[redacted] did file a incident report with us on January 30, 2016 at our [redacted] location in [redacted]. When reporting the incident she stated the following being damaged to her Hyundai Sonata:"rt passenger side mirror broke off - license plate (front) bent forward white paint scraping...

on front right side by tire"Being she reported multiple things we watched the video footage of her vehicle to see actual what was going on when her vehicle was going through our carwash tunnel. I explained this to [redacted] when speaking to her on the phone and offered to show her the video footage; which this offer still stands. The video footage shows that her brakes were applied inside our carwash at an area where our equipment would have made contact with her mirror. We have signs posted at the entrance of the carwash stating not to brake. For this reason we do not believe this damage is any fault of Mike's Carwash but unfortunately due to her brakes being applied it allowed her mirror to be damaged. We are willing to show her this video footage at the [redacted] location. We do not feel we are responsible for the damages to her vehicle due to the stated above reasons.Thank you.
