for our replacement battery part# LHP217-APduring RMA request Ms. [redacted] informed us her actual HP laptop model# was Pavilion dv6-713 she could have verify or check with us if unsure before placing order.Upon verify her HP model# from RMA form the correct replacement battery should be our part# LHP257 series or as shown below during our search:http://www.battdepot.com/us/search/model/hp/pavilion+dv6-7134.aspx We have issued refund for Ms. [redacted] on Aug 24, 2015 for total: USD $30.99 from the price of the battery upon her RMA# [redacted] request for refund.and advised her to reorder again for the correct replacement part# LHP257 and we did not even charge her any restocking fee due wrong part# purchased, and there was no issue with the return battery.Initial shipping charges was not refundable as stated from our website, and it's justify that we refund her the USD$30.99 due to this result.Kindest Regards,BattDepot

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: if it had clearly stated that next day delivery was impossible, I would have purchased the item elsewhere. Your sit must be revised so that the option for 24 hour delivery is not an option, so that you will no longer take money from customers under false pretenses. Since the customer has filed a chargeback at his credit card company, and therefore this payment was hold by the PayPal, and PayPal is our primary company who handle  all our credit card payments.  Please see the attached PayPal payment detail for the order [redacted] of [redacted] and...

We are sorry for this situation.  Our RMA department has attached a pre-paid return shipping label for your RMA return.  Once the item arrives at our facility, we will process the full refund of your order accordingly.

She’s ordered 1...

pc power adapter part# [redacted] by using HP Pavilion DV6000 Series to search from our website, and we wasn’t sure if she has used the correct HP model# to search for this part#, due to many customer has done quite the same mistakes before. And we did request for photos to proof that she has the correct model# (in order to get the full refund of $17.98 back if she did) ; also emailed RMA form and RMA# [redacted] was issue to her for return the item/ part back to us on July 14 same day that she left voice mail to us. But so far we have not receive any update from her, instead report directly to Revdex.com instead. Thank you. Kind Regards, BattDepot

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: As is shown clearly the screen shot from battdepot.com site the name and product information that I ordered from.  Since this is clearly improperly marked, I request a full refund of part and shipping.  I wouldn't have ordered a part that was for a computer I don't have.  Also, when comparing both types of adapters- the one I ordered and the one they said I should have ordered- there is no visible difference, the tips are the same, the voltage is the same.  I have added a screen shot of the link they provided that clearly shows both tips are the same.Sincerely,[redacted]

replacement battery part# [redacted] was ordered from us which comes with 2 years warranty. And in regards to foreign charges for USD$1.28 made from this order, which is possible since item was shipped out from Canada (consider International parcel), due to our USA warehouse do not has this part#.   As for refund we could do so, if she could show us the receipt that $1.28 was made, we need to claim from our supplier for the charges. Your purchase was made in Jan 6, 2016 and received your notification on Mar23 and return package on Apr 29, 2016
That was actually has clearly exceeded our refund period (as stated within 30 days), but we did proceeded with refund for you in May 5. 2016
 
The best we could do is to provide a free ground shipping should customer decide to purchase the correct part again from us.

has used Acer ADP-65JH to search for our mfg part # AC19V65U, and during fill up the form we found out the he was actually looking for his Asus laptop model: K50I and it was supposed to be our mfg part# AC19V90C, and we suggested him to proceed with the new purchase and it was different voltage and tip size. This mistake was clearly customer pick for wrong part# from different laptop brand and we are not able to exchange for different part and could onlyadvise him to send the wrong part# back to us for the adapter $9.99 refund process.We assigned RMA# [redacted] for [redacted] to return back the power adapter back to us for refund process and the initial shipping (he used overnight/nextbusiness day $24) fee he paid is nonrefundable. If you need further information please keep us inform.Thank you.Sincerely,BattDepot
