They only respond on BBB and they didn't tell me if they return the money to you but said I have to go through you. They said they got the jackets back in the waregouse. How does this go, Did they return the funds to you? [redacted] one gave me a provisional credit for the time being but said they can charge it back if you guys don't respond. And baubax keep saying because I got charged through kickstarter that I have to contact kickstarter what kind of fraud is this or is this company try to steal money from people through your site if they returned the 264 to you please respond to [redacted] one so they can close my dispute and fix my credit report In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above. Hi there,We're sorry to hear that backing these three projects has turned into a frustrating experience for youAs you already mentioned, backing a project (and receiving a reward for it) on Kickstarter is different from buying something in a storeOften times, a project is in the beginning stages, and manufacturing details are not finalized until after the project is successfully fundedThis means that delays can occur for any number of reasons, and a creator may be slower to respond, especially if they are tied up working on production and trying to communicate with many backers at onceThat said, we do expect creators to be as open and honest about delays with backers as much as possibleIn the cases of the projects you mentioned, I see that we have recently reached out to these creators to encourage them to communicate with you and fellow backers more effectively going forward.As you may already know, successfully funded project creators plan their project around the funding they received while it was live on KickstarterBecause of this, these funds are often tied up in the completion of the project or fulfillment of rewardsAs these funds are disbursed directly to the project creator, we are unable to facilitate refundsIf you’d like to see if a refund is possible, we recommend continuing to reach out to the creator directly.If you’ve already tried that through Kickstarter messages and still haven’t received a response there, you might want to consider reaching out to each creator through other channels, such as social media or the creator’s own website, where available.Thank you for all the patience and support you've shown these projects so farWe do hope you hear more from these creators soon.Best,Kickstarter

As explained before, funds are disbursed directly to the creator, which means that Kickstarter cannot facilitate refunds and it is up to the creator to determine whether or not they will issue a refund. We realize it is frustrating when a creator is not communicating as quickly or consistently in this situation as you would like, but we cannot force a creator into action, and it's possible that it may be taking a while due to the sheer amount of backers the creator is handling at once.
