There are records that clearly show these are not accusations. You may not want a fight, but you have a legal dispute on your hands. I signed no contract, am not bound to arbitration nor did I agree in any way to your terms. An email disclaimer will get you no where. It's a one sided agreement, which is definitely not a contract. You only had to do the right thing and return the money. If you had done what you promised ro me or provided good service, this complaint would not exist. I will not continously repeat the events. You can read it theough this complaint and the emails I sent telling you that nothing had been confirmed as agreed. Keep responding and I will refute inaccuracies.

Beacon Moving did NOT keep their original agreement but charged an additional $1250 to have my property delivered damaged and later than contracted. The owner, Michael, needs to be investigated for improper practices and...

procedures that appear to scam unsuspecting victims. He should NOT be allowed to operate without accountability.

I we explained before that Ms. [redacted] had additional items to haul, also her inventory was not the same! we did infact provide her with a $200 discount ! even though we felt that it was not necessary, but nevertheless we were hoping that it will solve the complaint! we have delivered in a timely manner  and provided excellent service ! we feel and believe that there is no more to do !

[In my original complaint I stressed that my inventory was not different from what was given at the time of the quote , the exact inventory given was picked up, I have called and spoke to the dispatcher who was not very helpful in resolving my issue, I do however agree that my items was finally delivered and I still had to pay an additional $75.00 to the driver in order to get my belongings, the driver called me and gave me 2 days notice that he will be delivering and then called on the at of delivery -(after I made arrangements to leave work early to meet them to be told that they would not be able to delivery my property.  I was also told by Michael who stated that he was the owner that he would look into the matter of the overcharge and he never called back.  I did in fact speak to a representative and he did take 200.00 off the elevated price which does not equate to the fact that I was double charged for the service ]

we have spoke to [redacted] and showed that we have loaded more items and prove more than once that she is wrong regarding her statements ! We delivered in a timely manner and priced this job accordingly !please contact us directly!!!

[redacted] [redacted], we have spoken to [redacted] [redacted] on many occasions and are aware of his complaint..We have made all attempts to see if by any chance any one else received a different mattress, we label everything and the mattress delivered to [redacted] [redacted] has/had his name and...

information. [redacted] [redacted] claims something that is hard to solve. One because his name was on those mattresses, second we have contacted every possible customer that was consolidated with his shipment on pick up and delivery and checked every corner in our terminal in Linden NJ! We have contacted the claim and explained the situation and they informed us that there is nothing to do because of the fact that he did receive mattress and box spring with his name on it....And for the note we have contacted [redacted] [redacted] numerous times its not like we never called him back!He is very welcome to call us back from 9 to 6 at ###-###-#### somebody will always pick up and attend his issues but they have to hold ground we move approximately 500 people a month and this situation is fairly odd!

[redacted] spoke to Christine and received an estimate to move from Baltimore NY to Charleston SC on April ** 2016 she is stating that she is legally blind and disabled! We did sent her a contract stating that all deposits are not refundable! Michael spoke to her after the conversation with Joe...

which was not as stated by [redacted] (joe never raised his voice and never hung up the phone on her / all conversation are recorded and we did listen to the conveersation) where both [redacted] and Michael had an understanding that she will give us a chance and we will show her the commitment and service we will provide her! Also we had Joe send her a personal email that he apologizes if she thinks that he may of been rude which he wasnt! Also we had Lucianna send her an email confirming the pick up date and time and explaining she can everything with her CC as she requested! Michael also mentioned that he will contact her the following week to see if there is anything else he can help her with. When he did she again was very loud and aggressive stating again that she is a lawyer and she is legally blind and that we are trying to take advantage of her![redacted] already disputed the charges with her CC company we will answer appropriately!

[Your business does not follow thru what was promised and the bill of ladling you can tell more items were not loaded to what was stated.  That is just silly  Your customer service and support is subpar and will not accept it and will keep stating that the issue needs to be resolved

we dont have any missing items in the warehouse, I stated consolidation in regards to delivery not that someone else has your items but we did contact the albany customer just in case and we did look in the warehouse in NJ and FL ! please send me all pictures you have and claims you need to process to my email... [redacted]! adn I did contact you you multiple times you can contact me direct at [redacted]  thank you

[Beacon Moving and Storage and Brian M[redacted] never returned my phone calls, Issue was never addressed about the price of move and the inaccurate statement that the driver told our daughter about the price difference.  He did not ...Also we also have numerous pieces damaged and missing from move that they have not paid for or addressed  No one has ever contacted me about resolution.

[redacted] Job#[redacted] was given a date for pick of 4/** to 4/** he was also given a quote for $1045.00, we have documents that show pick up done on 4/** and bill for $1045 I am not sure why he is requesting for us to refund him all or half of his money. This is absurd that customers can use...

this internet way to put pressure on companies. Its impossible to satisfy almost anyone now a days. We have performed everything perfect and instead of being rewarded we are being accused..... No settlement should be given, we have done everything we promised!Nothing less and didnt charge anything extra!

[redacted] received service to move from MA to TN she called on 1/**/2016 and requested for her furniture to be delivered after one month of being in storage. We explained that it could take upto 10 business days to deliver as its stated in the emails that were sent to her before leaving a...

deposit. When shipment was loaded [redacted] received and email that the shipment should arrive Saturday or Sunday 1/**-**/2016, and that driver will call her 24 hours prior to delivery. We did get a phone call from [redacted] asking where her shipment is, we explained that its been loaded and should arrive between 2/* and 2/*. [redacted] explained that she needs to leave town and wont be back till 2/**/2016. We decided to unload the shipment from the trailer and only because our dispatcher did email [redacted] dates.. We unloaded everything into storage and reloaded the following week for delivery, [redacted] was very upset at the fact that she didn't receive her shipment 1/**-**/2016! If there is any damages we haven't received  any information (please email all damages to [redacted] and it will be handled promptly). Regarding the long carry it was emailed and explained on pick that we need to haul everything with 53 foot trucks and [redacted] signed and agreed that there is access to a 53 foot truck (signed on the long distance information sheet)... [redacted] total estimate $962.50Total Move paid $1050.00 /  plus ($150) the additional service we needed to perform to complete delivery!

[redacted] received a quote for $1365 and the final bill is $1500 a difference of $135 we had 19 items to pick and we actually picked up 33 items but the inventory was very small items and some were broken down to multiple items so the size of the shipment only escalated by 30 CF ! [redacted]...

[redacted] requested delivery on 7/*/2015 but we always explain that we have upto 14 days to deliver to West coast shipments which was indicated in the paper work  DELIVERY WINDOWS: We will be in the process of planning your move from your earliest delivery date possible Average delivery times are: 1-7 business days within the same coast, 3-14 business days East coast ? Mid west and west coast 7-21 business days for cross country deliveries. You will be contacted by our dispatch department at least 24-48 hours prior to your pick up date. The driver will be contacting you 12-24 hours in advance of his arrivalRead about your Rights & Responsibilities.Read about Ready to Move.  This IS A Statement from Beacons confirming we have looked over the Order for Serviceall this information was explained and emailed as confirmation, we can never guarantee an exact delivery date on an interstate move we need a windows, because we consolidate our shipments along a route to provide the cheapest possible service for the space required.We do apologize for any inconvenience but we will never commit to an exact delivery date! Shipment was delivered July ** 2015 ....

we are not liars I have spoken to customer and we will take care of all claim hat is necessary, all pictures are being sent and all information is being taken care of !!!

as you can see in the email that [redacted] attached it clearly states what the bed includes, Queen Bed includes (Mattres Boxspring not headboard) [redacted] had 6 additional items to move from the original list, To move to Las Vegas NV at the rate of $4.55 per Cf ($322 divide by $4.55 is 70cf divided by 6 items that averages to 11 cf per items the headboard alone is 20cf ) we explained everything to [redacted]inard and delivered in a timely manner. We have no reason to charge anyone unless they add items to the list!  [redacted] was charged $322 additional according to the contract which she agreed with!!!

[redacted] was never lied to and price was given prior to shipping, [redacted] loaded more items (furniture/boxes) to ship to [redacted] requested a delivery no earlier than 4 days of pick up (10/**/2015) and recived her items 7 days from date of pick up... The additional $400 was for...

additional items which [redacted] agreed to having! All phone calls are recorded!!!  [redacted] received her items with in 7 days requested and no damages at no time was Beacon ever advised that anyone was rude to her!If any one of our Agents/Employees ever spoke to a customer in a demeanor way we would take the necessary actions!
