The stones placed by the company in the drain system caused the blockage in the pipe. I have the pictures and the confirmed cleaning of the stones from the [redacted] company that cleaned them out. [redacted] was present  when it happened and saw the stones in the open pipe where the busy dog company put them, the process accumulated over time because they put the stones there  in the open piped area without closing the clean out, than cementing  over it .  Where should I send the pictures. Person [redacted] named in comment below came to my house  after 10 text messages . When he  looked at open area when the system pipe was placed in my base he  did not say that that the system had nothing to do with the problem , that is a lie . He did not give me a response , He said" I see what happen here"  " I need to report this to [redacted]  " and  left 4 minutes after he arrived . The pumper who has been working on my for house for 10 years we present and dig some of the stones out by hand, Another company  looked the problem , I had three estimates to see what was blocking the pipe , the film showed small stones in the pipe that where placed their by Busy Dog system.   Regards,
[redacted]

There was an agreed upon scope of work that the outcome would be a warranted basement for the lifetime of structure. The work we do will work regardless of trial landscaping or hypothetical reasons why it is leaking.Regardless of landscaping issues or “sink holes” the system that was agreed upon to...

be installed would work no matter what. There was not a mis-assesment and regardless of what happened on the outside, the basement was to remain dry.  The homeowner wanted this and we signed a contract. The labor, material, and scheduling all ensued, costing real dollars, hence the cancellation fee of 20%. However, we agreed to refund the 20% just NOT immediately. The walls do not have to be “down” to assess where the point of entry of the water is. It is obvious that the water was entering at the floor wall joint.  It is also obvious that even after the homeowner fixes the sink hole, or landscapes, that our system will be needed. If the water entered there before it will enter there again. We already spent all the money to prepare for the job and are absolutely certain that they need the solution prescribed. The 3 day recision was clearly disclosed on our proposal. The job was scheduled, material was brought in to do job, and labor allotted. We followed the contract to the letter of the law.

[We will never do business with Busy Dog or any of your affiliates after the way we have been treated at ALL levels of the company-- starting with the President all the way down to [redacted] who did the assessment ( who btw, we learned was FIRED shortly after we canceled the job). That alone says enough about the situation and the type of company this is. My husband had to come to your office to request our money and requested to speak with the President ( who  everyone said was the big boss) but he never came out of the room. Instead he used his people to communicate the news to me that: Busy Dog would refund us $1,870 in one check, and $920 in another and for some reason, which by the way no one could explain, they were going to hold our $1,335 until June 2017.In the letter they gave us, they said they would give the $1,335 back to us IF we decided we did not want to have any work done by Busy Dog. Let me be crystal clear and say it again, as my husband said in person to [redacted] and [redacted]: WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BUSY DOG.We will continue to pursue legal avenues to collect our remaining $1,335 unless it can be resolved here. ]
