I am rejecting this response because:When we moved into the unit there was dog hair around the fireplace and under the refrigerator. Further, the smell of urine was present and noted in one of the spare bedrooms on the initial inspection of the unit.  There was no smell of urine when the unit was professionally cleaned both carpet and stained concrete, Stanley steamer also noted that there can be bacteria present in the carpet that will give the place a humid smell until the carpet is completely dry. The condition of the unit was  thoroughly documented upon our departure.

According to my statement, we went over the application on July 9th. That is the day she signed the application and took it with her when she left the office because we could not agree on the lease dates. Please review the original statement we submitted for clarification. Her statement is incorrect. We did not tamper with the application. We also, did not agree to a shorter termed lease.  We explained to her when she came back that she would owe the full term of the lease, but she still wanted to lease the property.

We don't fully agree with the a/c unit, but we accept it (agree to disagree). We asked for further details on the paint and cleaning (email will be below) and was told they've answered all questions according to policy (email will be below). So we DO NOT accept their response for paint and cleaning. We will accept the bucket and trellis, because we did not note it on our move-in form. We will also accept the removal of the satellite dish with a refund of $75. Touch up paint we understand, but not the entire place.  Cleaning: You were charged $150 for cleaning, not including tub, shower, fans, cabinets, or baseboards. We received the move out checklist and complied to what you require to be cleaned. What exactly was left to be cleaned?
