If you are shipping from the United States to Ottawa Ontario Canada and require next day delivery do not use FedEx (or USPS since FedEx delivers on their behalf in Ottawa)They are a week late in delivering a package to me 1st excuse - "it wasn't cleared by customes before 9:30am when our driver leaves the officeIt was cleared at 10:30am, so it was impossible to deliver that same dayOur driver goes to customs at 9:00am and at 8:00pm after making deliveries." 2nd excuse - the sender forgot your unit number"no our driver doesn't have a cell phone." Apparently an issue like that needs another hours after the attempted delivery for follow up by a customer service agent 3rd excuse - I weren't there to sign for the packageNo signature was requestedThey said "it's required since it's an international package." Note that a company with next day delivery and no signature required by the sending and a large annual profit could have invested in an electronic signature application if this is really their policy to get signatures 4th excuse - we cannot deliver tomorrow with your signature card left in the mail box since our driver already dropped it off at the pickup location and will not be going back until 6pm tomorrowWe can deliver on Thursday or you can pick it up When you needed the medication between the original scheduled delivery date (the previous Thursday and only for days), and you get melted medication a week late when no longer needed, you realize that FedEx should not be advertising next day delivery to your cityTheir rigid schedule doesn't allow for next day delivery or anything close

I had a package scheduled for delivery todayI cleared my schedule today so I could be available to accept the packageI checked the tracking number every hour for an updateThere hasn't been an update on my package since Wednesday, and today is FridayI called at 1:my time for an updateI spoke to a gentleman ( I did get every persons name I spoke to today) and he apologized for the tracking updates and reassured me the package was out for delivery and will be delivered by the end of the daySix hours later the package still hasn't arrivedI check my tracking once again to see it has finally been updated and the package was checked in at an FedEx locationI called Fedex to inquire about this matter and they tell me the package will not be delivered until MondayOne of the reps towould have would have my package delivered on SaturdayHow is that possible when Fedex do not deliver on weekendsI have been lied to several times from members of their companyHighly unacceptable and I would never do service with Fedex again or purchase from companies that use their service as their only mail carrier

Hi just wanted to share my experience with Fedex I supposed to receive the package today in the morningIt was expedited shipmentIt did not arrive on timeSpoke with different customer representatives from FedEx and nobody was able to tell me when package will be hereOn my 5th call I was able to find out that apparently it was weather conditions in Memphis and package was delayedFedex new about it yesterday evening and nobody follow up with me to let me know package will be delayedInformation on the website with the tracking time was incorrectAnd out of customer representatives could not help me with any information at allI am really disappointed with FedExI had to reschedule the flight today because package did not arrive on time, I lost money and timeStill waiting for the package to arriveNobody can tell me when it will be hereWill think twice before I use FedEx again and definitely will not recommend it to anyone for expedited shipment

FedEx allows their drivers to cut corners by marking your address as incorrect so they don't have to drive to your houseWhat is worse is that when you call them they give you hope that they will rectify the issueI was told I would get a call within a couple of hours - LIE, they never calledI was told they would deliver the package today, since this was their fault - another LIE, they did NOT deliver my packageInstead, they had their driver finish up by 4pm ET and refuse to bring my package todayWhen trying to speak to a manager they don't allow it - instead they push you to another team who confirms they aren't managers and do not give you any way to get back in touch with themIf you have ANY other options for deliveries, I strongly encourage you to choose themFedEx will delay delivery, or maybe even keep the package for themselves for all I know, and they will do nothing to resolve the issue

I will never opt for FedEx again and will probably change my business account back to [redacted] (Mil /yr) Thursday FedEx attempted a delivery of a large copper sink I was not there and found out it needed a signature I phoned FedEx and they told me they will attempt delivery again on Friday that I MUST be there to sign for it I took Friday off of work and finally called FedEx at 5:pm and was told the driver made a change and it would be delivered Saturday I was furious, but stayed home all day SaturdayAt 4:pm I phoned FedEx and was told that it was still out for delivery and I would have to wait another hour So at 5:I called back and by this time I was [redacted] !! The gal said she would have me talk with a supervisor The supervisor was very cold and didn't care I told her I couldn't stay home Monday again from work and that the package was to be delivered to my business address (K [redacted] ) She took down the address and told me it would be I chatted fedex this morning when I saw it was going to attempt a Boise delivery to my home (which no one was there!!) and she told me that it was showing out for delivery for Tuesday I asked if I could pick it up and was told I had to make a call to each facility to ask if I could pick it up I just spoke with the company who shipped me the sink (which wasn't put in this weekend as planned) and after I told them the whole story, they were appalled at FedEx as well Once again I am staying home tomorrow since it is there 3rd attempt (no customer service there!) I even asked if I could leave a note with a signature and was told no!!! I have nothing but disgust for FedEx and how they treat their customers!

I have often been a customer at the FedEx Office at North 27th Street, Billings, MT, both for my personal use and as a teacher with Billings Public Schools, usually with very good results This afternoon, 1/19/2015, I went in with my sister who wanted to purchase boxes for posting items overseas My sister wanted to get an idea of the size of boxes, so she investigated some on display Without greeting us or making eye contact, one of the staff who says that she is the manager, admonished us like children for touching the display and made it clear that she was mad about needing to put it back together; it had been flimsily connected with tape My sister politely explained that she did not realize it was off limits and just wanted to get an idea of size The lady still did not ask how she might help or make eye contact with us, but continued to criticize us for touching her display My sister and I decided to leave and I told the lady I thought she was quite rude and lacking customer service She made no attempt to stop us and seemed happy that we were leaving I have never posted a complaint about a business before and never been so rudely treated in Billings

FedEx main office, Water Street Tampa is the most bureaucratic and unprofessional business I have ever encounteredWe tried to send a package and it was rejected TWICE for a minor error on an additional label on the boxThe name of the person signed the rejection is RH [redacted] They never tried to call my cell phone but simply sent back the packageI will never use FedEx again

I am disabled and my daughter bought me a new rolling walker and had it delivered to my house. She got notification that it was to be delivered on Tuesday and I took off work to be there. My adult son and I were both home until about 2:00 and when I walked out the door there was a notice that they had tired to deliver it about half an hour earlier. Neither of us heard a knock at the door nor did the doorbell ring. I immediately tried to call about it as I really needed it as my old one was broken and after not choosing a Spanish csr, I finally got through to a Hispanic person with an accent that was difficult to understand. She repeatedly told me that no one was home when they tried to deliver it which I know was not true and I asked for a supervisor. I got another Hispanic person who kept telling me the same thing, despite my telling them numerous times that there were people home. They put me through to someone in the local center who laughed at me. Not enough space for rest

In Nov 2016, V [redacted] shipped FedExp our new $ipadFedExp delivery person said they tried to deliver the item, but did notMy husband and I were at home the entire dayWe called to refuse any other attempt to deliver the package because just month ago FedExp pitched a package over our foot fence damaging the item so bad it had to be returnedAlso, on Dec 14, 2016, we were expecting a delivery from B**They also only ship FedExpWe believe since we made two prior complaints against FedExp they kept the item from B**, but showed a delivery to a porch areaWe do not have a porchI believe, like others, that FedExp employees are stealing packages meant for customersI could not get replacement items because they were Christmas relatedThey stole the item meant for a deathly ill year old childThis agency does not care what they do to customers and the companies like V [redacted] and B [redacted] don't care about their customers because they subject us to this very bad delivery companyFedExp, V [redacted] , and B [redacted] have a lot to be proud of these daysIf the system worked like it should all these companies would eventually go out of businessToo bad their is no one listening at any of these companies

FedEx is absolutely the best courier service! Very recently I was waiting for some urgent documents that were addressed to my homeI was at work that day, and my home door tag has the name of my workplaceThe FedEx delivery person to the University of Maine and Orono/Old Town area is familiar with the location since he has been to the place several timesSo he delivered the package to my workplace! It's very nice of him to do that since I was in a hurry to get those documents for a submissionI am very satisfied of their service, and highly recommend it to anybodySpecial thanks to the FedEx delivery person to the University of Maine, Orono Maine area for his outstanding and efficient service Date of review: 12/29/

I myself will never use FedEx againNor well I buy from a company that uses FedEx for the shipping! The last two times I used FedEx, the same thing happen I never received my package when it was supposed to be deliveredAfter waiting all day for them to comeI'm not sure what's going on with FedEx, but they're not making their customers very happyNor the retailers that use FedEx to ship to the customersSincerely get your [redacted] together thank you

I was to receive a package todayFirst my client send me an email saying FedEx sent him a message saying the address was incorrectI called and verified the address and it is correctSo don't know why the driver did not bother to use GPS or something, or look at the door where the sign is, or ring the door bellThen I was told to show up at 6:30PM to pick up the package since that's when the driver would returnI showed up at 6:45, and gave them until and was told the driver won't be back until 8pmThis is a minute drive I had to make to the FedEx center where this driver was to returnNot only did I lost trust with the client due to FedEx driver's lack of ability to find my address, which every other service (USPS, UPS) can find, but I also had to spend hours driving back and forth between my place and this FedEx officeNot even a courtesy call to let me know the driver wasn't going to make it back at the 630PM time they originally told me And there is no apology, just smirks and smilesWe are paying for your service and I have to incur cost for your incompetence?

I had a product that was to be delivered by Fground I was going to be out of town 7/19/ to 07/27/and requested that the delivery be made on 07/28/which was the day after I returned The delivery was not made so I tracked the shipment on their websiteA delivery attempt was made on 07/22/and returned to the Flocation as I was not home and it required a signature Entry was made on the online tracking system through 07/26/but no entry after that I spent several hours speaking to someone at the number attempting to locate and have the package delivered I spoke with the office on the evening of 07/29/and was informed that the didn't know why the shipment was not pulled for delivery and assured me that it would be delivered on 07/30/ I contacted Fon 07/30/to make sure that the shipment was being delivered and was informed that the all delivery drivers were gone for the day and that the office was closed; however if I wanted to drive to the office (about miles from my house) to pick up the shipment I could do that If the office was closed then how was I going to go there to pick up the shipment? I spoke with a supervisor at the office and was informed that the shipment would be delivered on Monday 08/01/ I need this shipment for work and it has cost me loss work in addition to money to have an IT person come out to program the computer I receive overnight shipments with no problem whatsoever but have had nothing but problems with this shipment It appears that the ground shipping section in this area needs some retraining on customer relations and package controlI would never use ground shipping with Fbecause of this experience

I have a package that Fed Ex reports as delivered to my front doorOf course package was not thereThis is a problem that has occured several times at my location aloneEach time customer service is contacted their excuse is- it was a new driverMy location is mark very wellI never have this issue with UPSThis package happens to contain an I phoneIt is rainingIf package left outside at incorrect address it will be ruined Very poor servicePrior to placing a new order I will contact seller and request NOT to use Fed Ex

I ordered an Apple i-from Verizon and it was shipped by Fedex Made it to Memphis then was lost or stolen Fedex has been TERRIBLE in helping me with this No communications, they lied to me and numerous other issues Finally, after a month, they told me I would have to go through Verizon THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!

My Son sent me a package to Mexico it turns out to be in customs it has been there since 12/28/and couldn't get it, now I have told them I need the package to come back to me several days has passed and still not getting it, we putted the package on their hands Fedex is the reponsible for it but seems like they don't care

Absolutely terrible serviceThe driver can't find the house (evidently, our house has been transported to another planet, since we last received a package) and the customer support team keeps promising delivery "tomorrow" or "Saturday"The package has been moved from a facility that actually would have been marginally convenient for us to access, to a facility miles from our home (and, incidentally, closed at noon)We asked if we could have the package left for us at one of the many drop-off locations in town, but evidently those are also on another planetAlthough I don't believe the driver will have any better luck finding our house on Tuesday (today is Saturday, and I've learned they don't deliver on Mondays), IF s/he does find us, we will probably be at workI'm pretty sure the package will be returned to the sender, if we aren't here to sign for it itSo, lots of waiting, lots of calling, and basically, zero service I intend to tell any company that uses FedEx for shipping about our trouble
