Dear *** ***: Thank you for your note concerning our survey program. I apologize that our sales person did not fully explain the free delivery option of the Sunday Mercury News and for the lack of delivery to your home that would have ensued had you accepted it. Of
course in either case there is no balance owed to us as a result. I will make sure that our subscriber service team removes any balance from your account and that our employees that follow up on these things stop calling youI will also let the sales company that conducts the survey know about this so that they can review directly with the salesperson.
