Dear Revdex.com in charge, Good day! Firstly, wrong order# or incomplete number was given, however we managed to locate customer order should be # [redacted] There’s no update that this customer has correspondent to us early, until we receive her complaint from Revdex.com Yes, correct replacement battery part# [redacted] was ordered from us which comes with years warrantyAnd in regards to foreign charges for USD$made from this order, which is possible since item was shipped out from Canada (consider International parcel), due to our USA warehouse do not has this part# As for refund we could do so, if she could show us the receipt that $was made, we need to claim from our supplier for the chargesThank you for your kind attention to this matterSincerely, BattDepot

Dear Revdex.com in charge, We do have live-chat and emails was stated on our website beside phoning our toll free number Your purchase was made in Jan 6, and received your notification on Marand return package on Apr 29, That was actually has clearly exceeded our refund period (as stated within days), but we did proceeded with refund for you in May The best we could do is to provide a free ground shipping should customer decide to purchase the correct part again from us Sincerely, BattDepot

To Whom This Might Concern, We are sorry to hear our customer JAYNE had an unsatisfied shopping experience with BattDepot; we received voice mail on July 14,stated: “I got my order today and the two parts don't match.”; which we did not quite understand what she meant by that? She’s ordered pc power adapter part# [redacted] by using HP Pavilion DVSeries to search from our website, and we wasn’t sure if she has used the correct HP model# to search for this part#, due to many customer has done quite the same mistakes beforeAnd we did request for photos to proof that she has the correct model# (in order to get the full refund of $back if she did) ; also emailed RMA form and RMA# [redacted] was issue to her for return the item/ part back to us on July same day that she left voice mail to usBut so far we have not receive any update from her, instead report directly to Revdex.com insteadThank youKind Regards, BattDepot

Dear Revdex.com in charge,Good day!We checked the order# [redacted] placed by Mr [redacted] and found that the order was placed for our power adapter part # AC19V65U (replacement adapter for Acer laptop); in descriptions it was stated ‘Replacement Notebook Adapter for Acer ADP-65JH’ and *** has used Acer ADP-65JH to search for our mfg part # AC19V65U, and during fill up the form we found out the he was actually looking for his Asus laptop model: K50I and it was supposed to be our mfg part# AC19V90C, and we suggested him to proceed with the new purchase and it was different voltage and tip sizeThis mistake was clearly customer pick for wrong part# from different laptop brand and we are not able to exchange for different part and could onlyadvise him to send the wrong part# back to us for the adapter $refund process.We assigned RMA# [redacted] for [redacted] to return back the power adapter back to us for refund process and the initial shipping (he used overnight/nextbusiness day $24) fee he paid is nonrefundableIf you need further information please keep us inform.Thank you.Sincerely,BattDepot

Dear Revdex.com person in charge,Good day!We are sorry to hear Mr [redacted] had unsatisfied shopping experience with BattDepot;subsequently, a Revdex.com complaint was filed.According to Ms [redacted] order# [redacted] placed with us on July 24, 2015, Ms [redacted] was using HP battery part# 511872-to search for our replacement battery part# LHP217-APduring RMA request Ms [redacted] informed us her actual HP laptop model# was Pavilion dv6-she could have verify or check with us if unsure before placing order.Upon verify her HP model# from RMA form the correct replacement battery should be our part# LHPseries or as shown below during our search:http://www.battdepot.com/us/search/model/hp/pavilion+dv6-7134.aspx We have issued refund for Ms [redacted] on Aug 24, for total: USD $from the price of the battery upon her RMA# [redacted] request for refund.and advised her to reorder again for the correct replacement part# LHPand we did not even charge her any restocking fee due wrong part# purchased, and there was no issue with the return battery.Initial shipping charges was not refundable as stated from our website, and it's justify that we refund her the USD$due to this result.Kindest Regards,BattDepot

We checked the order# *** case placed by Ms*** we had RMA exchange a replacement with us earlier on Nov 06,
As for 2nd RMA# *** was issued to Ms*** on Dec from our end, Ms*** could have just inform us and request for
shipping label and we will be more than happy to provide her to return back the item and we will have our technician to re-examine the exchange part# again if as claim
In this case, we will email Ms*** shipping label for her to return the item back to us and if indeed faulty, we will replace and ship out another replacement after being tested by our supplier’s technician

To Whom This Might Concern, We are sorry to hear Mr*** had unsatisfied shopping experience with BattDepot; subsequently, a Revdex.com complaint with case# *** was filedAccording to Mr***’s order# *** with us on May 18, for replacement part# LHPcost $18.99, and subsequently
return the item back to us after we issued RMA# Dfor his return case, and requested for refundWhich we did refund him back on Jun 1, for $18.99.- Subsequently, we did the second refund back to Mr*** back on Jun for his shipping back fee which was recorded by our supplier technician when open up his return package which was $and due to part# was indeed faulty after tested by them, and we did refund back $at this point, this has considered full refund (total of $from the refunds made)At this point of time, *** is still not satisfied after we told him that initial shipping fee $is nonrefundable according to our return policy, we will be more than happy to replace/ or exchange another battery if he has requested us to do soKindest Regards, BattDepot
