This was a misunderstanding between the customer and the organization A full refund has been issued and the Customer is satisfied

Mr [redacted] if an "issue with the mortgage" means that you owe more than the home is worth, you have three choices You can continue to pay your mortgage and wait for the value to come up You can attempt to get the bank to cooperate with you on a short sale You can allow the bank to foreclose on the property Since you didn't pay the mortgage and the bank has filed a foreclosure notice, you can contact the bank and work out a payment plan If you wish to do that we would be happy to discontinue our efforts to market the property If not, let us know if you'd like to either sell this property as a short sale, in which case we'll need you to provide the documents the bank is requesting Or, if you'd prefer to let the bank take this property through a foreclosure Those are all of the options available at this time

as to the response that I was aware of the mortgage was higher the agent was told by my and my sister that there were issue with the mortgageThe disclosure was meet and the promised me and my sister [redacted] who also on the listing agreement that the property would not go to short sale or to foreclosureThe agent would never do what we asked her or answer questionsAnd for here not to say tthat she could never get a hold me is not true my sister name and phone number is on the listing agreementWe both feel that if she had listened to us and worked with us on this it would've been betterThe agent was trying out about a property that my mother had sold some years back which has nothing to do with the current property

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because, we have picture and new quotes to repair all damage caused [redacted] The Grout DoctorThe tiles in the base of the shower stall are damaged and deeply scuffed and scratchedAccording to the new marble restoration contractor the damage may not come out and the tiles may have to be replacedWe are still working to get a back up estimate for the damages done [redacted] The Grout DoctorAt the time TGD was at our home I had call MrE [redacted] and advised him to personally come see the damage to which he refusedHe has not personally seen what his laborer didThere is now clear silicon all over the glass and not just in the cornersThe grout that was replaced in the closet entrance was not even close to the samples I providedCarpet aside good or bad should not have been installed under the tilesThe tile in the Closet is in perfect condition and wasn't being replacedWhen TGD left our premises after each visit the bathroom was left in worse condition then when they showed upThe work quality was very poor and not to scope we were promisedThis case can go on and on with he said she said, however we have the evidence to prove the damage and show what was done after they came to clean the stainsNever was it expressed that TGD didn't want to reinstall the loose tilesHad this been explained we would have hired a professional contractorIn the follow week we have researched this contractor via a local neighborhood blog and found this to be very common practice and found many other unhappy clients in the Agoura Hills areaAgain if proof or names of other unhappy clients are needed I can furnish that as well Our first quote to repair the damage was $and we are not sure they will be able to solve all new issues Regards, J [redacted]

Mr*** hired an Agent to sell a property for his deceased mother However, Mr*** didn't disclose that the loan on the property was significantly higher than the value of the property As such, the title company couldn't allow the sale to proceed The Agent communicated this
to Mr*** on multiple occasions, as did the title company The Agent is now working with the bank on Mr*** behalf to negotiate a short sale of the property The property is scheduled for foreclosure in February because Mr*** hasn't paid the mortgage However, the bank has indicated that they would consider delaying the foreclosure and authorizing a short sale of the home if Mr*** would provide some required documentation Mr*** is unwilling or unable to do so and as such the process is stalled Mr*** Agent is unable to resign as his Agent as the home is still under contract for sale

This was a misunderstanding between the customer and the organization.  A full refund has been issued and the Customer is satisfied.

Mr. [redacted] if an "issue with the mortgage" means that you owe more than the home is worth, you have three choices.  1. You can continue to pay your mortgage and wait for the value to come up.  2. You can attempt to get the bank to cooperate with you on a short sale.  3. You can allow the bank to foreclose on the property.  Since you didn't pay the mortgage and the bank has filed a foreclosure notice, you can contact the bank and work out a payment plan.  If you wish to do that we would be happy to discontinue our efforts to market the property.  If not, let us know if you'd like to either sell this property as a short sale, in which case we'll need you to provide the documents the bank is requesting.  Or, if you'd prefer to let the bank take this property through a foreclosure.  Those are all of the options available at this time.

as to the response that I was aware of the mortgage was higher the agent was told by my and my sister that there were issue with the mortgage. The disclosure was meet and the promised me and my sister [redacted] who also on the listing agreement that the property would not go to short sale or to foreclosure. The agent would never do what we asked her or answer questions. And for here not to say tthat she could never get a hold me is not true my sister name and phone number is on the listing agreement. We both feel that if she had listened to us and worked with us on this it would've been better. The agent was trying out about a property that my mother had sold some years back which has nothing to do with the current property.

The $5,500 was paid to the dealership and applied as a down payment on the vehicle. The $10,000 you paid to Thrift was applied as a principle reduction payment. The balance went from the original amount financed, $15,323.65, down to $5,421.62 after the $10,000 was applied and only $97.97 was applied...

to the loan as interest. Your present payoff as of today 10/01/2015, with interest, is at $5,464.28. We can reverse this principle reduction and have it reapplied to cover you for the certain amount of months the $10,000 would have covered if posted as such, or we can refinance the account at the same interest rate so the payment book will show an appropriate balance and number of payments. Even though the interest rate isn't changing, the fact that you paid the $10,000 as soon as you did lowered the amount of interest paid throughout the course of the loan significantly already as you can see with a mere $97.97 being taken out of the $10,000 payment.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The check was mailed on 7/7/2016, if a stop payment is not issued...

someone else can cash the check. I do not have the check and its doesn't make sense that they will let an open check out there for someone to cash that is not me. I DO NOT HAVE the check, they should not be allowed to keep a live active check on their books. I have told them at least 5 times I have not received it.

To begin, I'd like to make clear I verbally discussed the abusive, harassing and threatening language coming from Ms. C[redacted]'s unnamed male counterpart who continuously calls my office making personal attacks against me with Ms. B[redacted] at xt 20 with the Revdex.com. My employees have expressed concern for my...

safety over the nature of these calls. I am formally requesting going forward any correspondence between Thrift Investment and Ms. C[redacted] are in written form only, preferably through the credit bureaus. If a third party individual is involved again I will be compelled to press harassment charges. Thrift Investment has maintained our position that this complaint is against the dealership Ms. C[redacted] purchased the vehicle from. We are confident in our success in satisfying her original request. Ms. C[redacted] is now bringing demands that are unacceptable as Thrift Investment no longer wishes to do business with Ms. C[redacted] and her accomplices. I never would use any such epithet as what she is claiming I have said to her in the complaint you have forwarded to me. I have never engaged in any argument with Ms. C[redacted] to this date and am skeptical if she is even the one writing these complaints. Please advise her to bring her concerns to Experian and Equifax and take the necessary avenues those parties offer to rectify this situation. Phone calls and/or visits to our office are now prohibited.

Our company reached out to this customer to let them know that we had never received the pay off from the dealership that they traded the car into, and that it would be effecting their credit if the payment was not received in a timely matter. The multiple calls were due to the customer hanging up...

on our representatives various times. We recently received the pay off from the dealer, and this account has now been satisfied. If this customer has any further questions they can contact our office during regular business hours.

[redacted], Your vehicle was repossessed because you are in default of your contractual agreement with our company. The vehicle has been repossessed two times prior to this, which is why we are calling in the pay off on the loan. We have acknowledged and addressed all of your concerns, if you have...

any further questions feel free to contact our office at ###-###-#### EXT:[redacted].   Thank you, Nicole S[redacted]

Thrift Investment Corporation has fully met all of the consumer’s requests. Our company has cancelled the loan and all trade lines connecting her to our company have been erased per her request. We clearly stated that our company will no longer have any contact with this consumer and that we respectively request the same in return. Our company has done everything we can to effectively resolve this issue.

We refuse to entertain Mr. [redacted]'s racist comment.

Attached are the documents that were mailed certified to this customer to the address that we have on file. In the mail today we received a signed certified slip by this customer, which ensures that these documents were delivered successfully. Our company has done everything we can to provide this customer with all of the information she has requested in a timely manner.

Please read and follow your contract as you were in arrears and we have every right to pick up the vehicle when you are delinquent or without full coverage insurance. We do appreciate the payment being made yesterday, though. We now have made a note in your account to no longer call you...

about your delinquency

[redacted] is in violation of the terms of the contract.  This is not the first time the vehicle, a 2008 HONDA CR-V, was repossessed (10/27/17), and we worked with her last time to redeem it.  No payment was made after the redemption.  We sent letters, made phone calls, and sent...

text messages to them both.  No phone calls or responses were made from [redacted] or the cosigner, [redacted], to Thrift Investment until after the vehicle was repossessed the second time on 12/27/17.  We were never notified of any hardships present at any moment- ([redacted] losing her job and the passing of her sister).  Once again, we will work with [redacted] to redeem the vehicle.  Please contact Michelle at ###-###-####.

This account is a discharged bankruptcy. The last time you're attorney got involved was because you were bankrupt and he screwed up to begin with. If you have any questions about the discharged bankruptcy please contact our office. As far as we are concerned you do not have a loan with us due...

to the bankruptcy, only the co-maker on the loan is truly responsible for the lien payment upkeep
