I payed for day shipping deliver by p.m and at 8:p.m my package was revived back at my local fedex after being on a truck to my house all dayThis package was a important Christmas gift that won't be delivered until the Monday afterwardsI've been on hold for over minuets waiting to talk to someoneWay to drop the ball fedex

There is definitely a reason why they don't do as well as U [redacted] and why they are viewed as negatively as they are They have very poor communications network where they don't even know themselves (or they don't want to tell us) where the package is or when it'll arrive Called different times and was given different answers by different customer reps and managers

I never really used fedex I suppose because the places I order from online always seemed to use the [redacted] , I never had any problemOut of four packages recently that were sent through fedex not one arrived when it was suppose to, not oneThe fourth package, which is why I'm writing this review never came at all yetI was suppose to receive it on 2/and I didn'tAfter that day it's status changed to "NA," even after calling their customer service today (3/2) it wasn't clarified to me what that meansThe customer service rep couldn't check on the status of my package because he said it was sent home delivery and that division was closed (on Monday?) and to call back tomorrow morningI have no idea why it is my responsibility to follow up with these people more than once (twice because I emailed them as well and called when I didn't get a reply)I paid for something and I expect to get itWhat I will do is contact Walmart.com instead and insist they deal with it, send me another package or issue a refundI paid for something I did not receive and their choice of carrier is their problem not mine and I will NEVER USE, BY FROM A COMPANY THAT USES FEDEX AGAIN

TerribleFed Ex delivery personnel deliver packages to random people, When calling customer service to find out where package is and ask question about this supposed policy, customer service rep very rude, and even purposely hung up the phone in middle of a question this isnt the first time I recieved service from this company on this [redacted] poor level, but it WILL be the last time I use their service everAnd any company, that uses their service I will nevrr order from because unfortunately FEd Ex service is so [redacted] poor, that it make it not even worth it to buy products that will be shipped through themI dont know how they remain in business and not even sure if delivering other people products and basically acting as helping theft by handing packages, some in the value of hundreds of dollars, over to random people is even legalI know that the postal office is not allowed to do it, [redacted] do not do it for that specific reason of potential theft of property, yet somehow Fed Ex think this is good idea? Then have nerve to be rude to customers when questioned about anything, from late packages, packages not being delivered at all, and drivers not delivering the packages to the person' residences? Never againThey might get other people and other people may accept this sort of terrible customer service but I will notEspecially from a company where I pay the shipping and the service is not freeThey may get other's people money, but never will get a dime directly nor indirectly from meAnd sad that unfortunately other companies that use them as shipping companies also will lose a customer due to their low quality work but I am not going through this type of nonsense any longer

Called to check on status of package, it seems like the associates have limited access to information on the status of a package after running a trace and will lie to you in order to get you off the phone Incompetence to the associate I spoke to at (800) 463-told me my package was sent back half way across the country to the original senderI have called back and the calling center was closed, the associated seemed to be irritated and proceed to tell me the department was closed and I would get a call backAnother lie, just to get you off the phone Extremely poor quality customer serviceAccuracy ration of information presented to FedEx associates seems to be outdated

Horrible Service! They said they came to my house but never did! Said they knocked on my door never didI was sitting in my front roomThey said they left a door hanger with information on it, on a brown door never did and my door is white! Tried calling them and they were very disrespectful, and unwilling to helpTried to get the number for the Collinsville location where they said my package would be for pick up and they refused to give me that number said they were not allowedVery very horrible business with this companyNever ever in my life have I seen any business be ran so horrible and not willing to help the customer I have dealt with the local post office and other package delivery companies and NEVER had a problem with themUPS makes two attempts in one day if need to beThey try once (or so they say they do) and if not well you don't get your package? How does that make since? What if the person is in the bathroom or an elderly person who cant move as fast? They need to change the way they handle their business or maybe soon they wont be in business!

To saw I am very disappointed from FedEx is very politeI wanted an insurance for my documents, they said that this is against their politics After this they told me not to worry, that the documents will be delivered in timeGuess what - THE DOCUMENTS WERE LOST! Now all they can say is --we are sorry!!! The documents were originals with a very high value and now I have financial losses because of thatI have to sue the company and I will do it for sure The weird thing is that nobody in this company knows what is happeningThe boys and girls on the help desk are totally useless, they only send a mail to their supervisor, but nobody reads this mailNobody called me all this timeNow they even don't pick up the phones in the help centerThe branch of FedEx in the country - sender has one information, the helping desk - another, and the receiver country - thirdWhy in this case they have an electronic system??? I just have no words to show my feelings about all this messNow I have to sue them or to make an agreement about my losses

DEAR FEDEX CORPORATE I NEVER THOUGHT THERE WOULD COME A DAY, WHEN I HAD TO PUT A SECURITY CAMERA POINTING AT MY DOOR STEP, IN ORDER TO CATCH A FEDEX EMPLOYEE DO A FAKE DELIVERY AND KEEP THE PACKAGE FOR THEMSELVESBUT AFTER WHAT HAPPENED TO ME THIS MONTH, IT'S EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE TO DO, SINCE FEDEX HIRES UNETHICAL IMMORAL EVIL PEOPLE, WHO WILL STEAL EVERY OPPORTUNITY THEY GET, EVEN STEAL FROM A SENIOR CITIZEN LIVING IN A SENIOR APARTMENT COMPLEX HOW LOW CAN YOU GO, FEDEX AND YOUR EMPLOYEESTHEN AFTER I FILED A CLAIM WITH FEDEX AND EXPLAINED WHAT MY MOTHER HAD SEEN, FEDEX DECIDES THE PACKAGE (D [redacted] A [redacted] LAPTOP VALUED OVER $4300) WAS CONSIDERED LOST AND CLOSE THE CLAIMREALLY FEDEX, THAT IS HOW YOU DEAL WITH A FEDEX EMPLOYEE THEFTW***, I AM NOT DONE WITH FEDEX; I HAVE FILED A POLICE REPORT AND WILL STAY ON TOP OF THIS UNTIL THE END FEDEX, YOU AND YOUR CRIMINAL EMPLOYEES WILL GET SEVERE PUNISHMENT BY THE POLICE AND THE COURTS, AS GOD AS MY WITNESS!!!!

Only one word describes FedEx...hilarityProvided the same shipping address to make online purchases (which came by privately owned courier and the national courier), had zero major issues except a late delivery once in a whileFirst time being told that a company boasting of being a shipping logistic and courier company could not even locate a simple address....Use g [redacted] maps if you cannot afford GPS for your driversI was told that the package will be delivered by the end of today at a.mWaited till 5:45PM before being told it is too late to attempt oneWorst yet is that the address being provided is not to a small little building hidden in the middle of nowhereIt is actually the address to the local university, which happens to be the largest university within a miles radius

For some unknown reasons FedEx keeps delivering packages to the wrong addressI live at the residential address and Fedex keeps delivering to the rental officeMost recently, I was expecting a package and called beforehand on 01/04/and spoke to agent Asia and I requested, again, that packages will be delivered to the apartment (the right address) and she assured me that this will happenI did mention that these packages are too heavy for me She said that she sent a note to the driverNot only the package was delayed but although I was at home and expecting it, the driver delivered it to the rental office on 01/07/and this office is a considerable distance to meI dont understand how someone could be so ignoring/negligent

FedEx mis-delivered my packageIt spent days in the rain and both the inner packaging and outer package and it can't be used or repaired I submitted documented proof of the value and they only reimbursed me 50% of the cost Apparently, their "loophole" was a missing declared value on the shipping instructions There was no dispute from FedEx that the package was lost or damaged But they refused to reimburse me for the damage they caused This was a very poor customer service experience and I'll never use FedEx again

11/15/at 5:52pm we found out the driver did not deliver in a timely mater as pad fordue to not being able to find the streeteven though we've shopped to this address many times in the last year through fedexMore like he wanted to get a early start to his weekend At 5:55pm we called FedexThey didn't know the driver couldn't find the street either and confirmed they deliver out there all the timeThey then said they made a case number and would call us in a hour- a hour and a half They never called us back after making a case number as we were told they would in a hour- a hour and a half 9:00pm We called fedex found out they didn't make a case order about it as they said they did, and that the delivery place had now closed at 8pmSo they couldn't get a hold of anyone now to deliverSo at 10:00pm they gave us a new delivery date 11/17/ More run around 11/17/The driver called before day break said he couldn't deliver until he got directions again! Called him back twice no answerWhy is it everyone else can deliver to this address but him? Tracker says: 11/17/- Monday 6:am On FedEx vehicle for delivery CHARLOTTE, NC 6:am At local FedEx facility CHARLOTTE, NC So well it ever get delivered today? We will not be using FedEx again! We well be telling our friends and family about this bad delivery group and not recommending them to use it either

I dropped off a small return package to the USPS which was to go Smartpost/Returns to the merchant retailer, on July 7, It was not picked up until July by FedEx It is their responsibility to pickup these packages to be processed I verified this information with the post office today The postal clerk stated that FedEx will come by and drop off materials but does not always pick up the packages He also stated that he cannot compel the FedEx employee to pick up the packages since the post office is not their supervisor It is all too evident that FedEx has numerous complaints in regard to this service which have been posted online

Fed Ex terrible! No compassion! THEY changed the address on my Christmas package for some reasonThen they would not send a driver out to look for it for days! Not acceptable! They claim to be closed on the day before ChristmasWHY would they change the address that I entered and then not correct the error right awayI will NEVER voluntarily ship FED Ex again FED UP!

FedEx is the absolute WORST company to deal with I have never in my life dealt with a company that does not care about their customer more than FedEx They have continually [redacted] up deadlines and deliveries which in turn affect MY business The customer reps DONT CARE, THE CAT team reps DONT CARE, the sales rep DONT CARE and I am sure that MrB [redacted] DOESN'T CARE If you can avoid dealing with them I would recommend that They will only [redacted] up your business for you and then they expect to get paid SHAME ON YOU FEDEX CORPORATION

Do NOT use this Fedex if shipping from abroadI purchased a sculpture in Florence, Italy and the museum manager shipped my sculpture to the USA via FedexI had no input into the shipping other than having to pay Euros cash based on weight of sculptureNo one ever told me it would not be covered for damage or I needed insuranceSculpture arrived broken in half despite Large Fragile stickers all around box and different types of paddingI made online complaint and was told Fedex denied my claim as no proof of mishandlingI sued them in Magistrate Court, they failed to file an Answer so was in default, and upon realizing this, they advised they wanted to settle before my damages hearing (because I had asked for a Default Judgment)In a ruse to get me to give them information about shipment they pretended they wanted to settleThey instead sent a manager, instead of an attorney, to plead their case in CourtThe judge allowed him to testify about facts (incorrectly) wherein he admitted they had notice and the sculpture was brokenI lost the case after they were already in default and I intend to appeal it I am a paralegal and USED TO USE Fedex for legal shipments almost weekly but NEVER againThe customer service is lousy, they do not care about their customers, refuse to take responsibility when breaking your property, and I cannot believe they treat customers this wayI will NEVER use them againWith the # of reviews on here, this must be a company policy to tell everyone too badThey could have at least returned my shipping fee

Often when I order from A [redacted] they send it through Fedex Without fail, the truck pulls up, stops in front of my house, and drives off Only once did they ever get out of the truck, and they left before I could get my shoes on and get to the door They just change the tracking page to say "Business closed" and never attempt delivery again I'd rather use U [redacted] and wait three weeks than bother with Fedex again

Ordered cat litterDelivered on time, however don't know how many times box was droppedOriginal box was torn in two placesIt was packaged inside another box that was full of loose litter as the original had been compromisedOpened packaging box and had litter all over my living room

FedEx, Lets see anytime I see a fedex tracking number on something Ive purchased I cringeI will NEVER choose them over [redacted] or ***, either rediculously slow delivery or constant delays in delivery, Changing the delivery dateOr I end up with a package that looks like it got run over by a trainWith that reference I did order a brand new bow that they actually did run over with a forkliftThen just dropped it on the front porch like it was fineActually had to chase the driver down the road to get the damage noted for the claimI'd say total sg, And that goes to say most of fedex employees dont really give a crap about what they do or how they do itKnow some people that work there and have heard the storiesBut what brought me to finally do a review on Fedex is well Im waiting on a package and well moved once in a week! Total [redacted] service!

They have basically lost my packagebeen two weeksLike maybe someone stole it
