To Whom This Might Concern, We are sorry to hear Mr*** had an unsatisfied shopping experience with BattDepot; we received voice mail on May 08,stated: “I cannot get the emails to work correctly for some reason the battery is incorrect and I do need to exchange it for a correct battery for
our laptop.” And we corresponded with emailing RMA form to Email: ***@mchsi.com on same that very same day; but did not receive RMA filled up form back from himAnyway, we could assign RMA# directly to Mr*** and hopefully he has purchased the correct part# LHP275, he was using HP part# 807956-and we needed to verify what’s his HP complete model# before we could confirm if correct part# was placeAs you may know we are unable to exchange for different part# and will be only valid for refund, if wrong part# was purchasedRMA# *** is now assigned for your return case and we will proceed with refund you back USD$when we received your return package back at our facilityKind Regards, BattDepot

[redacted]I am attaching a copy of both my packing list that shows the order # as I reported it on the complaint, as well as a copy of my credit card statement showing the foreign transaction fee charge of $1.28 which should have been noted when ordered. I would like someone to call me regarding the refund. How will I receive the credit? Also, would like to be assured about the warranty since no one answers the phone nor returns their voice mail messages. And I did call on 1/31/17 and did email prior to that. placing order. (We even have the picture from tips /connector that could zoom in and listed with outer and inner dimension size in mm stated in the picture)

There live chat is always offline and they have their phones go to a voice mail and such. I will never purchase from them again. I believe that the fact they're sending out multiple faulty products in a row is incredibly suspicious, and I do not believe that they should get away with it. It seems indicative of a larger scale scheme of sending out improperly manufactured products. The faulty product they most recently sent me was deemed faulty within seconds of my plugging it into my computer, and I don't believe that any further products I receive from them will be manufactured properly. After contacting PayPal, we have to wait until the chargeback will be resolved between PayPal and the customer's credit card company.  Then PayPal will decide to refund on their end or release the fund to us for refund.

We checked Ms. [redacted]’s order# [redacted]order with us on Sep 03, 2016, and was shipped out from our Shipping information# [redacted], but for some reason we did not have the tracking# shown, even the order status shown completed and shipped.
And we did not receive...

any notification from Ms. [redacted] in regards to the issue, until Revdex.com was filed.
We are more than happy to full refund her back from her purchase, or will reship if Ms. [redacted] request us to do son.
This is an unfortunate event and we would like to apology for her inconvenient caused.

I requested a pre-paid shipping option within my RMA form (see attached) and via email (on both 12/30 and 12/31 - see attached) but was supplied a pre-paid shipping label at no time, nor even any acknowledgement that I'd asked for a pre-paid shipping option. I do not want a replacement part, as this will only prolong the disappointing exchange I've had with this company, and I don't desire to give BattDepot a third chance to provide a functioning product. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It is the seller of the items responsivilify to the customer to deal with their billing department. I have done everything I possibly can on my end regarding returning the item and clearing the dispute through my credit card company. I did not deal with PayPal whatsoever and having battery depot insist that there is nothing they can do is pathetically unacceptable as there is only something for them to do. They need to contact THIER PayPal and resolve this issue with them. IMMEDIATELY. Not me.

I am rejecting this response because: I was debited 28.98 + 9.28 for my shipping cost. I did nothing wrong but am forced to incur return shipping costs for a defective product Battdepot sent to me. I will continue to reject any offer that excludes all costs caused by Battdepot defective product.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I never received an invoice for my order.  I have shown why I placed the order as I was directed to via battdepot.com.  The error is theirs, the website is wrong.  The fact that they would deny it in the face of my proof and refuse to refund all my money shows the type of company they are.  I will never purchase from them again.  A good company wants happy customers.  Sincerely,[redacted]

The attachment from UPS  is the pre-paid return shipping label (do not have pay return shipping fee from your side), please print it out and stick it onto your returning package ,and call or drop off at UPS depot, then after we receive the item, we will process the full refund.
