that mechanics don't get paid labor based on the amount of parts needing replaced but are paid for labor by the hour. I stated the mechanic worked on my car for one hour and 15 minutes, which entitles the mechanic to be paid $110 for the hour he worked on the breaks and $27.50 for the 15 minutes it took to replace the passenger side wheel bolt and nut. I asked for a refund of $87.50.Jeff agreed to refund me $87.50. I am waiting for a check via postal mail to be sent to my son's address which is the address the dealership has for me on file. To Whom It May ConcernI just contacted this customer and I did set up an appointment with him for this Saturday to discus this case. From what i understand is that factory auto start that we installed is not compatible with upgrade alarm that we installed as well, my service told me it would...
