE WELL IN ADVANCE  AGAIN SEE EXHIBIT B AND E.     WHAT LIMOSINE DRIVER SHOWS UP WITHOUT KNOWING WHERE HE WAS GOING? THE DRIVER DROVE FROM ERIE ALMOST 2 HOURS TO PITTSBURGH, COULD HE NOT HAVE CALLED AND GOT THE INFORMATION SEEING THAT HIS EMPLOYER DROPPED THE BALL AND DID NOT GIVE HIM THE INFORMATION?
PARAGRAPH 9,  YES I CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD.   I WAS NOT GOING TO ALLOW THIS COMPANY, MORE SPECIFICALLY THIS MAN TO CHARGE BOGUS OVERAGES ON MY ACCOUNT!!
PARAGRAPH 10,    WE DID CHANGE THE TIME FROM 4 PM TO 10PM......TO 5 PM TO 11 PM.   MATT B[redacted] TOLD ME THAT HE WOULD CHARGE ME $100.00 FOR CHANGING THE TIME SLOTS.   I AGREED AND SAID NO PROBLEM THAT WAS OUR MISUNDERSTANDING FROM THE SCHOOL.   SEE "EXHIBIT D"  DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 2015.    I WAS NOT ASKING FOR AN ADDITIONAL HOUR!!!  I ADJUSTED THE TIMES AND IT WAS THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME RENTAL WE ORIGINALLY CONTRACTED FOR!  IT WAS A $100.00 CHANGE FEE PERIOD!!!  IT WAS NOT AN EXTRA HOUR OF SERVICE FOR $400!!
PARAGRAPH 11,   I HAVE A PRINT OF THE SNAPSHOT THAT I TOOK FROM ONE OF THEIR WEBSITE POSTINGS THAT CLEARLY STATES THEY OPERATE FROM [redacted].   THEY ALSO HAVE A (412) AREA CODE PHONE NUMBER THAT FORWARDS TO AND (814) AREA CODE PHONE AT BARNES LIMOSINE IN ERIE.   THEY WANT PEOPLE HERE IN PITTSBURGH TO THINK THAT THEY ARE LOCAL.
FINAL PARAGRAPH OF HIS REBUDDLE......I READ WHAT I READ ON THE Revdex.com ABOUT THEIR COMPANY.  FUNNY HOW ALL THE COMPLAINTS ARE VERY VERY SIMILAR TO MINE.  "IF THEY USE CUSTOMERS NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO HELP IMPROVE FUTURE CUSTOMER'S EXPERIENCES"....THEY FORGOT TO READ ALL OF THE ONES THAT I SAW POSTED!!!!!
ATTORNEY GENERAL, Revdex.com I ENCOURAGE YOU TO CONTACT THE PUC  (MR. [redacted]) AND SEE WHAT THEY THINK OF WALTEN POINT PRODUCTIONS, BARNES LIMOSINE.   I ENCOURAGE YOU TO TALK TO THE OFFICER SENT BY THE PUC TO INVESTIGATE.   I HAVE HIS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER AND HE SAID HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO TALK TO BOTH OF YOU.
I REPECTFULLY REQUEST THE TWO BLOCKS OF LATE FEES TO BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY!!!  I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST DENIAL OF COLLECTION FROM THE "OUTSTANDING BALANCE" OF $ 666.95 DUE TO A ISSUE WITH THE BACK PASSENGER DOOR THAT HAD BEEN FIXED ACCORDING TO WHAT MATT B[redacted] TOLD THE OFFICER 5 OR MORE TIMES IN THE PAST.  IT IS THE HANDLE USED TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE VEHICLE AND AGAIN, BARNES LIMOSINE SHOULD HAVE MADE SURE THAT THIS WAS FIXED THE FIRST TIME PROPERLY!!
I ALSO NOW RESPECTFULLY REQUEST THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF $ 1725.80 FOR  THE SERVICE THAT WAS SO POORLY RENDERED BACK.   I AM ASKING THIS IN ACCORDANCE TO THE ORIGINAL LETTER SENT TO YOU. (OFFICER OF ATTORNEY GENERAL) OUTLINING THE FACT THAT THEY BROKE THE CONTRACT IN SEVERAL WAYS.
I HOPE THAT AFTER SEEING ALL THE FACTS AND THE ORIGINAL EXHIBIT EVIDENCE THAT IM TELLING THE WHOLE TRUTH!
IF YOU HAVE ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS OR NEED ANY FURTHER EVIDENCE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
In response to your "good faith offer", I want nothing to do with a company that says they get something similar but in reality, the quality is much poorer. I do not want your free limo ride, I want the money returned. It has now been two months and my mother never received a return call to her complaint. She, too, is ready to file a complaint but has waited to see how this turned out. I reiterate, I want my money back for a service that I feel was never provided.  The quality of that bus was in no way, shape, or fashion to what was designed and shown at the signing of the contract. Also, need I mention the stripper pole that was in the back of the bus?  How do you describe what that is for to a nine year old?  I'll keep fighting this for as long as I need to. I hated that bus. It was the worst part of the wedding and will never recommend this company to anyone.
Regards,
[redacted]

The driver left the warehouse well before he needed to in order to arrive to the pick up on time and was therefore very early. In addition he was seen driving around the neighborhood wasting time before arriving. This is an issue since they charge from the time the driver leaves the warehouse. This extra time led to extra charges that the company refused to refund. In addition the limo itself was dirty and coming apart in some places. Stay away from this vendor as they will milk you for all they can get.

To whom this may concern-
[redacted] called into our company to book a limousine; the deposit is 50% with the rest due 30 days before his event. We made an...

exception for him because he said he only had $50 to put down, but would pay the rest April 17, 2014. We took his $50 deposit and sent him the contract. The contract stated the balance due April 17, 2014, in which he signed. [redacted] did not have the funds on the 17th and asked us to charge another card in its place because his original got over drafted with his payment to us. The second card he gave us declined as well. [redacted] was hoping that we would release the other card before we found out that the other one was no good. [redacted] mentioned that several of the people that he thought were going to go in the limo with him had backed out, and he could not afford to pick up the difference. [redacted] did cancel the reservation after he found out his account was over drafted, although per the contract he still had to pay the remaining balance due to the time sensitivity of the date, and that could not be refunded.
Total: $720.00
Deposit: $50.00 (CCPF waived)
Remaining: $670.00
Credit card convenience fee per contract 3.5%: $23.45 Total charged; $693.45
This charge was authorized by [redacted] and the contract is attached.
Thank you,
[redacted]

Review: On June 14,2014 my mother and I rented a limosuine for my wedding that day. We signed a contract approximately 2 years in advance for a limo bus due to height requirements in my family. We were told that should that not be available due to vehicle issues, a vehicle of comparable worth would be provided. What we had been shown was a pristine white limo bus with interior lights, working air conditioning, and interior lighting. What we received was something that looked to be a modified coach bus with a driver who said that he had never driven this vehicle before and was unsure how everything worked. It was approximately 85 degrees that day and the bus did not have air condition. The exterior was black and white with chipped and cracked paint and the interior was a darker shade of brown. So needless to say, it was hot in there. The only lighting that we had available were the basic running lights. While I was away on my honeymoon, my mother called and filed a complaint with the company but received no call back. I called once I got back and finally got a call back from Mr. [redacted] and was told I would receive a call back within a day or two with a resolution. I had someone by the name of [redacted] call and leave a message that he would call back again and never did. I was at work and could not answer my cell phone at the time of his call. Also the bus driver refused to drop us off at the entrance to the reception hall and instead made us walk about 1/2 mile. There is a bridge that needs to be covered to get there. Had we been aware that he would not have crossed it, we would have arranged for difference transportation. But as this area serves food and semi delivery trucks have to cross, there was no reason the bus should have dropped us off where he did. Also, I had guests of the ceremony give the driver items to give us once we were on the bus but we never received such items.Desired Settlement: It's now a week after my phone call and I'm still waiting for a reply and I would like a refund of services that were not provided.

Review: On August 2nd 2014 I had a night planned for my brothers bachelor party. Prior to the event I was in touch with [redacted], owner of [redacted] Limo in Erie PA. He gladly took my deposit of $300 7/3/2014 to secure my hummer limo that will seat 18 people. On 7/31/2014 an additional $621.46 was taken in addition to pay for the limo from 7:30pm to 2:30am. The day prior to the event the limo driver called in order to introduce himself and told me the limo will not fit 15 people comfortably let alone 18. I called [redacted] and explained my concern and he said at a fair price an additional $100 he would upgrade me to a 26 passenger limo for the night. The Limo driver arrives and aknowleged the limo will not fit 18 and said [redacted] does this to him all the time, the upgrade was a 2 seat bench seat that goes where the trunk is. We cram in 12 of us to pick up my brother and his brother in law. On the way there is no AC, again Driver said [redacted] knew about it because they argued about it and again he is always put into these situations. At my brothers we get rid of 2 coolers to make room for 14. I call the additional 4 people and told them I cant assist them. We arrive at the first destination and stay for 1 hr and go 8 blocks up the street to another bar. We get ready to leave for the casino and the limo is dead in the water, 11:41pm the extra limo never showed up till 1:27 and he had to help with the battery and finished by 1:47. I had to call my wife and all the others rides to come get us that night where we had nowhere left to go. My brothers entire night and everyone else's was ruined, there is no money that we can get back to make it right. It was suppose to be great and [redacted] did nothing to remedy the situation or was never sympathetic. He said I don't have to do anything I am being nice, you should have read the contract! Are you kidding!! (did not fit 18 people, no AC, broke down after 11pm, no limo came till almost 2pm) Very irresponsible and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: total amount paid deposit $300, $621.46, and upgrade amount $100 total $1021.46. Ruined night and will never get that 1 special night back for all thee people from out of town and my brother

Review: The service I received from this company was absolutely horrible. The owner was very rude when I first called to reserve a limo for a bachelorette party. I believe he overcharged me based on the other reviews found online. The contract sent was a .JPG and not professional at all. The owner mislead me telling me that a white very nice, completely working, limo would show up during the designated time. What we did receive was a silver limo that smelled of puke and body odor, the inside was filthy with splatter marks all over the mirrored ceiling, the lights did not work, and we had to choose between music and A/C because one shut off the other. In the end we had to sit in the dark, sweating all night, and having to restart the CD someone luckily brought because every bump would shut it off.Desired Settlement: I called the owner and described what happened. All he did was apologize for the inconvenience and said he would "hook" me up next time I rented from them. I would never rent from this company again! I filed a partial dispute with my credit card company and received a partial refund. Then I was charged an additional $75 convenience charge from the company for the dispute. I would like the $75 refunded.

Review: We rented a limo party bus for a wedding two days ago on Saturday, 11/8/2014. On the website they show all these nice new limos, and when I spoke to the owner, he assured me they were nice, newer limos! I paid $850.00 for 3 1/2 hours of service. The limo party bus that we got was extremely old and outdated looking; like a 1960ish bus. It reeked of diesel fuel the whole entire time we were on it! The seats had holes (cuts) in them, the blinds were broken, the bus itself was dirty, and he was 30 minutes late picking us up at the church where my daughter had just gotten married! I was quite embarrassed for my daughters bridal party to have to ride on there! It also had a stripper pole in the back of the bus. Then, the driver had no idea (even with a gps)how to get to Pittsburgh for pictures! We noticed he was going the wrong way, and we had to tell him turn by turn how to get to our destination! I phoned the company today, to complain and voice my disapointment; and the owner hung up on me; would not even listen to me!Desired Settlement: I feel that I deserve a partial refund of some kind! I believed that I was renting a nice limo. I paid $850.00 for 3 1/2 hours of service, and received less than 3 hours due to the driver getting lost twice! I have pictures of the limo bus inside and out! On their website, nowhere do they show the limo bus I received!

Dear [redacted]-

I am the owner of the company that you are referring to in your letter that I have received from the Revdex.com. I recently received your communication detailing your dissatisfaction with our company. For that I am truly sorry.

You mentioned that I hung the phone up on you when you called, although this is not true. The phone went silent and I kept talking and no one was there. I am soory for that miscommnication; I actually thought you hung up on me.

You mentioned you had pictures detailing your complaints. Please provide pictures of the holes or cuts you mentioned in the seat and the broken blinds. They can be emailed to us at [redacted]. This will give me a better opportunity to understand what you are referring to.

There is a pole that stands from the floor to the ceiling in the back of the bus that you mentioned. It serves as a safety grab bar in the event someone is standing when the bus is in motion unexpectedly. It is no different then the polls you see in monorails or subways.

It is a safety feature on our vehicle. We have had some people mistake it for a stripper pole and have thought about removing it due to that misconception, although we fell that the safety for our customers are paramount and for that we have kept them in.

We have looked into the fumes you mentioned on that vehicle and it has current inspection on it was built in 2000’s not in the 60’s as you had guessed. There is nothing wrong with the vehicle mechanically and we do not notice any fumes post inspection. If you could be more specific where these were smelled it may help us better investigate your concern.

The driver does his best to navigate in between the pickup and drop off that was provided. I do not see anywhere where an itinerary was provided to us ahead of time to pre plan the route. Operating a bus that’s almost 40 feet long can be somewhat hard to do when directions are given to you last second on where you want to go with unfamiliar roads.

I am sorrv but per the contract that was signed there are no cash refunds and any time, that was missed maybe made up at a mutually agreed upon date according to the service agreement. We can not extend service to you in full but then give you an almost 50% deposit.

As an owner, I try to give our customers the highest level of transportation quality every time. As a consumer myself, I know how disappointing it is to spend my hard earned dollar and not feel that it was worth while. I will assure you that in the future we will continue to push harder to give you, the customer who pays our salaries, the best product. I have credited your account $100 toward your next reservation with us, though we hope you will come back and give us a second chance to make it up to you.

Thanks, [redacted]

Review: I rented a 26 seat Limo for my 15 year old daughter and 21 of her soccer team friends to go to a homecoming dance IN PITTSBURGH. The entire experience with this company was nothing SHORT OF A NIGHTMARE. Vehicle sent for 18 seats. Driver had NO GPS. I had to guide him into the address and then have him follow me to the dance venue. After the dance he said he knew how to get back and he was over 45 late. THEY then charged me 416 extra for the Limo being out after the 11 pm rental time. THE OWNER THEN HAS THE NERVE TO SAY TO ME, "YOUR KIDS WERE IN MY LIMO HAVING A GOOD TIME WEREN'T THEY"???? NO AC, SPEEDOMETER BROKE, SERVICE LIGHT ON. AFTER THE DANCE I WROTE AN EMAIL TO EXPLAIN MY DISSATISFACTION AND HE THEN ADDED ANOTHER 416$ ONTO MY VISA SAYING THAT THE DRIVER GOT TO THE HOUSE EARLY AND THE KIDS ELECTED TO GET ON EARLY. I HAVE CELL PROOF, PICTURES WITH TIMES PROVING HE DIDNT ARRIVE UNTIL 5! THE LIMO WAS FILTHY...RUSTED OUT BUT PAINTED OVER. They have FRAUDULENT advertising. THEY ARE NOT LOCATED IN PITTSBURGH as their website says. They use the address of [redacted] (which I have confirmed is being used fraudulently!!) They own 4 out of date stretch white HUMMERS and advertise much larger, much nicer limos but cover that by putting in the contract that they can and have the right to send a vehicle of "COMPARABLE SIZE AND VALUE"! They also cover the mechanical issues such as no A/C or RADIO working would not be their fault. NO WATER, NO AIR....the kids were sweating before even pictures were taken. They say their "PROCEDURE" for billing is to take half the money upfront, then after the contract is signed they take the remainder. Well RUNNING YOUR CHARGE CARD TWICE adds a extra % charge onto your credit card!! A week after the service (if that is what you want to call it was preformed I received yet another email saying that the kids broke the back panel of the door and I was going to get an invoice. Did I mention that 1 child sat in the hatchback, one sat on the dirty floor and two girls sat on the bar!! 22 children and a 18 seat vehicle sent. I didn't know about this til the children were on the way home and LOST!!! They cover that in the contract by saying they can not be responsible for the number of guests because of size.......22 15 YEAR OLD ATHLETES WHO PLAY SOCCER????? Not one of them is bigger than a size 4!!! The entire operation operates FRAUDULENTLY!!! When I got on here and read the reviews it INFURIATES me to know that NOTHING IS BEING DONE TO GET THIS MAN FROM DOING THIS TO OTHERS.....FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!Desired Settlement: I WANT ALL CHARGES FOR THE EXTRA HOURS OFF MY CREDIT CARD.....WHEN A DRIVER SHOWS UP WITHOUT A WORKING GPS, A FLIP PHONE AND NO HARD PRINTED DIRECTIONS AND GETS LOST IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR HIS EXTRA TIME DRIVING AROUND GETTING LOST!!! ALSO, TO STOP THIS COMPANY FROM RUINING PEOPLES SPECIAL EVENTS. THE KIDS CAME HOME OVER 45 MINUTES LATE AND MISSED THE AFTER PARTY!! NICE FIRST HOMECOMING FOR THE KIDS. I FEEL SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE THAT I HAVE READ THAT HE HAS RUINED THEIR WEDDING, BACHELORETTE AND BACHELOR PARTIES....PULL HIS OPERATING CERTIFICATE OR CHANGE HIS BUSINESS FRAUD!!!!! I WOULD LIKE ALL MY MONEY BACK FOR THE RENTAL OF THE LIMO FOR THE HORRENDOUS SERVICE. I WILL DONATE EVERY DOLLAR OF THE $1590 CHARGED FOR THIS SERVICE TO A LOCAL FAMILY HERE THAT JUST LOST A SON TO CANCER!! IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY IT IS PRINCIPLE!!! HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF FOR THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS HE CALLS A SERVICE!!!!

To whom this may concern:Thank you very much for bringing these matters to our attention as well as acting as a liaison, per our client’s request. Please be aware that [redacted] has initiated a number of different complaints to various organizations, including but not limited to, the Attorney Generals Office, Public Utility Commission, The Revdex.com as well as her finical institution. We have been asked to review each complaint and respond accordingly. Well each complaint revolves around the same material issue; each complaint is slightly different in the amount of material that was presented. Our company has drafted this letter and will be sending it out to each organization. This letter is meant to be all encompassing to cover all the complains, although since some of the complaints are as many as twenty pages in length, please bring to our attention if you feel as though further additional information is required.First and foremost, safety is a very important at our company. In 2009 our company elected to provide "legal” transportation in PA by applying for all the correct licenses the state required as well as the correct insurances for liability on our automobiles. By us agreeing to provide “legal” transportation in PA. there are guidelines set in place per the Public Utility Commission or more loosely referred to as the PUC.Our company is checked on regular bases to make sure we are complying with all regulations. In the summer of 2015 our company was “randomly” selected for a safety audit on our equipment, we participated and have been cleared since to operate. Our safely program is on going and by no means is neglected as alleged by [redacted].Prior to [redacted]s trip the vehicle underwent a pre and post trip inspection as required by the state. The driver is responsible for this procedure. If a vehicle does not pass the pre trip inspection by the commercial licensed driver it is not permitted to leave our building. Therefore, it passed the pre trip inspection prior to leaving, hence it was dispatched to serve the client. As far as our obligations with our drivers the driver for this trip was a CDL licensed driver, has went through pre employment screening, is on a random drug and alcohol testing program, has a current physical and medial card on file with our company and has read all of our safety guidelines on the operation of our equipment prior to driving passengers for hire. Our company has a safety program in place that makes the drivers aware of our safety policy and monitors the drivers. This policy includes but is not limited to cell phone usage while operating a commercial vehicle, speeding, use of drugs and alcohol and smoking in commercial vehicles. Our company has taken all of the steps required by PA to make sure this driver was prepared for safety and educated prior to the trip.

Booked this limo service for a bachelorette party last Saturday 8/20. Worst experience ever. When the limo picked us up the air conditioning was broke and the limo was dirty. After standing outside for a half an hour on the phone with the company they could not even contact their head manager/owner because it was a Saturday and apparently he was off. I'm sorry but your busiest times are most likely weekends how is there not a manager on call to help out with any problems? The guy on the phone was very rude and would not do a thing to help. They would not even give us a refund or any sort of compensation. When the owner finally returned our phone call he threatened to sue us for slander...complete it. We paid $700 for 5 hours. We paid for a FULLY FUNCTIONAL limo, not a piece of crap limo that was 100 degrees inside with hot leather seats and extremely dirty. I would NEVER recommend this company to any one EVER. Stay away from this scam!!
