with you there would be a diagfee of $if the issue wasn't covered by warranty which you agreed to VIA signatureWe worked on your vehicle during the afternoon that day and unfortunately it wasn't covered by warrantyThe fact that you wasted the entire day is non-sense as it was your choice to leave the carAs far as the way the payment transaction was handled this situation Jeff felt that this would be in the best intrest of the company and the fact that you paraded around the store telling other customers how we s_ck didn't help matters

On November **, I met with the Honda mechanic Manager Jeff and the sale representative MabelJeff implied that I was being charged an additional $for labor for the additional labor involved with replacing the bolt and nutI stated to him in the presence of Mabel
that mechanics don't get paid labor based on the amount of parts needing replaced but are paid for labor by the hourI stated the mechanic worked on my car for one hour and minutes, which entitles the mechanic to be paid $for the hour he worked on the breaks and $for the minutes it took to replace the passenger side wheel bolt and nutI asked for a refund of $87.50.Jeff agreed to refund me $I am waiting for a check via postal mail to be sent to my son's address which is the address the dealership has for me on file(see receipt attached with the refund amount signed by Jeff)I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved

Once again, I have to reject this responseMy issue is that the 6.**.15? repair referenced by SI Honda was tantamount to a third repair effected on the subject airbagTo have the same issue reappear a fourth time within a couple of years on an item that requires no maintenance is problematical, and I believe may raise issues with respect to whether said repairs were incompetent or perhaps even fraudulent.? Furthermore, the SI Honda CAR FAX reference is disingenuous, as it was clearly stated in the initial complaint, that the three accidents predated the replacement of the airbag in Oct2014, and there have been no subsequent accidentsFinally, several attempts (including seeking the intercession of the manufacturer American Honda) have been made to ascertain the cost of repairs pursuant to a diagnostic performed by SI Honda, but these requests have apparently been ignored

As stated previously the vehicle was repaired 6.**.15, on 2.**the Air Bag light was on but the vehicles warranty had expired so we reached out to AHM? for Goodwill assistance and we were denied*** *** also called and was turned downAt this point any future repair would be at the customer's expenseNote: CAR FAX shows the vehicle has been involved in (3) Accidents

Upon visiting the Merchant I explained the overall expenses that were occurred (1,500.00) in addition $428.00 charges I paid for Rental fee's for the 8 Days total the car was in possession at the dealership. The Merchant stated they would refund Only $895.00 for the added additions and include an additional $200.00 as a courtesy for the car Rental Expenses. Unfortunately they stated they could not refund me my full rental and offer to extended a 2 yrmaintenance on my car. The merchant stated they will mail a check within 48 hours for 1,100.00 I was Dissatisfied with this resolution and feel that I am not being refunded what was charged based on the contact I was charged $1,500.00 ($750.00 x 2) please see the attached the Contact. I do not understand why I am being refunded $605.00 Less than and not reimbursed by my full Car expenses due to the company fault. Upon purchasing the automobile the merchant clearly stated this was the charge added however it does not coincide with the Amount on the contact. I feel the Merchant needs to do rite and refund me my Full amount charged 1,500 + my $428.00 Rental fee 1,928.00.

with you there would be a diag. fee of $130.00 if the issue wasn't covered by warranty which you agreed to VIA signature. sentinel program for $210 and tire and wheel policy. We did process cancelation for both sentinel and ext. warranty. The only thing I see left is absolute trim tire and wheel policy for $350 which I can cancel if customer wants us too. I'm not sure what other warranty that would be equal to $1350 is in customers question. I attached all the documents that match everything and have all signatures on it, bill of sale, buyers order and contract. Just spoke to the customer. Seems like there was confusion regarding a loaner car and him getting a new car. I apologized regarding the confusion. I informed him to see Jeff the service manager and he will be provided a loaner car.
